elevators were always full and has lines to get on. they were no amenities and their garden is closed.

The room is dirty and no phone that is properly work for calling the reception. Don't be fool by the photos, they are not hotel, they are like residential units and transportation is poor as well. Will not go again

It’s only ok. Most in house service need to pay for. Last year stay was much better. Unless see improvements. Might not come back to the same hotel next year.
