We had a pleasant stay; the hotel is convenient for the trams, staff were helpful. There seemed to be a reasonable number of holiday makers, it seems popular. Breakfast was good and plentiful and you can grab a coffee in the lounge at other times. Atmosphere was smart and welcoming, happy to recommend this one. Apart from the obvious historical significance of Hiroshima, don't miss the the trip to Miyajima Island, easily accessed on the local tram and ferry

This is a great area to stay in as it is very central and there are many transit options. The rooms are a little bit small, but I understand that is normal in Japan. The staff are kind and the facilities are clean. It is right on top of a 7/11 that is well stocked as well.

They were excellent and communicated clearly. They gave towels and water every day. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk from trams and buses to Hiroshima Station as well as only a 10 minute walk to the Hiroshima Bus Center. Couldn't be happier with the hotel. The 7-11 downstairs was also super convenient for late night snacks.

The hotel was nice looking and well located to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The room was very dirty. There were two random sandals lying under a desk. Someone else’s dirty underwear were left lying on a chair. Lint, hair, and heavy dust all over the room. I actually wrote wash me in the dust. The laundry room was incredibly dirty with a trail of lint leaving the room which was not cleaned during our 3 day stay. Very strange room layout. You exit the shower to stand right in front of the entry door. The stay was fine, but not impressed with the cleanliness.

The property was great. The food options were pretty much the same daily, with one new featured item. The issue was cleaning. They never cleaned the room, even though they mentioned one deep clean and the rest of the days would be eco-cleaning. Strange.

Good hotel for exploring Hiroshima. Room was good size. Easy to connect to main sites and shopping areas by public transport or walking. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I fully support eco friendly room clean where sheets are not changed. However I would expect the beds to still be made (I don’t understand what’s not eco friendly about making a bed).

Nice hotel in good location. The rooms a tad on the small size. What I disliked was the room had one small window that was opaque, and absolutely no view outside the room. The wind cold be opened slightly, only to reveal dirty A/C units on a dirty building ledge.

Wow, for a 3 star hotel, this is one of most spacious hotel I have ever stayed in Japan. Convenient and close to public transport. I absolutely love how nice the rooms are and everything looks so new. I love the separated toilet and bathroom. Wifi is fast and I would stay here again.

Our room was much too small. No drawers, no place for the luggage. Had to store it under the desk area making that not usable for a desk. Room was better suited for one person staying just a night or two. On the plus side, great breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location maybe a little off the heart of the city but only a 10 min walk away. Hotel rooms are very spacious by Japanese standard. Room is very nice, clean and beautiful. Only complaint is internet can be faster.

Had what I needed: openable window for fresh air (although 3rd floor in summer/winter might have noise from aircon units just there; shoulder season it was quiet), not-strong-scented sheets & towels, amazing bath (plus very nice shower), comfy pajamas!, min-fridge & kettle & separate coffee maker, decent space for a japanese room (about 20m^2?), halfway between sights & train station for easy walks to each. I had view of adjacent building, but it was quiet (no road / tram noise). Trouble with check in: the ipad-based system did not recognize the postal code for my (Japanese) apartment and I can't write the address in Kanji and the ipad writing system was very hard to use. Eventually got it sorted out, but clerk was definitely wanting to get done with me, such that I needed to insist on buying my b'fast ticket then, not the next morning (I wanted to be up & eating early). Breakfast started at 6:30 (nice & early) and had a wide selection of options and was pretty nice (comparing to many Japanese hotels I've stayed in -- and **so** far above most American hotels' breakfast!!!), although a bit steep in cost (was more than my okonomiyaki+drink dinner!) so - ate up! and it was worth it. NB that the 'free drink' for Expedia/VIP whatevs was a coffee from a coffee shop 6 blocks away that wasn't even open. I was hoping for, say, a small sake or mini-prosecco or something.

Lovely hotel, very convenient for exploring the city with a 5 minute walk to the tram station. Also walkable distance to shopping centres, restaurants and various tourist spots. Lots of great cafés nearby. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The lounge area is nice and serves good coffee. Room was comfortable, quiet and well equipped.

Two blocks away from a very good shopping and food district with great stores and covered area. 10 min walk from the atomic dome and Hiroshima castle. Quite a great location, 10 min cab or 15 min walk from the train station.

Great location. Clean and no fuss travel hotel. Would definitely stay at this property on my next visit to Hiroshima. Less than 5 minutes from many street cars and main shopping and food. It was within 15 minutes walking to the memorial and Hiroshima station. Breakfast was diverse and enjoyable. The room layout was good. Shower was excellent. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Das Hotel ist nur nach sechs Stationen mit der Straßenbahn von Hiroschima Bahnhof erreichbar. Ein kurzer Fußweg von der Haltestelle zum Hotel. Ebenfalls ist man schnell im Memorial Park, Hiroshima Castle oder dem Shukkeien Garten. In der Nähe hat man einen 7eleven und Lawson zum einkaufen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Die Speiseauswahl beim Frühstück für Vegetarier nicht so optimal. Leider keine Eier oder Käse da. Das Rührei war leider noch eine glibberige Masse. Sonst aber sehr viel Auswahl an Speisen.
