We had a very modern and clean room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, room spacious, bathroom clean and spa a great size. There was a pool on site, but we didn't get to use as didn't stay long. Parking was great, location close to town. Property is right on the highway and train line, so a bit loud, but as can be expected.

Property was clean but a little tired which left me wondering when the cushions, carpets, sofas and aircon remote cleaned. The reason for booking was the attraction of the pool which ended up not being heated during winter. The owner and staff were very very accomodating on all other areas . Very utilitarian stay but perfectly clean and tidy. Friendly staff. NO ELEVATOR but only 1 flight of stairs. If you have a lot of luggage ask if a ground floor room is possible. Bed was not very comfy (but it was serviceable) or sturdy feeling. Late check in is possible if you get in touch with them before hand. This hotel suites is well for a quick overnight stay for somewhere safe and clean to sleep.

I liked that it was very comfortable with large room and sofa and bathroom very modern with large shower. The bed very comfortable. Cooling very good. The pool was great especially being under cover and pool water was ideal. The only thing I didn't like was the window looked out onto carpark.

Great apartment's large and well equipped. Comfy bed, good bathroom. Neat and useable kitchen. Staff very helpful and friendly. After hours check-in was seamless. Loved the pool & spa, great after long bike rides. Easy access to the Esplanade and the waterfront. Safe off-street parking very good. Enjoyed my five day stay.

Very average motel. Location is right infront of the main high way. Room was spacious and clean. Towels and bedlinen were old and worn. Staircase was very old and needs a reno. Service was good. Overall, it was okay for the price if you want to stay for a night but not more than that.

Too noisy, walls did not block out any of the neighbouring customers, shower desparately needed attention as water flow was almost non existent, pool was overcrowded with way too many people!!! Too out of the way for dining choices if you have no transport, staff at check-in were friendly though which was nice

Housekeeping was very slack had to keep asking for fresh towels was there for 4 days they only made the bed once.Location was ok though can hear the trains.

Have to say the rooms were very clean. You can tell the cleaning crew takes great pride in their work. The room was nice not fancy but the hotel is safe and in a great location. Brenda who checked us in was friendly and professional. Gave us some great recommendations for meals. We would stay again and recommend.

Ease of check-in, although it was shown as reception open 24 hours, I was asked to advise if arrival after 6pm, which I did and reception closed during the evening. The room was clean and appeared well-maintained. I have no problem recommending anyone to stay.

Stayed in the deluxe room. King bed was two singles pushed together so had the hump in the middle. Found the mattress quite uncomfortable and the pillows were too plump. Otherwise, nice and clean and spacious but wouldn’t stay again because of the uncomfortable bed.

Large room, clean, comfortable bed. Fridge wasn’t turned on - didn’t know til morning when drinks weren’t cold. Shower ran a bit hot and cold at times - difficult to get into due to height as over the spa bath

Never stayed here before - location for us was great - we love to walk - easy walk/stroll to cafes, entertainment etc Bit pricey but it the busiest time of year We arrived early - office unattended - rang tel no. On website - left msg with a lady - never rec a call back - rang again - this time rec text msg - tried to reply to text - “not valid” mobile no / tried to ring it “not connected” !!! Very disappointing Also had trouble finding driveway/entrance to motel Seems to be on main road? Had to drive around a bit to find it But in saying all this -we would come back and try another stay here
