Wanted to book the residence but was denied due to “only” 1 week stay. Coming from a IHG two bedroom with kitchen and living room in Osaka the week before. Negative is the lack of air conditioning in the halls and hotel, due to green initiative. Very busy breakfast. Food is really not good. Smelly people. Smelly musky carpeted halls. Rooms are clean, just dated;1990 style. For the high price I really could not recommend it despite excellent location. Cleaning ladies are very fast, polite. Staff generally polite, try hard, and efficient. I would give up the location for a better overall experience next time. I taxi anyways, so perhaps the marriot ocean park would be better.

금연룸으로 신청했었고 미성년자동반 가족이었음에도 담배냄새로 절여진 방배정함. 자정이 넘은 시간에 체크인 한지라 가족들이 힘들어해 그냥 자고 다음날 바꿨지만 속이 종일 울렁거리고 입고있던 옷. 트렁크 짐들에조차 담배냄새가 베일 정도였음. 홍콩의 이미지를 깎아내리는 호텔.

The room is nice, cleaning service excellent. We arrived at 19:00 and had to wait until 20:00 fir the room to be ready. This said the reception staff was nice although pushy with expensive dining options. One particular staff at the pool was agressive and rude with our kids and those of others. I had to intervene a couple times. Overall it is a nice hotel with almost all staff very pleasant but outside the room things are overpriced even by HK standards.

It was my first visit to HK. The location of JW Marriott is excellent for tourist! Subway station and shopping mall are located in its basement level. Ferry terminal to TST is 15-min away. Food of the hotel restaurant was good. Employees were very kind. Rooms were clean. I strongly recomment the stay at JW Marriott!

This property is beautiful and the staff is outstanding. All of the staff spoke English. They were knowledgeable about the area and very helpful. Room was beautiful and fruit, water and ice in the room was a welcome treat! The breakfast was wonderful with a great mix of western and local options but expensive. All the restaurants are on the high end and the connected mall has many expensive shops, designer brands and restaurants. We did find a reasonable priced burger place in the mall but other meals were in the top price points.

We had very pleasant and cozy one week trip to Hongkong, we are three friends on our Asia trip and the choice of JW Marriott was a good one. Location is perfect with direct access to metro Admiralty station, also tram and many busses stop there. Also direct access to a huge shopping mall Pacific place with both luxury and usual clothes, jewellery and so on. The staff is very attentive, breakfast amazing and I loved their signature ramen noodle soup at breakfast. We ate several time at fish bar at the hotel and their crab cakes and fish dishes are breathtaking. And we are from Norway, fish nation, but we never tasted better fish then in Hongkong. We enjoyed also the pool, very clean and spacious, many available sunbeds. I recommend JW Marriott and we will definitely come back!!

交通便利，樓下便是金鐘地鐵站，離灣仔步行也不遠。住房品質很好，因爲連住4晚，櫃檯人員幫我們家庭房升等，自助早餐加購也很優惠，只是連續4天享用早餐菜色變化不大，房務人員打掃很乾淨，缺點則是沒有自助洗衣機，對連續住房客人較爲不便，以後有機會還是會入住。
