Very nice stay , especially for a late take off . My flight out of HKG is 10:30 pm , the executive club program let me check out at 6pm . The room is small and simple but you are allowed to have all the complementary drinks in the refrigerator. You can also stay at their club meeting room enjoying their drinks and snacks . I certainly will come back again especially for a late taking off . A complimentary hotel shuttle bus can also take you to a nearby Tong-Yon shopping mall which has many restaurants and stores …

Reasonable size room overlooking one of the runways, but windows are double glazed so no loud noises. Bathroom was a winner as was the super comfy bed. Check in was efficient and front office staff were very helpful. Didn't have breakfast. One of the on-site bars had ok food but very price. Location to the airport is a plus plus.

The hotel is inside Terminal 1 (you need to go go out past Immigration to the Arrivals area and it is on the far left. There are couple of good restaurants right below the reception area. The walk from the reception lobby to the boarding gate (gate 32) was around 30 minutes

シャトルバスは案内してもらえなかったので、チェックインの日は知らず。2日目にカウンターに時刻表が、置いてあって気がつきました。一時間に一本なのでタイミングが合わず利用できませんでした。Disneyへのシャトルバスも案内してもらえず口コミを読んで知りましたので、ちょうど乗りたい時間に無かったため利用できませんでした。チェックインのときや、荷物を預ける時になんで教えてくれないんだろうと不思議でした。部屋は古いですが清潔でした。空港の到着A口から五分くらいでとても便利でした。東桶駅までもバスが5〜10分くらいに一本くらいあるので、便利でした。

For a good place to stay while entering or leaving the HK Airport, this hotel is great. Do I think it is inexpensive? NO, but it’s really a great hotel to relax at. Clean rooms, friendly/helpful staff, very accommodating, big breakfast buffet with omelet station, 2 pools, sauna, and steamroom. Restaurants on the ground floor. Taxis and busses into the city (45 minute journey) just outside the hotel and airport. Busses are cheap. Theres a spa on the premises which is very nice. My wife said it is 😂. They’ve got a really nice exercise room too with all you need, if you’re like me, to just stay fat. We stay at this hotel when passing in or out of HK. We have consistently been more than satisfied with everything.

The hotel needs repair, it shows in the hallway and inside the rooms. My first room was smoky and the walls were dirty. The staff was nice enough to switch me to a different room, but again the overall condition in the room was poor. Not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel.

Convenient, but could use some updates. The room was dated, I couldn’t shut off the AC.. my room was 61 degrees no matter what I did. The shower broke and I woke up early to get breakfast before my flight because the restaurant has a sign that says it starts at 6 am. They watched me standing outside for 10 minutes and then came by and said that they don’t open until 6:30. The China Grill had good food but not great service.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Having said that, remember to bring old school adapter for British style electrical outlet. No USB charging ports. Also, if you have a bad back, the beds are ultra, ultra firm. I'm over 100kg (fat) and I didn't sink in the mattress.

Hotel is a short 5 min walk internally through the airport. Check in pretty easy we had room on 12 floor which can only be accessed by escalators which was tough with a bit of luggage a kids. Premium room was massive really good size even with an exercise bike Loved our stay. However the decor is pretty dated and could do with an update. There is also no usb or universal charge points which is odd for an airport hotel. We didn’t eat so can’t comment on food Would stay again purely for location.

A staff was not courteous. She gave me the wrong room for me to come down again with my luggage and asked for another one . She refused to accommodate my reservation though I explained to her . Checking in at 1AM after 14 hours in the plane I believe the priority should be accommodating the client as soon as they can and not make them feel unvalued. Might not book again because just because of the unfriendly experience

The first night. Was not a good time for me? And I reviewed it. The staff was very good. I attempted to change hotels, decided against it. Because I had booked the room through a travel agent and it was going to be more hassle than it was worth. The big silver lining to this whole experience is leaving today, I can report that all the things that we're of issues we're addressed by the hotel. The staff went through extraordinary efforts trying to contact me to make sure things we're taken care of. I did not get back till later in the evening and I had not talked with them but found that indeed everything had been taken care of including a new refrigerator. I am peased to say, out loud, for anyone who will listen, that, it's because of the staff, I would would rate it a six star hotel just from their effort. Mr. M... & Ms. J… made it all happen. Now I would recommend staying at this hotel. It is large and has accommodated travelers for decades. The issues I experienced happen every where, the energy put into making them right; however, other properties are unlikely, IMHO, be hard pressed to perform at the level of the team at this hotel. Yes. They won me over. I shall stay here again on my way through Hong Kong.

Our room was a bit tired and dusty in places. Suited us for a one night stay before our flight. The corridor on our floor smelt musty. The International Buffet for dinner was excellent and the breakfast was wonderful.

Availability and check in were excellent. No issues getting our room last minute. Room was clean and large. Basic amenities available in the room. Very quiet considering we could see planes outside the window but not hear them. Served us well for a last minute stay. Room service is exorbitantly expensive so don’t even think about it. Getting there: Once you arrive at Terminal 2, LEAVE THE AIRPORT. You do have to go through airport security to exit the terminal. While connected, it is not IN the airport. There is signage, but you have to look for it. Don't panic and ask for help from staff if you are lost. We were. :)
