Very clean and nice hotel with a very good location. Only negative was that the in-house restaurant and breakfast area are closed after the pandemic.

Located on the skirt of a busy district, it provides access to both ample shopping and dining choices while keeping the crowdedness of the surrounding area away. Access is slightly challenging for people with mobility issues, because it is on a hill with inclined streets or stairs. Interior is well kept and room is bright and clean. The hotel lacks a gym, pool, business centre, and an operating restaurant. It might be more suitable for visitors on a leisure trip than a business trip.

THE ROOMS AND AREA IS GOODS, THE ONLY SET BACK IS THE SLOPE TO THE HOTEL. IS GOOD THE HOTEL CAN KEEP THE BASEMENT ENTRANCE OPEN TILL ELEVEN TO AVOID GOING UP THE SLOPE. ROOM SIZE AND ROOM CLEANING IS SUPER

I chose this hotel because it was well located for meetings I was attending at Hong Kong Polytechnic, which is about a 10 minute walk. It is also about 10 minutes from East Tsim Sha Tsui metro station. The room was spacious and well equipped though the bed was a little hard for my comfort. You can avoid the stair climb to the hotel entry by entering the hotel through the basement carpark and taking the lift. I'd consider staying here again. It was a pretty good value for money.

Good hotel located in a good area, close to everything you will need. It has 13 floors The hotel is in a very calm street with few to no cars passing, hence very quiet. The room are nice, good size for Hong Kong and good ratio price/quality Bed are confortable, bathroom is good. Breakfast is nice. A sky terrace available on the roof which has some sunbeds and give a view over Hong Kong from the 14th level (roof) Things that can be improved will be the TV in the room as it is very old sharp model and hence no airplay / mirroring available. Hence TV are stick to the wall and no possibility to access HDMI port easily if you need to connect a device to the tv. Breakfast orange juice is more water with an orange flavor and a fake orange flavor. Probably a commercial orange juice product low quality. This doesn’t match the rest of the breakfast buffet which is way better quality than this orange juice product. As well on breakfast, some dishes signs are wrong. I see 4 days the same « yam, taro, peanut stick » sticks while the content was always different everyday. Hence for foreigners people as me, not sure what was the real content. I needed to ask the breakfast staff everyday. This can create unnecessary problem for people with allergy or intolerance which might mistake the product inside as it doesn’t match the product sign Staff was very professional and speak very well English Definitely a good hotel to stay in Hong Kong

Great hotel and good staff, only downside it’s missing a laundry room.

Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were clean. Currently hotel not serving food. I.e restaurant closed. No gym facility. Hotel on steep hill. Good exercise, however not so good for the less able.

ホテル内の清潔さは非常に満足。一人での滞在にはおススメできるかと。ただ、エントランスまでが非常に勾配のある坂道で、毎日上り下りするのは結構きつい。私はスーツケースが重かったので、後悔しました。もう少し安かったらよかったけど、今は仕方ないかな。スタッフは感じよかったです。今後は他のホテルと比べてかなり割安だったらまた泊まりたいと思います。

入住了香港那麼多間酒店，背包也是放在房間，早上出去，晚上回來，第一次入住這家酒店在大半年前，給清潔房間洒店工作人員偷了apple AirPods, 今次8月27日偷了1100人民幣，除了這樣，還試過清潔完的房間有些不應在房間出現的垃圾。清潔後地上有大量花生殼，床上要求換床單被鋪仍有毛髪。這酒店的清潔工人很有問題

Room could have been cleaner. Stains on the carpet in few areas around the room. Shower stall was quite dirty and smelly. Otherwise was good. Hotel is in a great area with many food and drink options. Convenience stores, restaurants, bars, malls are all around the corner. TST MTR is about 10 min walk away. The hill is as steep as others say it is -- it will tire most people.

We had a surprisingly spacious room facing greenery, which is rare for such a central location in the city! The breakfast buffet was a nice amenity, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Laundry was available at a shop across the street.

Location is really good in TST. The room is what you can expect in the price range in this location: clean, good & basic equipment, and really small. The photos have fisheye effect and make it look bigger. If you know and accept this, it is worth it!

Good location. The room is okay, but the bathroom is very small, especially the washing basin- very small and there's no extra space to put any toiletry next to the sink.

First time in HK w my wife. Stayed here 6 nights. Location was central to metro, shops, lots of food options. We were able to easily walk to Temple Street, Ladies Market, Sneaker Street, Avenue of the Stars, 1881 Heritage area; all over TST and Kowloon. Hotel is between TST and Jordan MTR stations so Lantau Island (Disneyland) and HK island were easily accessible. One small drawback is that this hotel sits on a steep hill. Not fun with large luggage and a pain after a long day of walking around HK all day, but manageable. The room itself was near perfection, especially for the price. Clean, amenity filled, perfect size for 2. Not a lot of options of TV channels but we only watched TV as we were about to sleep or getting ready in the morning, so not a big dealbreaker for us. The bed was slightly uncomfortable as they were super firm. I personally like firmer beds, but my wife doesn’t so not the firmness we’re personally used to for a hotel. Staff were super friendly and accommodating to our needs. Check out staff graciously helped us book a taxi out to the airport. Also, breakfast buffet every morning came with our booking package. Honestly some of the best quality foods we tasted during our trip in all of HK. I would recommend Hillview solely for the breakfast.

Stayed one week there. Staff were accommodating and paid attention to my requests concerning the room. TV offered Chinese mainland channels only, however some displayed programs in English including news. Tiny room, cozy and tastefully decorated. Bed was definitely small, slept with the feet outside. Sink was tiny, poorly lit and the mirror was fixed at a way too low level, probably suiting Chinese people. Half laminated and half carpeted floor. On the whole spotless clean. Liked the bathroom design. Lively area in Kowloon between the Tsim Sha Tsui and Jordan Metro Stations.

チムサーチョイ駅から徒歩１０分以上かかりますし、ホテル前の急勾配がかなりしんどかったです。 ホテルは清潔で冷房も効いてました。３泊しましたが毎日タオルなど交換してくれ、ありがたかったです。 ただ、チェックインの際にまともな説明がなく、Wi-Fiの番号も教えてくれない、その他自販機などの説明もなかったので、そこは外国人を見下す態度なのかなと思い星3にしました。部屋の充電器はUSBのものがありました。またアメニティは歯ブラシ、綿棒、コットンがありました。ペットボトルのサービスはありませんでした。充電器が壊れたので貸し出しはあるかフロントに聞くと、充電器の貸し出しはしていないとのことでした。

名前の通り、丘の上にあるホテルなので、急な坂を上りますが、特に気にならない程度です。 ただ、３泊したのですが、ルームキーが毎回、反応しなくなり（エレベーター登れない、部屋に入れない） その都度、フロントにいくというトラブルがありました。 その他は、快適に過ごすことができました。

Excellent place in Tsim Sha Tsui, East of Kowloon Park. Good for a week stay to explore the city.

Nice, clean, compact rooms with decent sized shower. Breakfast is good. Nice coffee. The location is very good - not on a busy road, but it is incredibly steep, so anyone with mobility issues would have to get a taxi to the garage beneath the hotel where there's lift access. There's a very large convenience store on Kimberley Road, a 1 min walk from the hotel and there's plenty of cafes and restaurants very close by. Very friendly staff - one younger chap advised a few local bars close by and they were great. I'd stay again.

Excellent choice for Hong-Kong. The hotel is located in a very quiet street but short distance from metro, shops and restaurants. The rooms look almost new and they are welle equipped. Breakfast is a nice choice of food, hot, Asian adn European. An excellent option to visit Hong-Kong.
