very clean & well maintained park. 2brm cabin was fully equipped with plenty of cutlery & crockery, enough tea & coffee, adequate toiletries if needed and extra blankets if required. The beds were very comfortable. The playground was good and the indoor pool was a hit for all ages. Pancake breakfast on Tuesday in the camp kitchen was great for a donation that went to rural aid. All the staff that we encountered were pleasant and always smiling.

Easy check in and check out. LOVED that the heater was already on when we arrived, thank you!! Room was extremely clean and in great condition. Pool was fantastic for the kids. Cafe breakfast was yummy. We stay in lots of cabins and this one has been our favorite, we will be back for sure!

Amazing location across from Barwon River. Lots of walks in the morning. Cabin had everything we needed and was cleaned after a week of our two week stay which we didn’t expect. Great bbq facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family holiday park with a beautiful large and heated indoor pool. Location was great as a base to visit the rest of bellarine. Bonus of an onsite cafe with excellent coffee and 2 minutes from shops and dining options aswell as a 24 hour kmart :) We will definately be back!

Was a great stay with our grandchildren, beautiful large parkland and fantastic play equipment across the road. The park was lovely and clean, indoor pool was a hit. Staff so helpful and cheerful as well, we had a great stay, only a short drive to all the attractions in the Geelong area.

Great Clean Park. Swimming pool is fantastic. Cabins nice and clean and well maintained. Few extras would be nice such as a Jumping Pillow, Upgraded Playground, and Carts to hire to ride around the park.

The cabin we stayed in is in desperate need of a thorough clean & repairs. We found a parking ticket from 2020 (photo taken) beside the mattress (and at least 5mm of dirt). The flooring is lifting and mould is becoming apparent in areas. We will not be staying again.

I have rarely rate any accommodation as a 5 star in all my reviews of all types of accommodation, however, we have stayed in many caravan park cabins over the years, but this one rated as the best cabin we have been in and I would give it 4.8 stars. It was a Deluxe cabin, quite new, clean and well furnished. It had a reverse cycle air-conditioner and TV in both the lounge area and the main bedroom. The kitchen had a large oven a full size refrigerator and a large microwave. The bed was very comfortable. The lounge area had a lounge suite which included a full length section as well as normal seating, a modern table and chairs. The bathroom had a larger than normal shower. While only two of us stayed, it was a two bedroom with two double bunks in the second bedroom. This room was not large and would be a tight fit if it was occupied by 4 people.

Our stay was good, cabin fresh and clean. My only complaint is the size of the cabin we stayed in. We booked a superior cabin and it was very small. I visited a friend of mine who was staying in a standard cabin and it would have been double the size of ours. Just a little disappointed, considering what we paid.

Reception staff where awesome Ended up adding an extra night Only downside to our stay was having to chase their cleaning buggy’s around to find them to get fresh towels and toilet paper If you were not around in the morning when they are out and about cleaning you couldn’t just get towels ect from front office We ended up just buying more towels and toilet paper Other than that little issue was a great little get away for our family

The property is located across the road from the Barwon River which was lovely. Under 5km to the centre of Geelong but certainly made it feel much more embedded in nature. Amenities and accommodation is really good and will definitely stay again.

Very well laid out, spotlessly clean, well kept, close to a supermarket & small shopping centre, Kmart, plenty of food choices are close by as well and there is a large park across the road. Very relaxing & well worth the stay.

Check in was quick and easy. Reception were lovely. Our deluxe spa cabin was amazing. The bed was super comfy and the bed linen was of good quality. The fridge/freezer was absolutely fantastic - kept super cool and froze stuff quickly. The surrounds were nice and quiet and the location was only a 3-5 min drive from anything you would need: supermarket, Kmart, cafes & restaurants. Also not far from the city centre. Pool was good and also quite clean. Would absolutely return and recommend.
