Very clean, smelt beautiful when we opened the door and everything good. Loved it. A lovely motel to stay in. Easy parking. Westfield shopping centre and many other shops and eateries 15mins walk. Beach 15 mins walk. Perfect location.

Briefly - management was rude, room was very dusty, table was wobbly with loose legs, shower had pubes in it. Was coughing with the dust in the room. Found the air conditioning filter was filthy. We cleaned it! Made all the difference. AND if you need to sleep while staying there.;you wont. The bed felt like we were trying sleep on concrete with timber laying on top. Unbelievably hard. Would have left after first night but had paid for 2 with an option for 3. Obviously didn’t take up the option to stay an extra night. Stayed at the Novotel instead. Not much more to pay, sleep in a very comfortable king be and the unit is designed well and clean.

The room was very clean on arrival and the service on day 2 was excellent and somewhat unexpected, being a public holiday so we hadn't made any effort to tidy the room of our personal belongings. It is an easy walk to the Westfield shopping centre on Malop street and even closer to the Sir Charles Darling Hotel which serves a very good meal in the bistro. The mattress was extremely firm, if you have trouble sleeping on a firm mattress it might be worth contacting the motel to see if they have rooms with softer mattresses. The security chain on the door was also broken (half missing), needs to be fixed.

Stayed there last night. I couldn't knock the staff, building (it's old but that can't be helped and it's clean and well maintained) and the inside was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was modern and nice. They also had TV and foxtel and a very quiet reverse cycle heater / AC which worked great and didn't disturb my sleep. My only criticism (and it's major for me) is that the mattress was VERY HARD. I'm exclusively a side sleeper and I was very tired after a big day. I slept solidly until 2.30 and then my hips were killing me and I tossed and turned for the rest of the night. Couldn't wait for the sun to come up. It ruined my stay and affected me the next day as I didn't get enough sleep.

The rooms have been done up and are clean and new. The beds were like sleeping on the floor. The mattresses were seriously like boards. So uncomfortable. Great location, plenty of parking.

A good, clean location in easy walking distance of the foreshore and shops. Didn’t feel like the most secure of locations but it is a motel so should be expected and experienced no issues. Happily stay here again.
