Had the opportunity to stay at this hotel right in the middle of the Harbor City area. Plenty to do without having to drive anywhere. They provided me with an amazing view up on the Continental Floor. Breakfast always had a nice variety of choices along with the Afternoon Tea and Evening Drinks. The staff and Manager up on that floor was thoughtful and kind during my entire stay. Very welcoming aura. The room service staff kept the room tidy and everyone was extremely friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience during our vacation.

We had a horrendous delay on our flight into HKG and met my sister at the hotel just before 11.pm. Could not believe it when we were told that there was nowhere we could get a beer or a cup of tea except for room service. We had booked Club rooms but the lounge closed at 11. Thankfully, two charming gentlemen,Andrew and Simon in the lounge made us so welcome and also made tea and a beer for my husband. Although they were just leaving, they insisted on helping us and indeed were absolutely delightful for the rest of our stay. They are the reason we would go back to Marco Polo! Well done to them both.

Utmärkt läge, bra och fräscht men börjar bli lite slitet. Smidig/snabb in och utcheckning, har bagagerum om man behöver. Trevlig personal. Dyra priser på dryck i restaurangen och poolen var rätt tråkig utan tillhörande bar.

The room this time … both water taps where leaking .. mold in the shower ground and mold under the soap dish in the shower .. Floor felt wet and dirty The room I had last week same hotel was good

The location of the hotel was ideal and the overall public facility was fine (not great). However, the guest rooms have moldy smell that was not removed even with the air purifier. Hotel tried to move our family (multiple rooms) to other rooms but they were all the same regarding the moldy smell. This is a health issue that needs to be addressed by the hotel.

立地がよくビックトリアハーバーまで歩いですぐのアクセスが魅力！しかし、ロビー以外は全体設備古い、廊下は下水道の匂いで我慢できない、部屋に入ると少しだけましいたが、だんだん匂いが出てきて夜マスクして寝るしかない、また、ベットが硬すぎて布団も湿気で気持ち悪い、仕方なく長袖パジャマで一晩を過ごした。換気扇も古く中からすぐでも潰れそうな音がして眠れなかった、朝食も五つ星の割にはよくない、品数も少なく、照明も暗すぎるので、料理が美味しく見えない、一晩だけなので我慢したが、次は泊まりたくない。

While the rooms are large and the staff is pleasant, our stay was severely impacted by the terrible smell of smoke. We complained to the front desk, but they informed us that the 11th floor is a smoking floor and the smell cannot be avoided. I would not recommend this hotel to non-smokers.

Room was clean and good size. Check in and room staff were courteous and efficient. Only thing is that the air condition was rather noisy. When there were parties at venues close to the hotel, the music and singing can be heard in the room which was annoying. Probably the windows are not soundproof.

3泊しました。ハーバービューの部屋で13万円でしたが、部屋の目の前は駐車場で8階であったのもあり、駐車した人と目が合うくらいでした。もちろん夜景も少ししか見えません。部屋を変えて欲しいとリクエストしましたが、お決まりの「満室です」との回答。追加料金払っているのに最低です。　設備も古く防音性も無いので、廊下の声が丸聞こえです。朝食もビジホ並みのクオリティーで全く美味しくありません。唯一掃除のスタッフだけは気さくで良い方でした。二度と利用しません。

The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes from The Star Ferry. Our room had a harbour view which was incredible and the room was spacious with a really comfortable bed.

Great location & great view of harbor since we got a room with harbor view. Room was ok, a bit dark & dated. We booked a king bed room but was given a room with a double bed. The bed was certainly too small for our liking but hotel says they have no more non- smoking room with a king bed!

禁煙部屋を予約していたはずが、先に通しておいてもらった荷物が臭くなるほどに、タバコ臭い部屋でした。向かいの部屋が喫煙部屋だったのか、空気清浄機が置いてありますが、廊下が臭いと言うか煙い。私達の部屋も元々喫煙部屋だったのだと思います。ホテルに戻ったのが夜だったので、フロントに部屋を交換していただきたい旨を伝えると案の定満室。部屋の掃除を提案されたが、掃除でどうにかなるレベルとは思えず、結局ダウングレードとなる低層階、より狭い部屋への移動で妥協しました。この際特にフロントスタッフより謝罪はなく、終始面倒くさそうな態度。こちらも海外なのでこんなものかと思ってました。しかし、翌日クラブラウンジのスタッフが来てくださり、丁寧な謝罪とより広いお部屋へ移動してくださりました。この際の対応が、前日のフロントスタッフ2名と同じホテルの方と思えない程きめ細やかなものでした。その後もクラブラウンジのスタッフの方々には、飛行機の手配等色々とお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。この方々がいらっしゃるなら、また泊まりたいホテルです。

Great location and close to designer shops/MRT/Star Ferry. Hotel a little tired and probably needs some refurbishment. However, the staff are 5 star, friendly and so efficient that they can't do enough for you. Well worth taking the club option as the food offering is excellent both, breakfast, lunch and evening. Angela and all her staff especially Maeve and Andrew were welcoming and couldnt do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Lok - Head Concierge and his staff for arranging our transfers from/to Hong Kong Airport and recommendations of places to visit - Macau and the fireworks evening on our last night of our stay. Would recommend this hotel for a stay in Hong Kong as you will receive a very warm welcome and recognition from all the Hotel staff who go above and beyond. We will be back to Marco Polo next trip for sure!

I really enjoyed the convenient location — close to the ferry, bus terminals, and MTR. The king room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping did a wonderful job throughout my stay, except for a small flaw at the very end. On the last day, my personal TV box remote—which I had placed on the linens—was accidentally sent to the laundry and could not be recovered despite the team’s efforts. This means my TV box is now unusable, which is quite disappointing. That said, the duty manager responded quickly, apologized in person, and later followed up with an offer of a complimentary room upgrade and breakfast on my next visit. I appreciate how seriously they took the matter and their willingness to make things right. I understand it was an honest mistake, and I simply hope housekeeping can be a bit more careful in the future. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay, and I appreciate the hotel’s effort to make up for the loss.

An overnight stay between flights required a hotel close to dining options and transport, and the Marco Polo Hongkong provided them. We arrived early and staff worked to provide access to our room to facilitate refresh and enjoying the area. Staff were friendly and accommodation, especially at reception. A good nights sleep and a wonderful breakfast set us for the day, and our departure that night.

First off, the hotel is a bit dated, so don't stay here if you want a modern state of the art hotel! It's a fully-featured, 5-star hotel though, and the staff were really polite and eager to help. Overall I had a good time and will recommend this hotel if it's within your budget and if it's in a convenient area for you. It's not particularly near an MTR station (few minutes walk).

Located directly adjacent to the Ocean Terminal, it's a perfect location for those embarking on a cruise ship that dock here. Very easy to get to the hotel from the airport.
