Staff is friendly, warm, and very helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Great gym and pool with clean and accessible bathrooms. Both are on the 3rd floor. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Very large variety of quality, freshly made food items and the sweetest gal cooking up made to order omelettes, chilaquiles and quesadillas. Also, the best fresh green juice. Concierge can help you book tours, rental car, etc. Beautiful churches and shopping a couple blocks down.

24 hour surveillance and theres always someone in the entrance to greet you and ready to provide support as well as friendly staff everywhere. A front desk member is always present. The waiting room is very aesthetically pleasing and welcoming.

We were thrilled with our stay of a full week. The staff was pleasant, flexible, accommodating. The hotel is gorgeous with lots of spaces to discover. The rooms vary in size, but all have solid, lovely furniture, modern bathrooms, many with balconies. The pool was clean and excellent. We felt very safe in the center of the city with security guards and other staff monitoring the doors. We really loved it all!! Amonitoring the front door.

Great service. Clean room. WiFi worked well. The pool was warm. They offer pool towels and extra wash towels. The following week I went to Hotel Santiago Compostela and had a bad experience that left me wishing I went to hotel morales again.

Property was located in the downtown district of Guadalajara, everything was easily accessible, and the staff was very alert to our needs and very helpful. My only complaint with this hotel would be the quality of the water. Anytime we would use the sink or turn on the showers, there would be an instant smell of sewage or dirty water.

The room was in good condition, the toilet did not flush well, and the roll holder was not secured onto the wall very well. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked well. The room was quiet, although I would suggest that the air con display be covered up so it is not so bright. I understand this can be silenced but this compromises the air con effectiveness

The property made communicating with them quick and easy. We had a red-eye flight and wanted to make sure we had a room to relax in when we got in; they made the whole process easy. Room was very spacious for two people and we got a room with 2 balconies overlooking the plaza. Room was clean and the AC was perfect for the warmer days we were there. The safety of the hotel was great as well; we came back late at night after 2 AM and security let us in promptly which made two female travelers feel safe. All of the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend Hotel Morales not only for the hospitality but the architecture and rich history is an added bonus!

This hotel is a beautiful building with amazing, generous staff. My dad and I arrived extremely tired after taking a red-eye flight, but the staff was immediately helpful and incredibly generous, which was such a relief. The hotel had a beautiful atmosphere and was stunningly decorated for Día de Muertos. Having a front door security guard also made us feel very safe and protected throughout our stay. The location is perfect, too, as it's within easy walking distance of the main central area and the cathedral. I absolutely loved this hotel and am so grateful for the wonderful experience my dad and I had; it truly made us happy.

We arrived 3 hours early and the wonderful staff allowed us to check in with a complimentary room upgrade, complimentary valet parking, 10% off at the bar/restaurant and breakfast buffet! Wow! This is a beautiful colonial hotel that is centrally located in the heart of Guadalajara. The entire staff is amazing. This was quite possibly one of my favorite hotels in the world 🌎 Do not hesitate to book here. Thank you.

We have stayed at this hotel several occasions and each time we have been allowed to check-in early. during this latest stay the front desk person( younger male) said we couldn’t - this is disappointing and it’s one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

The concierge Frank was really good. He spoke good English which really helped us out. He suggested excellent restaurants and arranged transportation to them as well. Both meals were fantastic. He also arranged for hotel shuttle to take us to bus depot upon our departure. The hotel was really well located in the historic area. Definitely walkable to all tge highlights. A wonderful stay and will stay there again when we are in Guadalajara.

I purchased my stay with breakfast included for my kid and I. The 1st two days no problem on Saturday morning when we go check in for breakfast I was super embarrassed by them. A waitress comes up to the register as I’m giving my room number to the cashier, and the cashier tells me 1 adult, I say no 1 child, 1 adult. The waitress ask me what’s your child’s age, I tell her 17 and she the waitress tells me here at age 11 their considered adults. I look d at the cashier and she shrugged her shoulders as like I can’t do anything about it. I was just hat is going on my reservation is for an adult and 1 child. And the let us sit to eat there talking about us in Spanish. Hello I totally understand everything they said. Totally rude and disrespectful. Unacceptable behavior from them. Really unhappy with them. They totally ruined my experience with the hotel.

El servicio de los empleados excelente, las habitaciones limpias, el trato súper amable y trato amigable. el hotel bonito, limpio, cuidado, impecable. Lo único malo que no me gustó para nada fue el costo tan alto del desayuno buffet y sin sabor, sin variedad y el trato del meseso fue el único que se veía que trabaja sin ganas al igual que el hostess del restaurante. de ahí en más si vuelvo sin dudarlo para mis próximas vacaciones

Most employees seemed annoyed by requests. Food was not good and food availability is very limited. Big variety but times to use r limited u have to be watching ur clock constantly if u want to eat. Room service only has 3 sandwiches and two salads available. Food not good. Night restaurants are only open for four hours and only have 5/6 tables. Impossible to get in and when u do service is terrible just like food. If u show up at 8:30 they won’t take you cus they close at 10 and they claim it’s not enough time to eat. Also my daughter threw up and they charged us $400 for the towel and pillow she threw up on at check out CRAZY. Hotel beautiful but not worth the money. Will not go back.
