This property was well maintained. Everything was clean including the pool area and gym. The only thing that was a drawback for us was that the on-site restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday.

The room was spectacularly clean. The jacuzzi tub is awesome. There are fresh cookies and fruit at reception. The coffee dispenser on 2nd floor has a variety of delicious options of hot drinks. Breakfast at Baci is very good. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Enjoyed our stay very much. I highly recommend Carmen’s.

Loved the workout area & kids loved the pool. Restaurant was fantastic for dinner. Easy drive to gorgeous falls, walking paths, restaurants. The suite worked well for our needs. Loved the coffee bar on the second floor!

We were very impressed by our visit to C Hotel. Our room was big and perfect for our family including our adult so and grandson . We had two bedrooms with King beds and a livingroom with a full kitchen. We ordered food from Baci restaurant downstairs and brought it up to eat in our room. The pool was lovely. A hot tub would have made the experience perfect. It looks like there may have been one at one time. The staff were very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we needed a hotel in the area.

C Hotel always provides a great experience. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Baci Restaurant is a great dining option. They have a pool, a gym, an espresso station with different types of hot beverages available. Looking forward to coming back again.

Very good overall. rooms are very nice and clean, loved the complementary coffee station on the second floor lots of different beverage options. Pool area was also super nice and clean, and the water was super warm and nice. Check in and out was very easy. Overall 9/10

This room was excellent! Very clean, spacious and very quiet!! (We stayed Monday and Tuesday, might have helped the low noise level compared to a weekend?). The lobby and hallways had a nice smell, friendly staff. The beds were the most comfortable beds ever. We will definetly return if Hamilton is on our list to revisit in the future. Price was very reasonable!

We have stayed here many times and like the hotel. Check in was good. Overall the hotel is nice and clean. Our room was ok but we found a q-tip under the heating unit and some pieces of sequin on the carpet. The noise from the mini-fridge woke us at 5 am.

The hotel itself and facilities are beautiful, the double king room was very spacious and accommodating. E also really appreciate the coffee machine which the kids also enjoyed as it provided hot chocolate. The on site restaurant food was above average, no complaints, though service was a little lax. Front desk was often vacant of staff which i found a little unprofessional, but the staff were still all pleasant. My main complaint was the bedding smelled kind of sweaty which was off putting and I'm glad i brought my own pillow or i would not have been able to sleep like that. On a final positive note my daughters enjoyed swimming in the pool.

We’ve stayed here many times. Unfortunately it is going downhill. The carpets were filthy in the halls with huge black stains all over. Not sure what would cause that. Also the hot water was only warm and turned into a double about 5 minutes into my shower. I expect more for over $300.

Clean room, however bathtub plug was broken so didn’t get to use the jacuzzi also some peeling paint in the shower- otherwise all staff interacted with was excellent, including housekeeping was very great in the morning queued an elevator for me without thinking twice- very great service. wish security deposit situation was more clear as I had to pay twice even though when I called ahead was told it would only be once (mostly my own fault had to book the nights individually as I wasn’t sure if I would be able to stay both nights when initially booking for the one night) however facilities are amazing, pool was nice , the latte and coffee machine was the bomb very nice variety. Overall would stay again!!

Air conditioner in the room was very loud and rattled all night. The room was on the 2nd floor , which happened to be the location of a wedding party. The noise throughout the night was loud and disruptive. The room was very nice, but certainly not conducive to quiet night. Very little sleep.

The room was clean and beautiful, however, unfortunately, we had trouble with the door not unlocking properly so we had to move to a different room. Theresa did an amazing job getting us relocated and giving us a complementary breakfast for the inconvenience. We still had a wonderful evening and were very comfortable during our stay.

Rooms are huge, had a double king suite with a pull out and a kitchenette, really nice that 2nd king was in its own room to get some peace and quiet from the kids. Cool Hollywood themed hotel! Rooms were nice, clean, and looked new.

The service is very bad . 6 am the fire alarm woke us up . My husband is 94 years old and can go to the steps we are at the 4th floor do we are not able to use the steps . No help no answer in the phone or concern to the guest .

The room is wonderful but staff failed to make it up while we were out touring. When we brought it to the desk's attention, they argued that we had shown the Privacy sign on the door, even though we had removed it when we left for the day at 10am. The room and sign were exactly as we left it when we returned at dinner time. Extremely disappointed by the attitude, even more than the sloppy service.

This is a fantastic Hotel! The staff at check-in were so friendly and helpful and made us feel special. Our room was so clean and comfortable and modern. Love it and will stay here again next time we fly out of Hamilton Airport.

Stayed 1 night for a wedding. Room was spacious but wasn’t worth the $280 for 1 night Went to Baci for Breakfast ( Their restaurant) Server didn’t know if there was caraway in the rye and didn’t offer to find out but said there was no seeds in it. When the toast arrived it very clearly had caraway in it. Eggs were very over cooked, bacon sausage were also over cooked and tasted like rubber. My wife got an overcooked omelette Overall a very poor experience all around Room was $280 Breakfast was $50

This is a great option in a lovely area outside of Hamilton. The property was clean, the staff was lovely and the rooms were spacious. We especially loved the option of a suite with 2 king size beds. Highly recommend.
