The hotel was refurbished during Covid, so the rooms are modern and new. Good service from the hotel reception staff. Excellent location near many Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exits, with airport bus A21 dropping you off 1 min's walk away. Many malls & dining options around too. The hotel lobby was left out of the recent refurbishment though, and could use a refresh. Good price point considering the overall experience and that it is HK.

The staff and bellboy were very attentive and kind. They don’t provide water bottles, but perhaps that’s the norm in Hong Kong, but do provide a pitcher and have water dispensers on every floor, although the water came out warm. All in all, the hotel was fine, but location wise, it’s a bit far from the metro with carrying luggage in the heat.

This hotel was convenient for our needs. Walking distance to the ferry & The Harbour. Lots of restaurant & shopping options nearby. We ate at the breakfast buffet one morning & we’re not impressed by the quality or choice of food so didn’t eat there again. The public areas are limited. No comfortable place to just hang out in the morning.

Good clean semi basic 4* hotel located between Hung Hom and TST mtr. Good housekeeping and staff. Just lacks other amenities like a bar, gym, swimming pool, roof terrace similar to nearby hotels previously visited. Stay here this time as it was a good deal on offer.

I felt very well. Rooms are good and renovated, rooms are large for HK standards, very good breakfast, you can find almost everything in the area. It's just a shame that the hotel shuttle buses from the Airport Express Train have been discontinued.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Zimmer gut und neu renoviert, Zimmer für HK Verhältnisse groß, sehr gutes Frühstück, in der Umgebung findet man fast alles. Schade nur das die Hotel Shuttle Busse vom Airport Express Train eingestellt sind.

Location is very central. Fulfilling our needs of two rooms by each other, thank you, great service. We have the King Premiere room and it was roomy. Doesn’t have a workout gym. Lobby was small, looking kind of outdated. The room was very nice, look new.

Location should have been great but clogged sink never fixed after 5 days with calls every day. Toilet with brown water so it always looked dirty Lied about shuttle airport service, not avail. Noisy rooms, extra hard mattress with no give like sleeping on carpet

繁華街である尖沙咀にあります。地下鉄も歩いて5分くらいで2つ駅があり、隣にはお土産屋さん、徒歩圏内に地元のレストランやスーパー、コンビニ、デパートなどなんでもある立地の良さでした。ホテルの方はとても親切で、荷物を運んでくれたり、レストランでは毎朝氷を水筒に入れてくれました。帰りのタクシーとうまく連絡が取れず困っていたら、運転手さんに電話をかけてくれたりとても助かりました。バスルームのシャワーカーテンが生乾き臭で、それだけが残念でした… それ以外は完璧でした。また香港に来る際は使用したいと思いました。

飯店房間設備很新，有帶小朋友，訂4人房，住宿2晚睡得很好，小朋友也很喜歡，唯一美中不足，水壓有點小，打開一條毛巾時，有一根頭髮藏在裡面⋯⋯，但整體住宿體驗還不錯，還是蠻推薦的。飯店離地鐵尖沙咀站步行大約10分鐘，住宿附近有很多餐廳，有名的「紅茶」「華嫂冰室」都在附近，地理位置非常好！飯店旁有一間賣粥跟腸粉很好吃！

Since our last stay I could tell employees are more friendly this time, more interactions and smiles on the face. Love the location of Park hotel for its convenience and proximity to both West rail and MTR line. Family room is spacious and clean. I do hope they can put a dehumidifier for summer as it gets pretty humid in the room. AC isn’t strong enough in my opinion. Other than the amenities, location is gold.

We enjoyed the 8 nights we spent at Park Hotel. Staff are very helpful. We stayed in a Family room with two comfortable double beds. Rooms are renovated. Daily cleaning service. Walking distance to subway and shopping centres. Plenty of dining options outside the hotel. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Park Hotel as a family of 5. We booked the quintuple room which was very comfortable, spacious with 2 bathrooms. Located in a very convenient area in Kowloon. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room spacious much larger than regular hotel rooms. Staff are helpful and accommodating. The only thing is construction going on opposite the hotel which created a bit of noise during the day although it stopped around 6pm that's ok. Location's great walking distance to MTR underground and bus stops A21 to and from airport is convenient. It's a plus! Happy to stay again.

We had an excellent stay. This newly renovated Park Hotel in TST is centrally located with conveniences and amenities. Unlike newly built hotels, the rooms are extra large and there was plenty of room for our family. Exceptional value, highly recommended.

CheckIn at the hotel was not a good experience. Hotel staff and the manager were quite unprofessional about the check in and deposit procedure. After lengthy check in, manager informed about a water shut off that would occur the next day for 5 hours. This impedes on service and is supposed to be shared prior to check in.

My top choice whenever I stay in HongKong, so close to everything including train station and their rooms are spacious for Hong Kong standards. Have to commend on the hotel staff’s honesty and excellent services, we didn’t even realise we have left behind an Ipad on check-out and they returned it to us when we went back to collect our baggage from the concierge before leaving for the airport, that really saved us lots of trouble and inconvenience and we are very grateful for that! Well done Park Hotel!

accommodating, responsive, helpful staff. clean room, complete amenities (though, we never did know or saw if they had a pool on site). they always clean the room and if you decide to skip a day the leave a msg on the phone to verify you didn't want your room to be cleaned. Good location, some walk to the subways, but close to everything such as ave. of stars, malls, and foods.

Best baby bed and bathroom experience across our 5 hotels stayed in our trip. Close to MTR station and amenities. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff for our various transportation needs. The limousine connection to airport is great for our 10 + luggage’s plus family members.

施設は綺麗でよかったです。ただ12時チェックアウトで時間があったので、部屋を「private」状態にして観光に出たのですが、部屋に戻ると人が入った形跡が。掃除され、ベッドメイキングもされて、タオルもまだ使いたかったのに全て片付けられていました。まだ部屋を利用したく、掃除に入って欲しくなかったため「private」にしていたのに、全く意味がありませんでした。セキュリティ上もとても心配になりました。流石に酷すぎます。フロントのスタッフさんが親切だっただけに、非常に残念でした。

Park Hotel is conveniently located near Mody Road and K11 mall (connected to MTR station). Alternatively, airport bus A21 makes a stop just diagonally across from the hotel. While the hotel has a long history (around 50 years), the room interior is decently renovated and clean. The lobby is however rather small and crowded with patrons. Do note that the bathrooms in the Quintuple room do not have separate showers. You would have to shower within the bathtubs. Anti-slip mats are provided but do take this into consideration if you’re travelling with seniors.

Nice clean place. Close to a lot of good restaurants. Closest MTR exit is A2 about 7 mins walk with escalators. For lift use B2 but on the opposite side hence longer walking. The place seems renovated but pictures from the website needs to be updated as the entrance of the building doesn’t look the same as advertised. City view is just to another buildings not skyline etc.

The hotel is near to the airport bus stop A21 (even though the nearest airport bus stop is closed so you need to alight one stop before or after). The check in process was fast and room is big with bathtub for kids. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It is also walking distance between TST and east TST stations.

Very nice place, rooms are modern and clean. Location is excellent. Only complaint was with restaurant. We arrived 20 minutes before breakfast was ending. We paid for our meal and were told we had 20 minutes. We were okay with this but unfortunately the staff began clearing all food from buffet within five minutes of us sitting. Other than that I would recommend this hotel.

For a reasonable priced hotel by Hong Kong standards, the Park Hotel ticked all the boxes I needed for my trip. It was clean, the location for me was ideal, A short walk from Harbour City, the area has lots of restaurants and bars. The room was large, clean and comfortable. I would use this hotel again on my next visit
