Metropark Hotel Mongkok

Overall is OK. However, it was the first time they require storage fee of luggages stored in concierge . Took $80 2 suitcases for 4 days. This should be hotel’s fee service for the residents. Not happy with that.

​I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I strongly advise business travelers, families, and couples to look elsewhere. Here is why: ​Disgusting Hygiene: I tried to use the electric kettle, but it was covered in thick dust and filled with unidentified residues inside. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned in a long time. ​Poor Maintenance: The bathroom ceiling was covered in rust, and it was being completely ignored by management. The overall facility is outdated and poorly maintained. ​Impractical Furniture: The wardrobe is way too short. You cannot hang trousers, long coats, or dresses without them bunching up at the bottom. It is useless for anyone carrying formal wear. ​Zero Soundproofing: I could hear every single word from the room next door. There is no privacy at all, making it a terrible choice for families or anyone seeking a quiet rest. ​Lack of Business Services: They do not provide a fax service for guests. Furthermore, if you ask them to print a document via email, they charge an outrageously high fee. ​Unprofessional Staff: The front desk staff are incredibly cold and unfriendly. They never smile and act like rigid bureaucrats rather than hospitality professionals. ​Conclusion: This hotel fails in every basic category—cleanliness, facility, and service. Do not waste your money here.

I really liked the hotel, the cleaning staff made sure to clean our room every day. The only complaint I had was that the wifi is very weak at night when more people are in their rooms. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Hotel's location is the reason I pick the hotel.A lot of eateries & Metro stations are mins away. Airport bus stops in front of hotel.
