The hotel was average. We booked a sea view room however the view was not great from the room and we can mainly see the loading/unloading of building materials from our room. The swimming pool and spa/sauna services were unavailable for maintenance during our stay which is very inconvenient for our whole family and ruined our stay at the hotel. Expedia should have let us know about the unavailability of swimming and spa/sauna services when we made the booking. Expedia should refund for the hotel accommodation as we have not received the services mentioned on the website and is false advertising about swimming pool and spa/sauna services. The staff service was average and in some cases below average to poor. I would not recommend staying at this hotel for such a big price without basic facilities.

Stayed for 6 nights with Family, the room was clean and had a nice window view. Breakfast contains good selections. Pool area is a plus as well as the sauna.I would highly recommend this hotel as it is nearby the airport and they had a shuttle bus that bringing guest from the airport to hotel vice versa and also to Tung Chung Station.

We stayed here for a 14 hour layover between flights and it was the perfect spot. Dining options, close to the Asia Expo (I got fast food there), with a pool and spa. Super quiet with wonderful beds and a spacious bathroom. We'll stay here again if we have a long layover in the future.

Staff are pleasant and helpful. Prompt service. Hotel bus from airport to hotel and from hotel into Tung Chung are very prompt and bus drivers are helpful. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Swim pool is great.

it exceeded my expectation. It is worth the price especially if you add up the Executive lounge which includes the snacks and drinks from 6:30 to midnight plus the dinner and alcoholic drinks from 5:30-8:00pm. They also have free shuttle every 30mins to airport and Tung Chung station where u can shop & eat at City Gate outlet. Breakfast is superb with a lot food & drinks choices. Worth the stay. Highly recommended

The room was clean. There were some issues with the keycard, but they were sorted out quickly by the front staff. The breakfast was well organized and freshly-made. The hotel is right next to the airport, so it was also very convenient to get to and fro. Highly recommend!

Customer service: 5 stars! Shuttle service: 5 stars! The room though, was in poor condition. There was mold and bugs on the shower glass, greasy oily stains on the bathroom doors, dirty end table. The food in the restaurants was way over priced for what you got.

My TV did not work. Didnt get any of the channels. After 2 hours waiting, technician came up and tuned on and off the tv several times. Couldn’t get it to work. I was tired by that point and asked him to leave. My trash can in the bathroom also had trash in there from previous guest. Hairs in my sink that I had to clean. Other than that, it was just a ok stay. Will not be returning.

Functional hotel near airport. Beds in double bed rooms are tiny. Food at Velocity was very average and dry. Swimming pool is nice but the hotel staff at the pool are always watching you. Overall staff friendly enough but no warmth. I preferred the Regal Hotel attached to the terminal.

Great Stay, Exceptional Service The hotel itself was great – a clean environment, quiet atmosphere, and convenient location. However, what really stood out was the exceptional service from the housekeeping staff. I accidentally left behind a necklace that was very dear to me and didn't realize it until a couple of days after checking out, as I had gotten sick. I reached out to Marriott via Instagram, hoping they could assist me. To my relief, the housekeeping team had found the necklace and kindly sent it back to me. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and thoughtful care in handling my request. This experience really made my stay even more memorable. Thank you!

The best thing about this hotel is the shuttle bus. The check-in was cold, distant and disconnected. A receptionist who did not engage, I had to ask that an authorisation of my card be taken so I culd charge back, I was only told where and when breakfast was served across the entire hotel facilities and needed to ask about the gym and the shuttle to return to the airport. I ordered room service, when I opened the door the employee thurst the bill for me to sign into my hands, then took the tray from a trolley that belongs in stewarding and should not be guest facing. The tray was placed on the table in the room, nothing was prepared and she left. Then to cap everything off, in the morning when I left, the lifts all defaulted to the ground floor, this would be find if the lobby was on the ground floor, where in fact it is level one. I along with another 10 guests ended up stuck and could not get back to the lobby until I made my way to the ballroom and took a lift to the entrance floor and walked across the driveway. I told this to the receptionist who informed me "He would tell his manager". His manager? How about engineering because your lifts are not working and security to guide people to their desired destination? I am a Bonvoy Gold member and whilst I booked through Hotels.com, this simply is not good enough from a Marriott on top of the lack of recongition.

