Gym, swimming pool, rooms and shower all excellent. Close to 2 MTR stations. Timing of cleaners could be earlier (before 5pm- when we used to get back to room). Overall hotel was excellent and staff were heldful and friendly (all room requirements requested beforehand were completed). Thank you

The Grand Hyatt is very well located, has amazing views with floor to ceiling windows. The staff were amazing and very tentative to provide help and support when needed. The rooms were spacious and very well decorated. Although the pool area was very inviting and the gym offered all that you needed including a sauna. A BIG negative is smoking is still allowed (almost encouraged with all the ashtrays everywhere) throughout the pool area. This was made worse by having the entrance designed for people to smoke, so when going to the pool or sauna you would need to walk a gauntlet of smokers - not pleasant at all. The pool was also in need of a good clean, did not make doing laps refreshing at all.

We stayed in a king club room which was great! Really practical, comfy and luxurious with a pool/garden views. The overall Club experience was superb, breakfast in the lounge was tasty, with a good, varied selection. Evening drinks and food in the lounge, also excellent. Ruinart champagne every night! We did feel a bit of repetition in the food selection by our fourth night, but if you are only there a few nights this shouldn’t be an issue at all. Service was friendly and excellent! Thank you to the lounge manager and his staff for looking after us. We enjoyed the pool, including the Waterfall Bar and Grill Restaurant. The pool area is lovely and you can order food and drink to enjoy whilst relaxing. The Champagne Bar on a Saturday was fun, a live band, a good choice of champagne and great service! Overall if you are looking for a boutique, small hotel this will be a disappointment, but for a luxurious, well located, large hotel it’s spot on to enjoy the highlights of Hong Kong. We would definitely return!

I actually searched the hotel accommodation with great caution as I usually pay special attention to the stay experience. I finally decided to settle in Grand Hyatt, which is a huge mistake. The room is not sizeable and space is limited. The WC is closed with a solid door in which there was a strong stinky urine smell, which is so unacceptable for such a hotel that is listed as top 10 hotels. But if you want to walk to Wan Chai, it is very convenient as a city walk.

Great staff and ok living, the in room carpets need huge work. We had booked 2 rooms and one was borderline in cleanliness, the other was down right filthy. Main entrance is gorgeous, but back door leading to the convention center and ceremony halls, toward the back, the base boards are stained. Dinning and room service was good

Although the location is a bit isolated, it’s quite convenient and only a 10 minute walk over pass to the busiest district. One problem with the room is the blind separates the bedroom from the washroom is so thin, the washroom lighting can actually brighten up the bedroom even lowering the blind.

Rooms are very well equipped and seemed newly renovated. A bit small for a Grand Hyatt. Pool is great and its service staff excellent. The food is good and reasonably priced for HK. Reception staff is polite and smiling but SOP driven with no flexibility. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Requested an early check in as we arrived from Macau at 13:00. Never received a response from the hotel. Once there, not only the early check in was not possible but we could only get our prepaid rooms at 16:00 instead of the official 15:00. Complained about it but nobody seemed to care. Really a shame given that everything else was ok. But having to wait at reception for 3 hours for 2 rooms without visibility on a vacation trip is not something that makes me wanna go back.

generally good hotel with excellent accommodation, restaurants and spa. Access difficult however. reaching the nearby Star Ferry was difficult and involved negotiating the attached convention centre. The surrounding roads are very busy with extensive roadworks making walking anywhere from the hotel difficult. I would stay in Kowloon in future.

The people that work there are fantastic. Go above and beyond. The breakfast is great. Every selection you can think of. Great gym anll the machines and open 24 hours. Room very spacious and nice. Bed, pillow and comforter very high quality and very comfortable. Laundry services super expensive. It’s a nice hotel and great services. But I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s centrally located but nothing within walking distance. I would stay in Kowloon or causeway Bay Area instead next time. Just more action right outside your door. But that’s just me.

3月31日から2泊… ５歳の子連れ家族旅行で利用しました。通年営業の屋外プールを期待していましたが、予想以上に冷たくて震えながらすぐに上がりました。近隣にコンビニや飲食店がありますが、気軽に行けるほど近くはありません。地図上は近いものの歩道橋を２つ越えたり、もう一方の方面のコンビニは隣接するビルの動線が難しく意外と時間を要します。でも、徒歩圏（片道10分程度）ではあります。ビジネス利用が多いせいか、エントランス付近は人の出入りが多いです。落ち着いた雰囲気とは言えませんが、反面タクシーがいつも待機していてすぐに乗り込めるのが便利でした。お部屋は家族3人ではやや狭いです。ジムは毎日利用しました。比較的新しい機材なので、不自由なかったです。屋外のBARがあり、喫煙できるのが嬉しいです。以上、気になった点を認めました。特段、悪い印象はありません。

Ett riktigt bra lyxhotell i Hong Kong som vi har bott på flera gånger tidigare. Väldigt bra service och renlighet överallt. Något vi inte gillade var att man fick röka vid baren nära poolområdet, luktade väldigt mycket och kändes inte bra att gå med barn där när man skulle gå och bada. Dessutom saknade vi en ramp för att köra barnvagnen i trapporna i huvudentrén. Annars jättenöjda med allt.
