Enjoyed our stay here. Convenient access to Peace museum about a 10-15 minute walk. Took the ferry from the Peace dome to Miyajima. Staff at hotel were very welcoming. Room was lovely and overlooked the main Street. Breakfast buffet was best we had while in Japan. Good selection of Japanese and western options. Restaurant view was amazing on the 25th floor with big windows to see the views of Hiroshima. Elevators were quick and amenities plentiful. Highly recommend.

Only had 2 nights, but the hotel was great. Very professional. They have kiosk check in to free up the service people if you needed it so never too long, the free wine and some nibblies between 6 and. 8 pm did go down rather well, and the view from the 25th floor - where the guest lounge is, is amazing.

交通の便が良く、車なしでも観光が楽。駐車場だけちょっと大変だった。車種がホテルの駐車場に入らない為外部の駐車場に停めることになった。しかし、その駐車場がとても近かったのは良かった。それとスタッフの対応がとても丁寧でわかりやすかった。

Staff very friendly. Hotel adequate. We do have one major disappointment about this hotel and that is there is no evening bar to buy drinks and relax, or anywhere to have a coffee. Had I have been aware of this I would not have booked this hotel.

I was actually quite disappointed (or just unlucky with my room) during my stay. The room had a heavy smell of caramel, each day I was killing insects both in the bathroom and next to the bed. I would understand the presence of insects if we were on the first few floors or if the windows were open, but i was on tenth floor and my window couldn't open. Other than that, the location is great and the employees were really kind, but the hotel was a bit worn down.

Très belle vue et bon petit-déjeuner (inclus à partir de la 2ème nuit). Par contre l'hôtel à besoin d'un rafraîchissement, le ménage des chambres laisse à désirer, il y a trop de poussières. La salle de bain que nous avons eu avait besoin de travaux (odeur de moisi et égoûts). L'hôtel est bien placé et le personnel sympathique.

This hotel is tired, what makes it is the amazing views from the room and from the breakfast lounge. Our room was very small and valuable space was taken by furniture which really did not need to be there. We were unable to have both of our cases open. The general decor of the room was scruffy, with scuffs and scrapes on the walls, a large stain on the sofa and the bathroom was very dated with no space for washbags and incredibly thin towels. No coffee in the room and the complimentary evening lounge drinks had been withdrawn just before we arrived for our stay so drinks had to be paid for. I would not class this as a 4 star hotel and I would be unlikely to stay again.

This property was excellent in all respects, EXCEPT it was uninhabitable due to an over hot room. When I asked at the desk why the air conditioning was not working and could they check it, the response was that “the air conditioning was turned off in the rooms and only the building fan was working. I could leave the bathroom door open and the st would help”. The bathroom was even hotter! We had to jar the room door open with a provided slipper all night in order to get some of the hallway’s cooler air. How can a major hotel be so careless? We got no sleep in this room and were exhausted after our two night stay. Unless you like to sleep in a sauna, I recommend that you DO NOT stay in this hotel if you want a restful experience.

The hotel is quite old. The pictures on the website are misleading. Really small room and had a hard time opening our luggage inside the room, but unfortunately I think the size is standard in Japan. The stuff don't really know English well. I was hoping they could help me to make ferry reservation for Miyajima, because I was afraid I would have communication problem. The girl who helped me was very hesitant to help me call. The next day I asked another front desk staff to help me reserve the taxi for next morning for 6:30 am and she said she couldn't reserve it because taxi are busy in the morning. I find it odd, but thankfully there were two taxi outside of the hotel the next morning.

The hotel is in an ideal location and walkable to most tourist attractions. The rooms are dated however clean. Our first room had a washroom that had a distasteful odour. The manger came promptly and provided us with a new room. Unfortunately the new room also had an odour. I would not rate this as 4 star hotel; however the staff were extremely helpful and did what they could to make our stay comfortable. The soft ice cream on the 25th floor was a bonus.

Lovely clean room on 20th floor, sufficient space for 3 nights. Breakfast on 25th floor is pleasant experience with plenty of choice and use of guest lounge throughout the day with some refreshment is appreciated. Conveniently located on Peace Boulevard close to Peace Park and museum etc. The staff are amazing as we left something in the room which they found and on request mailed to our next hotel. Thank you so much.

朝ごはんが美味しかった。その場で焼くワッフルが美味しかった。ただ、GWだったからか朝食に案内されるまで時間がかかった。きれいな夜景を見ながらコーヒーが良かった。歩いて平和記念公園に行けるのが良かった。ホテルの方々がとても親切でした。
