There was a gentleman at the breakfast buffet who scolded me for taking sparkling water to my room, I paid for breakfast and didn’t eat breakfast for 3 days due to jet lag, on the 3rd day I went down to fill my 500ml bottle with sparkling water - they only thing I had for breakfast to take to my room. He said in front of everyone ‘wow’ it’s all you can eat here not all you can take with you. I was completely embarrassed, o likely won’t add breakfast to my room again and will just buy the items for my room.

Nice reception area - welcome drinks and sweets were welcomed, Comfortable room, Lovely shower 10mins walk from downtown / 20min walk from the station Marked down because house keeping on a few occasions weren’t great - forgot to clean, took our towels but then didn’t give us fresh towers so we had no towels. Twice our room key stopped working so had to go back to reception. Little things to tweak, otherwise great stay
