Property was great, room was nice and comfortable but no tub and with little ones, really missed it. I have two complaints: Hot tub was not working and I checked all around the city just for this feature and Hilton confirmed over and over they had functioning hot tub. Also, room service was lacking, they did not have any kid friendly snacks, chicken fingers, etc.

For our very first visit to Guadalajara, we chose this hotel, and our experience was better than we had expected. The hotel location is very convenient, although Uber drivers seem to have a hard time spotting the drop off/pick up location of the hotel entrance. It sits right above the Midtown shopping plaza. Our room was quiet and met all our needs. The panoramic view was beautiful, too. The Executive Rooms allow access to free buffet breakfast (good quality and wide selections) and the Executive Lounge on the 7th Floor offers free afternoon snacks and evening Happy Hours (drinks and samplings from the restaurant) with indoor/outdoor seating. All the staff were courteous and friendly. Especially the staff on the Executive Lounge, Maviel, was a true stand out. She made us feel so welcome and at home with her superb service and genuine hospitality spirit. A great Ambassador to the Hiltons. Maviel went out of her way to look into on our inquiries, and was paying personal attention to all the guests. We left the city with a very good vives, and will definitely plan to return in the future.

I’d like to give a shout out to Javier in the Valet parking area. He was very nice and very helpful. Always cheerful, respectful and honest. Loved talking to him. He found us transportation and the driver took us every where. Nice man Javier is. Hope somebody reads this and tells him.

The absolute perfect / ideal location for when you are doing business in Guadalajara. Midtown is a really cool complex with everything you could ever need. Shopping, amazing restaurants, a grocery store, tons of food vendors, bright and bustling atmosphere - and the Hilton is at the heart of all of it. Pool oasis on the third floor, nice-sized gym, clean comfy modern rooms, tasty breakfast with so many different options every morning. I have found my place to stay in Guadalajara from now on!

Esperaba mucho mas del hotel. Nos entregaron la habitacion y no tenia servicio de luz, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, tardaron toda la tarde en darnos una solución y al final nos cambiaron de habitación a una que estaba sucia y no tenia listas las amenidades. No recomiendo el hotel

Hotel is nice enough. Was our second stay there in 9 months. Probably won’t stay here again. There’s no privacy in the bathroom with shower and toilet doors both made of glass. Additionally our toilet was broken and running the entire time. Housekeeping knows it’s an issue but did nothing. From the front desk, I asked for water to be delivered to our room and was assured it would be right up. Never came.

El hotel es moderno y agradable. En la habitación no servía el refrigerador, lo reportamos pero no lo repararon. La regadera del baño es muy poco apropiada. Es de teléfono y no permite ducharse sino en una pequeña esquina de la ducha. Es muy incomodo. No está a la altura del hotel y es algo que pueden corregir fácilmente.

Staff was amazing especially Javier at the bell desk he was so helpful with giving dinner options and helping us get transportation. The location of the hotel is close to everything with shopping and restaurants walking distance . Rooms were very clean definitely will be staying here during our next trip .

Called in around 3 pm day of checkin and advised I would be checking in late. I was told there would be no problems and that they were waiting for my arrival. Arrive at hotel day of check in near midnight. Apparently my room was unavailable due to a “pipe issue” and that several other guests were turned away as a result. Seen two other guests check in after with no problems. Was offered a stay at a sister hotel in a bad side of town. Advised the hotel clerk that I did not like that hotel due to lack of security, extremely unsafe neighborhood, and a lower quality hotel overall. Hotel staff had a “this or nothing” attitude and sent me on my way. I was told the next morning my room would be ready and that transportation was taken care of to and from the hotel. Was placed at a hotel named Posada, terrible experience in a run down motel at best. Called the hotel to arrange transport to get to our actual hotel that we PAID for ( price difference was significant) and was advised the taxi would arrive shortly. Taxi dropped us off and made us PAY to get dropped off at our hotel. Arrive to check in and was greeted with snarky staff that couldn’t care less about our experience. Daniela was extremely rude and standoffish. Besides the services that the hotel claimed to cover I was left to foot the bill and was ROBBED of one night stay. More problems continued with hotel staff who are unequipped to provide a very basic level of customer service let alone understanding. I NEED A REFUND

The property was very nice, clean and there was plenty of options for dining, shopping nearby. I requested early check in through my Hilton app and was emailed that it was not approved. However when I arrived I was able to pay for early check in which was odd. Melissa at the front desk was very helpful for getting us a cab and answering questions about activities. Rafael at the bar/restaurant was excellent for helping us out with a lot of questions we had. And he and the security Luis gave us another place to hang out when the pool and the executive lounge closed which we appreciated.

In exchange for being a little further away from the sightseeing places in Guadalajara, this hotel is magnificent and very upscale and clean. It’s located within a mall called Midtown and it is very upscale and catered to visiting professionals. There is also a very nice supermarket and food court in case you want to get some fruit to eat at night or anything you would want from a supermarket. To summarize, it is like an upscale hotel in the United States, located in the middle of a very upscale mall and the Mexican equivalent of Whole Foods. Now that we are more comfortable with Guadalajara, if we ever come here again, we might stay closer to colonial America, but for first time visitors, and if you want to feel Super safe, this hotel is a good choice.

Only issue with the restaurant was the food, not the greatest taste and the first night there we went to the hotel restaurant and it took about 45 minutes to get my good, a chicken sandwich, then I was completely ignored they didn’t even apologize to me or acknowledge me. In the room there was a couch that was visibly dirty, too many stains for my comfort to sit in.
