Comfortable room, cleaning and room service available. The front desk is always manned and staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and really yum. There is a public bath, but fyi they do not allow people with tattoos or body art, and no option to cover them up with a sticker. There is a small deep bath in the room though, so you can still have a bath if you have body art.

チェックインしたが、団体が入っていてエレベーターで部屋に上がるのに20分ぐらいまたされました。それと、大浴場の洗い場が少なくて、掛け湯もなかったので、あくまで立って待たないといけないのが残念でした。

広島旅行に娘2人と娘の旦那さんと孫娘2人の計６人で宿泊したのでツイン3部屋利用しました。ホテルは手入れが行き届いているので部屋も綺麗で大浴場が完備しており助かりました。朝食ビッフェも品数豊富で美味しくいただきました。自家用車での旅行だったので駐車場が心配でしたがチェックインが遅くなったためホテルの駐車場に駐車出来ませんでしたが提携先の駐車場でしたが目と鼻の先程度の距離に自走式の駐車場を案内されトヨタのノアでも入庫することが出来て良かった。立地が良く繁華街へのアクセスが大変良く買い物や食事に大変都合が良かった。

建物自体は新しくないですが綺麗な館内、部屋でした。フロントの対応も丁寧でした。男女共に大浴場があるのは嬉しいポイントです。お湯が結構熱かったです、、。洗い場は8個くらいで、遅い時間はかなり混み合います。

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly staff. The only downfall was that we were not allowed to use their hot tubs because of tattoos. If we would have know that was the case we would have not picked this place for our 3 day stay. Other than that breakfast was great. Lots of options for food. You can also do laundry for 300yen.

A perfect hotel close to the Peace Memorial Park and within easy walking distance from the train station. The staff were all lovely and my room had a comfy bed and everything you needed. The public bath was great and i enjoyed it every evening. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was amazing! I was however very disappointed with the small size of the room which smelled of cigarette smoke. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room. In spite of being assured the “whole hotel is non-smoking “, there was an ashtray in the room and a sign advising us not to smoke in bed. I woke each morning with a headache and the hallways stank of cigarettes.

The location was very good. However, we requested a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room even though our reservation was made months in advance. The bathroom was too small to use the shower comfortably for me (although I am above average height I am not super tall). The shower was both short and narrow like a very small camper. The breakfast and service at the breakfast was very good. However, even with the good service I would not stay here again given the multitude of other hotels I saw in the area unless I could not find other options for the price.

Good hotel. Only strange thing is there was always music playing? At first I thought it was a guest, but I think it was playing in the hallways? I just played some white noise and drowned it out. Otherwise good stay, just needed a clean, safe place to sleep.

Les chambres ont déjà bien vécu. Le lit dans une chambre Economy 2 pers. est vraiment petit (max. 140cm). Le déjeuner est bon. L'hôtel est par contre bien situé par rapport au Peace Park, les restos et aussi les shopping streets.

Such a great hotel! It’s super walkable to everything and the area has a great variety of dining options and shopping. The hotel staff couldn’t be nicer and they were really helpful and friendly! The restaurant was excellent - a great variety of Western and Japanese breakfast items. I’m so glad they had Hiroshima speciality foods as I wanted to try them since my husband doesn’t eat seafood! All in all a great hotel stay. I also loved the pajama nightshirt they gave!

チェックアウト３０分後、車の中でメガネを探しておりましたらホテルより『眼鏡をお忘れでは』と電話があり大変助かりました。　部屋でなく１階ロビーの椅子にあったとの事でした。フロントから離れている距離ですが、良く私のメガネと分かり電話をしてくれたと感心しました。　おかげ様で無事に愛知まで帰れました　ありがとうございました。

フロントスタッフの若い女性にコインランドリーのセキュリティについて、アクセスをゲストに限定するキーシステムが入り口にあるのか、無ければ洗濯機の蓋は洗濯中にロックされるのか尋ねても、質問の趣旨を理解してもらえず、確たる返事がもらえなかった。むしろ、「何でそんな事を聞くか？」との態度がありありで、不快だった。実際にランドリールームは誰でもいつでもアクセスでき、安心して使用できない。また、部屋に金庫がないため、フロントに貴重品の入った封筒を預かってくれるようリクエストすると、中身は何かと尋ねながら、中身を検める動作をした。余計な心配をせず、ゲストのリクエストに対応すべき。自分の無知は棚に上げ、非常に尊大な男性であった。ゲストリレーションには不向き。なぜならこの男性フロントマンはフロントでの貴重品預かりと言う、ホテルとしての基本的機能を知らなかった。驚愕。「ゲストルームに金庫はない、フロントが貴重品を預からないなら、ゲストはどうすれば良いのか？」と尋ねると、他のスタッフが封印シールの付いた封筒を準備してくれて、やっと中身入りのし袋を預ける事が出来た。ちゃんとフロントでのセキュリティ預かりシステムはあるのに、スタッフに教育が行き届いていないのは痛恨のミス。ハウスキーピングスタッフは皆さん挨拶はしてくださるし、お部屋も清潔に保たれ好印象を受けたが、最前線でカスタマータッチポイントとなるフロントの女性と男性２名が意識低すぎ。あまりにもお粗末過ぎて、2度と利用しようとは思わない。

急な宿泊で充電器なかったのですが、貸し出しがあり、ビニール袋が破れている事に気付いたスタッフが紙袋を差し出してくれました。シングル部屋を利用しましたが、清潔感もあり、必要な物全て揃っています。値段のわりに全く問題ありません。人工ですが、温泉もありました。駐車場は1300円で利用可能。行き先を尋ねるとルートを的確に教えて下り、大変感謝致します。お世話になりました。

A perfect hotel close to the Peace Memorial Park and within easy walking distance from the train station. The staff were all lovely and my room had a comfy bed and everything you needed. The public bath was great and i enjoyed it every evening. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Such a great hotel! It’s super walkable to everything and the area has a great variety of dining options and shopping. The hotel staff couldn’t be nicer and they were really helpful and friendly! The restaurant was excellent - a great variety of Western and Japanese breakfast items. I’m so glad they had Hiroshima speciality foods as I wanted to try them since my husband doesn’t eat seafood! All in all a great hotel stay. I also loved the pajama nightshirt they gave!

至って普通のホテルですが、朝食が残念でした。朝食の内容は広島の名物が揃っていて良いのですか、客さばきが悪いです。先ず、宿泊者数に対して会場が狭いせいか、朝食会場の前のロビーでただただ待たされます。時期的なものか寒いです。特に何らサポートも無いです。部屋番号を控えて、空いたら呼ぶなどの改善した方がよいのではないでしょうか。ブュッフェスタイルなのですが、店員さんは早く回したいらしく、着席するより食事を取りに行かせようとして席に座ることすらさせてもらえません。
