Our stay was great. There wasnt a pool, this hotel was listed as having one on the website. But we got over that. It was very clean and tidy. Staff were lovely helpful and welcoming. Hotel decor is very tired and old but very clean so this didnt matter. Reflected in the price. Superb location.

Always a great stay here. They were so accommodating to check me in early but they put me on the wrong room type that I booked and paid. I had to ask them for the room that I booked. I had to wait a few hours, which I was willing to do anyway since I knew I was too early. The staff is very hospitable! The gym is small but usable. The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet although almost the same food every day. The hotel is convenient to the park, Tsim Sha Tsui, the star ferry and many shopping options!

This hotel is quite old. They are renovating but the smell of it is terrible. The location is very inconvenient for accessing either MTR or Taxi. There is no ramp from the lobby to the elevator for luggage.

Walkable distance to Kowloon Railway station and Tsim Sha Tsui, as well as the Victoria harbor. Pretty spacious room with a water view, but it is a bit run down. Noticed some mouldy stains on the curtains as well..

There was paint peeling off the walls of the ceiling. There was hair and dust on tables and closet on arrival. On 2 / 5 nights staying at the hotel, I found hair folded inside both "clean" towels provided on both those nights . They tried their best to provide service and the staff were generally polite and friendly. The concierge was not busy when I was departing but not attentive at all and had to ask for help twice before getting it. Not demanding them to lift my bags FOR me, but just wanted a bit of help to lift it together into the trunk of the car.

very old and unhygienic room facilities, there was a vomit dried out on the carpet and it was not cleaned until the day of check out. Air purifier was covered with some dark liquid and was not cleaned until the day of check out either.

Overall, a real nice property with great views from the Pier Side restaurant. The only issue was bathtub cleanliness which wasn't the best. I noticed some mold around the shower curtain and bath mat. This area could use improvement.

The Deluxe room was lovely and very spacious! Everything you could possibly need or want. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent - at the start of Canton Rd and only 20 min walk to the SkyHigh100 observation deck and Kowloon Station and 5 min walk to Harbour City shopping and dining centre.

I’ve stayed at the Royal Pacific in the past but my recent experience (mid July 2024) was very disappointing. Check-in took a long time to complete and the overall attitude from staff was rude and lacked warmth. No one was available to help my family and I with our luggages so we had to carry them up the stairs in the lobby ourselves. The only pro about the hotel is the convenient location but due to my negative experience, i will not be returning to this hotel.

Front desk, bell staff, restaurant staff are always outstanding. I was upgraded to a top floor water view room which made my stay very enjoyable. I travel to Kowloon 4 times a year and always choose this property.

Lovely hotel that is atop 中港城, and very conveniently located next to Austin MTR and walking distance to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, Stars Avenue, Star Ferry Terminal. Room is well furnished. Staff were friendly. Concierge was helpful.

Good location but it’s about 10 mins walk to Tsim Sha Tsui . Airport bus A25 stops at the hotel . Easy access to China Ferry terminal . No ferry to Macau but the shops there arrange land transport if you want convenience

I quite enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel was located at a very convenient location, I could easily walk to the the Tsim Sha Tsui in less than 10 mins to dine and do some shopping, also it was very easy get to/from the airport, and any other places via bus and MTR. The exterior of the hotel was stunning and a platform near by allowed for easy viewing of the incredible buildings across Victoria Harbour. Happy to recommend it to other travelers.

This hotel is nothing but amazing, this is the first time we stayed with Royal Pacific Hotel HK, all ai can say is, they have gain another happy customer. Location is really good, 10min walk from West Kowloon High Speed Train Terminal and Austin MTR station, 20min walk from Kowloon station with the Airport Express. On the other side, you have Harbour City if you like shopping and the Star Ferry is just 10min walk away. You can cross to Kowloon Park via footbridge on the viewing platform. There is a 711 in the shopping centre just beneath the hotel (although it only opens 7am-11pm). The bed we had was a very comfortable 1.80m King bed.

Upon entering the facility lobby, we were greeted with an overbearing diffuser scent which was totally chemically scented. Their rooms were nice on the 16th floor, but again the room carpet had a pungent aroma. The restaurant buffet was very disappointing given that no one bothered to ask us what main course to choose (we sat around more than 15min to finally grab someone’s attention). The worst part-after waiting over 40min for the main course to arrive, their risottos were not cooked and its taste were very unappetizing. cons: comfy beds, nice size bathroom and pleasant staff, “Ming” who helped us with our luggages and waited for our Uber to arrive.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel Very good, varied breakfast buffet and efficient, friendly staff in the restaurant at breakfast Clean but very small room but as we were out all day it didn’t matter too much. Kettle for coffee/Tea in the room. The location could not be better. There is a pedestrian bridge to a lovely park. Very near to shopping and also within walking distance to the Pier. Also, near to the promenade and to some restaurants.

Came back for another short stay of 5 days , miss the breakfast serve on the floor below, the venue had been closed ever since Covid came to HK.. the current breakfast at the Pierside cafe is not as great. Otherwise all seems to be business as usual.
