Gateway is a very long standing hotel at the hub of Kowloon in Hong Kong. The room is a bit run down. But their staff will do everything to make you feel at home. Their lounge provides excellent bfast, savory snacks all day.

Where do I start? From the minute we checked in they were so very helpful. Collecting us and luggage from taxi and taking it to our room. Booked 2 queen beds which were so comfy. Bathroom was large and clean. Bottled water topped up every day. Nespresso machine with 3 pods daily. Plenty of storage. Be On Canton the bar on level 3 was lovely. Outdoor space which was a bonus. Lovely Johnny made our stay. It was really a well placed hotel and everyone was helpful. The concierge were really helpful and gave us an old-fashioned map, which was brilliant. 5 Stars no doubt!

眺望は前の建物がせまっており期待できません。その他室内設備、清掃、朝食等とても満足しました。クラブルームを選んだのでクラブラウンジも使用しました。他のお客さんの真似で表には出ていない青島ビールをお願いしました。公共のエスカレーターのスピード、信号の音と、何かと香港はせわしないのですが、このホテルのエレベーターもカード操作を待ってくれずせっかちで若干操作性悪いです。

We had looked at reviews that advised it was looking tired and scruffy, however we found Marco Polo perfect, especially the club lounge. The rooms were clean, well presented and the shower and bath excellent. The staff were all very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. An ideal hotel for all the sights of Hong Kong. We had a wonderful time😊

My four days trip to HK was amazing thanks to all the staffs in Gateway Marco Polo Hotel from the very moment I walked into the hotel and walked out. I travel a lot so I know not every hotel has these kind of staffs that are so detailed and caring. They were helpful in every possible way and their english were also very good so there won't be any problem communicating with them. The room was very clean, spacious and the view out the window was superb. Can't think of one thing that wasn't great about this hotel. I plan to book this hotel for my next visit to Hong Kong again and would highly recommend this place for anyone who plans to travel to HK! :)

Loved my hotel room! Very comfortable, quiet, lots of room, clean, and nice. The customer service was amazing with hotel staff offering to get your luggage to your room for you. The location is very convenient for shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The MTR is in walking distance also.

Everything was great! Staff was helpful. Water by request. Only problem I had was the AC. It was a bit loud and the noise made it tough to sleep at night. Overall good location and friendly staff!

The room was very clean, spacious and the view out the window was superb. Can't think of one thing that wasn't great about this hotel. I plan to book this hotel for my next visit to Hong Kong again and would highly recommend this place for anyone who plans to travel to HK! :)

숙소 좋아요! 침사추이 a1출구에서 3분? 이면 도착해요- 찾아가기도 쉽고 친절하고 숙소 컨디션도 좋고 조식도 좋아요! 전체적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다 ㅎ 히버시티랑도 바로 연결되서 편의시설 이용에도 좋았어요 ㅎ 다음에도 홍콩에 간다면 재방문할 의사 있어요

地下鉄からは少し歩くものの、ショッピングモールに直結していて便利。スターフェリーにも屋内から歩いてほぼ直結。ショッピングモールは高級ブランド、カジュアルブランド、レストラン、カフェ、City superもあり、最近話題のBACHA COFFEEもできていた。買物、食事、お茶にも全く困りません。徒歩圏内に九龍公園、DFS、peninsula Hotelもあり、夜ののレーザーショー、スターフェリーで香港島に渡る事もでき香港観光には利便性高い。今回クラブルームに宿泊しましたが、朝食、アフタヌーティー、イブニングに飲食ができ物価の高い昨今かなりコスパがいいです。マカオ観光の日も疲れきり夕方帰りシャワーを浴びて飲み物と摘みを食べられ助かりました。朝食もバイキングのメニューは多くないですが、オーダーもできワンタン麺、エックベネディクト、パンケーキなどもオーダーできました。アフタヌーンティーでスコーンに合わせるクロテッドクリームがあったのには驚きました。クラブルームはチェックアウトも14時まで延長でき、最終日は午前中ゆっくりして午後からディズニーランドへ行き時間をうまく使え助かりました。

The location is superb. We arrived around noon, check-in is 1500hour. The concierge was quick to handle our luggage. The front office was so efficient in pre-check us in, provided us with all the info and told how to obtain the room keys when we return later for our room. Brillant.

This hotel is in an ideal place for cruise passengers arriving or departing from the nearby cruise port. Our friends caught the bus from the airport and that dropped them off only a five minute walk away. The breakfast at the hotel is fantastic and worth paying for. The rooms are modern and in very good condition.

Very different than the Marco Polo Gateway i remember , hotel reception a shadow of its former reception entrance by steps not friendly for the less able, no coffee shop limited tome slot for main restaurant sorry guys unless you get back to that standard not my place to stay on the future

홍콩 처음 가는 거라서 지역이나 교통수단을 잘 몰랐는데 좋은 선택이었습니다. 쇼핑몰에 붙어있는 호텔이고 번화가에 위치해있어서 밤에 다니기에도 괜찮고 호텔을 나서면 바로 도로변이고 구룡공원이 위치해있고 공원을 지나면 침사추이역이 있으며 호텔 앞 쪽, 근처에 버스 정류장이 많이 있어서 교통이 정말 편리합니다. 객실도 매우 깨끗하고 쾌적하고 조용했습니다. 직원들도 친절했습니다. 조식을 추가하여 먹었는데 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 홍콩에 다시 가면 여기에 다시 묵고 싶습니다.

교통이 편리하고 시설들이 깨끗하며, 조식이 다양하고 좋습니다. 뷰는 방마다 다를듯하지만 , 제가 있었던 방은 홍콩섬이 보이는 뷰라.. 나름 괜찮았어요. 하버시티안 시티수퍼도 가깝고 체크아웃후에 택시도 잡아주시고 좋은 서비스 받았습니다.
