I would recommend staying somewhere else like the RIHGA Royal. This hotel is worth $70/night at most relative to other hotels in Hiroshima imo. Some of the higher floor rooms have been renovated but the rest are not and are small. First non smoking room allocated was very smoky. Saw other guests with similar issues. There is no pool or spa but they're still listed prominently on Google maps, they think the listing is not their responsibility. Recommend avoiding.

Great stay just by the peace memorial park. Our room wag big with enough space to open our luggage, good bathroom too. Amazing breakfast with a lot of options, even steak was served if you wanted it. There’s also a convenient bus stop at the entrance os the hotel. We didnt had time but there is also a gym at the hotel

This hotel is in a great location to visit the Peace meseum, very easy to walk to the river and peace park. They are really well prepared to receive foreign guests. The staff is super professional, helpful and bilingual. The breakfast buffet was awesome! It was a mix of Japanese and Western options. The onsite gym was amazing! The rooms are a little dated, but very clean!

Excellent all round Anytime fitness 24 hour entrance, an amazing gym Rooms, yes not massive, but I’m a 225lb 6 foot 3 lump, and included a very comfy double bed, bath and everything tastefully decorated including a fridge AND FREEZER!?!? Yes! A freezer! For the price paid at 80 dollars a night, this was 4 star quality. Really impressed, well done Ana Crowne Hiroshima

The location was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. It would be nice to have onsite laundry facilities for a long stay, but we found a very convenient facility within 2 blocks. They have a laundry service that is priced by piece, which was a bit pricey. Otherwise, a great stay - if you can book with 22nd floor lounge access, do so. It was nice to begin and end the day there with beautiful views of the city and islands.

The floor was previously a smoking floor and the smell was obvious and unpleasant every time I come up to it. There was also a moth on the pillow. To their credit, housekeeping was quick to get rid of it and changed the pillow case.

The room we were given was terrible. The photos for this building look amazing and the lobby is very nice, however our room looked like it was from a budget motel. It was tiny, dingy, dark and the furniture was falling apart. It smelled musty and we felt gross being there. We left after staying one night for another hotel. Felt like we got catfished by the hotel pictures.

I had a twin bed bedroom and it was the smallest hotel bedroom I’ve ever stayed in. The twin beds were pushed together against the walls on three sides, so whoever gets the furthest bed has to climb over the other bed to get in and out. Between the beds and the “desk” there’s barely any room to open one suitcase on the floor.

Great entrance at hotel however the room was a let down. It was a very small room with no room for the bags. We had stayed at a similar property but at least had room at the end of the bed. Hotel was busy so nit even able to upgrade to a larger room. Would not stay again.

I booked a standard room, 2 Twin beds & the room is small & 2 twin beds sat side by side. I can hardly climb up from the end of the bed next to the window. I checked & was told I had booked a compact twin beds. If I had seen the wording of “Compact”, I won’t book this room. I ended up upgrading the room & I am happy to pay extra. We have stayed with ANA Kobe before traveling to Hiroshima & the room provided matched with the room description of standard room, 2 twin beds. ANA Hiroshima was the first ANA we had bad experience

Noisey, could hear phone calls in the next door room and drawers and wardrobe doors shutting. Also a lot of thumping on the floor from the room above. Room was a good size, had reasonable amenities and hotel is in a great location but the noise was unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

I had a room on the upper floor and the view was gorgeous. The room was spacious. The amenities were very nice. This was just a short 10 minute walk to the Hiroshima site the name of it excuse me right now sorry but it’s very beautiful. It’s right on the river and the museum and the site. It’s just it’s breathtaking. The hotel has a restaurant which I got appetizers and a glass of wine in and it was great. The staff was fantastic. The amenities were good. The train station was about a 10 minute taxi ride. This was kind of towards the end of my trip and my suitcases were feeling really heavy I would definitely go back here again.

If you only spend a night or two and mainly visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, this hotel is only minutes away on foot. Otherwise, this place isn't close to the Hiroshima station. The room I got was surprisingly tiny for the price, but at least their shower is very powerful and the bed is comfortable.

I liked the idea of the hotel as it’s close to the peace museum. The staff are nice, but even with google translate two concierge employees couldn’t help me to find dinner options, even with such a basic request. The room is nice and clean but the shower / bathroom just has a feeling of low cost when this is clearly a luxury hotel. The lack of plugs in the room isn’t ideal when needing to charge multiple Devices. The rooftop view is very mediocre and the Restraunt on the roof is quite unappealing. With that said I did think the room and lobby were nice.

Brilliant place to stay when visiting Hiroshima and wanting access to the Peace Park. So walkable. Staff are super helpful. Beds were comfie and rooms large enough for our family. Overpriced food and drinks at the hotel but so many options on your doorstep. Would totally recommend. Brilliant service including late checkout for IHG members until 2pm.

Very disappointed, reserved for 2 seniors with one price from Expedia, but charged a much higher price with additional for extra person charges. Complaint to Expedia and ANA due to over charged to no avail, they both blame the other for nature of business for surcharges. I have no choices to continue with Expedia due to middle of my travel but will not use ANA Crown Plaza again

Staff was nice to let me leave my backpack to go on my tour and check in afterwards. My stay was only for a night but I was comfortable my whole stay. They have two choices of breakfast, Western and Japanese. I chose the Japanese breakfast and it was good. The hotel is close proximity to the peace memorial park and other restaurants and convenience stores.

I would like to say that this was a great hotel but the truth is, there’s room for improvement. It was quite a nice room with a decent amount of space by Japanese standards. The hardness of the bed however prevented us from having a good night’s sleep. The bathroom is a bit dated and the shower is sub-par for this level of accommodation. The breakfast buffet had a decent amount of both western and Japanese choices however, almost every hot-food item was mostly cold even though we were having breakfast at 6:30 AM every day. The location was excellent with lots of transportation options a short walk away and walkable distance to most of Hiroshima’s major attractions.

Most rooms in Japan are very tiny but this place has great size rooms for Japan and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has its own family mart and they have several restaurants. Located in the city center and many other places around that will help you enjoy your stay and close to nightlife center ( 10 min walk)