The lobby is beautiful. The room is average. Cleanliness is acceptable. Breakfast is varied. The free shuttle to the airport and to the metro station is very convenient and a big plus. However, we were disappointed with the breakfast arrangement. At the time of booking, breakfast was included for only two people, even though we stayed as a family of four with two children. We stayed for two nights, but due to an early departure, we left before breakfast on the second morning. We asked not to pay extra for the children’s breakfast on the first morning, since we would not be there to use the breakfast on the second day at all. The receptionist insisted on full payment, so we had to pay an additional 2 x 170 HKD for the children. I found this approach very inflexible and disappointing.

We checked into the Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott around 9:30 PM after a long day of travel and were quite hungry. The front desk mentioned that most dining options were closing but room service was still available. However, once in our room, we discovered a dirty towel left behind in the bathroom from the previous guest. We immediately called guest services to report it. While on the phone, I asked again about restaurant options and learned—surprisingly—that the Chinese restaurant was open until 10 PM. We headed over and, even though they were closing, the host graciously welcomed us in. We enjoyed a good, quiet meal. Upon returning, the towel had been removed, and a note was left asking us to call the manager on duty. He apologized for the housekeeping oversight and offered to upgrade us to a suite just across the hall. Though we only had a short stay with an early morning flight, we appreciated the gesture and their willingness to make things right. Overall, despite a rocky start, the staff handled the situation professionally and made our brief stay a positive one.

The room was good. The bell boys were great. The front desk was polite enough. The shutter service from the airport was poor. After a long flight, had to find the bus, then be expected to load my luggage on my own unerneath the bus, that was quite shocking. In comparison with my past experience at this hotel, the service level has declined.

The manager in this location was AMAZING. I lost my purse in the shuttle bus and the bus the driver found it after dropping us off to the airport. The manager called me to let me know. Thank goodness he called because i was going crazy. My passport was in my purse. I was not able to check in. That's how i found out my purse was missing. Also, tried to call the property but my call was not going through. I was having a hard time making international call. Anyway the manager was able to get hold of me and made arrangements to deliver my purse to me and was able to make my flight. I can't say enough how GREAT the manager was. He help me STAY CALM until i received my purse and he even call me back to check up to make sure i was okay and i received my purse. WONDERFUL GUY. AMAZING!!!!!

I arrived early after a 15 hour flight, and the registration staff person was kind and helpful. His helpfulness really enhanced my experience. I also appreciated the ride service to the airport and to the metro. These features made my visit hassle free, and made getting to both destinations very easy.

Stayed in the Executive Suite with lounge access for 2 nights. The room is okay, although the shower drainage is partially blocked. The amenities are good, and the soundproofing is effective, so you can’t hear the loud planes outside, despite being able to see them occasionally. The TV is large and HDMI-ready. Additionally, the check-in/out service experience is efficient and decent with helpful staff. The location is super convenient for going to Asia-world Expo. They also provide shuttle bus to Tung Chung and Airport on 30-min intervals. However, the lounge outside the evening cocktail hours is really minimum - coffee/tea and juice and some cookies only. I had much better lounge experience in some other hotels in HK. So, you may consider whether it worths the extra money for the lounge access. The buffet breakfast was okay but the staff was super rude. The cook at the noodle bar was obviously working under stress - keep complaining no one help her and throw the bowl in front of me rudely - what a bad start of the day....I should not be the one to be responsible for her busy work. The Man Ho restaurant was only okay too - food was average, the staff was rude and without any work passion. Definitely over priced for this kind of service and food. YYou can find better Chinese Dim Sum at other 5-star hotels for the same price. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I like that its so close to the airport. I enjoy their bus service to/ from the airport and to/from the outlet. The room is well maintained and clean. Staff are nice. Breakfast buffet is ok. Wish there was more dining option.
