We stayed on one of the club floors. The club lounge was closed for the first two days, but they gave us breakfast in the restaurant and a free appetizer each in the bar. The front desk staff were very kind, and a special shoutout to the evening bartender at the lounge. The hotel connects to Jackson Square shopping mall, which is super convenient. Unfortunately there are quite a few homeless people camped out around that area but they didn’t seem to pester people. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great stay in Hamilton. We were going to a performance at the TD Coliseum and you couldn’t ask for a more convenient/closer hotel. Stayed in a Club Level room - excellent room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast on the Club Level was good - great service from the team members working in the breakfast area that morning. Overall great service from everyone we encountered on our stay.

Stayed 2 nights; staff were nice and room looked relatively clean but all the towels and bedding had a musty smell that wouldn't disapear no matter how much we febreezed and lysol-sprayed them. Keurig machine in room was broken so we ended up just using uber eats for warm drinks/snacks. The room we were in had no microwave so that was a little inconvenient. The mini fridge only ran for 2 hours at a time and you had to press a button to reactivate it. Other than that things were pretty standard. Check out was at 12 but we asked if we could have a late one and they extended it to 1pm for us. Its not terrible, but it wasn't great either.

Room was excellent and clean, close to theatre district. Check-in was quick. Disappointing dining options in hotel & around . Only negative thing about the hotel ( this is our 3rd time here) and the bathtub/shower drains are always clogged & never drain properly, so you are standing in ankle deep dirty water when showering. All this would need would be regular drain de-clogging & cleaning out the gunk or hairs in the drain.

It’s very clean. Room was nice and the bed comfortable. The view off the 15th floor was nice. I liked the fact, and why we chose this hotel, because the bar and the restaurant in the hotel. Some hotels have no restaurant. It’s right downtown close to all amenities. Surroundings are a little delapitated.

Check out time was 12:00pm However 9:00 in the morning a house keeper knocked the door and came into my room while me and my girl were sleeping. It was very uncomfortable and creepy. I never submit reviews, but this Sheraton has awful customer service. A screaming argument by a couple in the next room awakened many of us on the floor at midnight. Security dealt with it, but not effectively; raised voices and door slamming continued. At checkout, when asked how everything had been, I replied "Not great, actually." The desk clerk asked "Did you want to use the same card we have on file to pay?" Not interested at all in listening, or offering some compensation for a terrible stay. Won't be staying here again; total lack of service.

Initially dealing with hotel was difficult b/c we kept getting transferred from agent to agent and each time being told an early check in wasn’t possible which almost caused us to cancel our reservation. We were in town for a family wedding at 3 o’clock and after travelling needed to freshen. When we spoke to the last agent she told us we were already booked for early check-in. This caused a lot of anxiety for no reason.

The 3 staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. From check-in, concierge, and maintenance; all were very sincere and made us feel very welcome. We did not order breakfast so we’re unable to comment on that. We stayed at this Sheraton to see Paul McCartney at the TD Coliseum and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Hamilton!

Great stay and outstanding service Stayed here last week and had a very good experience overall. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, and everything felt well maintained. Our original room didn’t have a great view, so I spoke with the manager and he was incredibly helpful—he moved us to a higher-floor room immediately, no questions asked. The whole process was fast and effortless. Excellent customer service and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel downtown Hamilton with easy access to the Hamilton Convention Centre - literally steps away! Staff are friendly and hotel ia clean. Nice rooms with super comfy beds! Easy and convenient underground parking. As it is downtown, you just have to be mindful of yourself and surroundings.

Check in and check out were seamless. The room was clean and comfortable, with all amenities needed for your stay! The staff were very helpful and kind. Pros: *Clean, conveniently located right downtown Hamilton. *Large modern rooms with comfy bed and pillows *Great views from the room (17th floor) *Starbucks coffee for breakfast *Nice bar on second level with good pub and restaurant food, good variety menu. Great cold beer *friendly staff Cons: *Not safe to walk around especially at night, but still the safest hotel in that area. Lots of homeless people still roam around and many unsavoury characters right in front of the hotel entrance. Police is nowhere to be seen at any hour of the day. *Small hotel parking lot. Already full when I got there, had to park in the nearby/attached shopping centre parking (and no valet parking). *Breakfast food was way below expectations: the scrambled eggs were not real, not sure what kind of processed ingredients they used, tasted like plastic. Bread, potatoes and little sausages were cheap and tasteless, low end grocery store level. Bacon was excellent. All that being said, I liked it, and I will still gestation there again if I have to; it’s, still the best and safest hotel in Hamilton that I know of.

In a downtown core plagued by homelessness and crackheads than maybe anywhere else in Ontario...the Sheraton Hamilton was a nice respite from the sketchy surrounding area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, while there was also necessary security on-site at all times to keep out the vagrants. Room was extremely spacious and clean, bathroom was a really nice size as well. We had a beautiful view from our room of the roof of TD Coliseum and the water behind it.

Asian lady made us very angry. Why she pick out certain people to check the room when they leave and others let go by with no checks on their room. Little bit racist I felt. Maybe she needs some counseling on her attitude towards customers. Won’t recommend you to anyone after that
