Please don't asked me if I smoke or not when I say No, then give me a room that is pungent with smoke. I immediately called front desk and did get a non

Bedding was clean, shower curtain has holes, no hair conditioner only shampoo, bath gel dispenser broken, coffee/tea bags not refilled daily, temperature control cannot be controlled- only able to tune temperature down but no way to tune temp up (warmer)
