I liked the room, and the promptness of service we received. The pool and weight room were nice as well. The things we didn't like were the bumpy path to enter the premises, and the fenceline backing the highway was full of trash (probably not the hotels fault, we noticed a bunch of tents hidden behind one of the buildings)

The room was clean and tidy. However, some of the laminate floor boards in the bathroom were loose and popping up. There were other gaps in the flooring in the room, near the fridge. Also, the business center did not have a printer that worked properly, really irritating.

Disappointed. I was advised after I checked in that the pool was closed for a maintenance issue. The front desk just smiled. Also, there is a large crator in the driveway at the enterance. The size of the large 6-8 inch deep, 4 foot X 4 foot crator which could cause some serious damage to a clients vehicle. The condition of the outside property as well as the indoor pool is not something I would expect from this company.

Good hotel in a strange area. Entry is odd and the industrial area around the hotel makes it difficult to access. Staff were friendly and rooms were great. Pool needs some upkeep.

I only stay for one night however when I got into my room there was hair in the shower. White power on the floor and at 10:30 at night I had to get a new room because I found a bed bug on the headboard is was instantly grossed out. I was provided a new room but was paranoid all night that I would find more bed bugs

The staff was top notch. Everyone was so nice and accomadating. The room was not great. Prior to come, explained we had severe allergies and to please make sure filter in a/c was clean. It was filthy. We took photos to show the front desk. They were horrified. Toilet was clogged. Hair in bed on linens. That was gross!

Room had only been partially cleaned. Food on the floor, no gargage bags, no toilet paper and the shower floor was slippery dirty. We checked in late 10:40 after 5 hrs of driving and didn’t realize how bad it was until the next morning. I’ve called and emailed and still haven’t rec’d any kind of credit. This is just horrible customer service. This hotel is back in an industrial area and we faced garbage hauling trucks from our window. Definitely would not recommend this place

Found Blood on my pillow and was never changed just put back on the bed. Floor was not vacuumed by cleaning staff. Trains all night every nigh blowing their horns. Lights from mechanic shop were on all night and almost seemed like daylight at Midnight if you didn’t put the shades down. Although these were the issues I had here I would still come back.

We came very late and check in was slow due to inexperienced staff. We were denied late check out. The shower flooded the bathroom floor and it had yellow mould. The room had loud mechanical noises and water dripping noises and this weird noise coming from shower wall. And we could hear people in other rooms from in our room. We could hear everyone from the hallway clearly as there is a big gap under the door. The bed was super creeky. I expected more from a newer hotel. We come to Kingston often to watch university sports. I wish I could attach a video for all the noise. We aren’t picky people we just wanted a good sleep going into our day off in this pretty town.

We stayed there for one night during a road trip, checked in late in the evening (around 10pm), staff was nice and got us checked in quick and easy, the room was clean and the beds were so soft and comfortable, temperature control in the room was easy and AC worked well, nice blackout curtains and clean bathroom. Checkout is at 12 which is very convenient for late sleepers like us! Overall, perfect for a comfortable stay, we will be returning during our next trip in the region!

It was a clean, friendly property with ample parking. Check in was straight forward and easy. One suggestion is that rooms have blackout curtains. After a late night, waking at 6am wasn't ideal with light filling the entire room. Furthermore, the ice machine on the third floor upon arrival did not work nor did it work when leaving.

My family and I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Hamilton for two nights. On the morning of our second day, our room had not been serviced—linens and towels were not changed—so we requested a full room service. We were informed that housekeeping would take care of the garbage, replace the towels, and make the beds. However, when we returned later that evening, none of the requested services had been completed. I had to go to the front desk myself to request fresh towels. Additionally, the garbage had not been properly removed. Upon checking out, we experienced unprofessional behavior from the cleaning staff, who made rude comments toward us. We reported this to the front desk staff before leaving. Based on this experience, I would not stay at this establishment again, nor would I recommend it to others.

They initially put us into the wrong room (I had reserved a king size bed but got 2 queens) they did fix this issue relatively quickly but they did charge my credit card for the room when I had already paid through Expedia. The check out lady was quick to notice and told me I would be refunded but a little annoyed. Overall the room was very nice and they did fix their mistakes quickly so would recommend.

Very clean and mainly unremarkable, which is good for a road trip quick stop. They did not sell Tylenol or aspirin which was inconvenient and the entrance is strangely access via a business park and not from the road.

The hotel was fine. The first morning breakfast wasn’t closed. Staff called in sick. I forgot to ask for a refund on the breakfast portion of what we paid. Staff were okay. I would stay there again.

Nice stay. The bartender Will is wonderful. Chicken wings and wedge salad were good. Had breakfast both mornings of my stay. Food was wonderful but service was slow and seemed unorganized.
