The lifts are too quick to open and close. There have 5 lifts. If you stand on the left or right hand side, you cannot properly catch it. You cannot press open it again. Sometimes even you are standing in front and at the middle of all lifts, you still cannot catch it. It has to be improved. I saw many visitors facing the same problem.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. Its the best not because its the most luxurious but its the best because of location, facilities, 24hr supermarket downstairs, jacuzzi hottub next to lovely swimming pool and a 24hr gym! Hotel staff are wonderful and the service is impeccable! Room are good size too. We love the location which is a short walk to all the sights in TST and shopping.

I stayed at Mira for two nights. I love its convenient location and helpful staff. The short walking distance to MTR station is just plain awesome. They let me use the Spa's shower after my long flight but too early to check in. The bed was comfortable and the gym is adequate. Shower has multiple heads and good water pressure. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

There was a long line to check in. It was very busy and noisy in the lobby. My room wasn’t ready, I was 30 mins early for check in so understood. The room was very tired with a chipped side table and desk and in general need of a refurb. They did provide adaptors and chargers and a portable WiFi unit in the room which was a great idea. This location was good but the hotel was just too busy and the wait for the lifts was always very long. Generally not the experience I wanted from my only night in HK.

とても綺麗なホテルでした。地下鉄の駅も歩いてすぐですし、周りにお店もたくさんあり便利でした。館内にあるサウナとプールも宿泊者は無料で利用できます。プールは足がつかない深さなので、泳げない方や、小さい子どもの利用は難しいかなと思います。

When I looked at this property for reviews ! It was almost like all negative reviews were removed ! The rating online are all excellent, but I’m here to tell you it’s below average for the price you pay ! From stained carpets To dirty walls To worn out furniture ! I would give it a two out of 10 for the value you pay! I would not recommend it nor will I stay there again !

My husband and I paid for an upgrade at the hotel so we could have a bath in the room. We were aware the Hong Kong marathon would be taking place. However, our new room was exposed to the start line and music with extremely loud base at 5am. If we’d have known this we wouldn’t have willingly spend money on the upgrade. We were not impressed. The room itself was fine the furnishing were quite tired looking.

Very nice looking room. Comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Added the present check-in process to make the experience even better. Thank you for the upgrade to a park view room. Although, there are a few things to be aware of. The shower switch between the rain shower and the shower head was reversed. The refrigerator does not get cold enough. Very noisy neighbours even though we have a nice end of the corridor room. The hotel really shows its age when one start to use its facilities.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone from Front Desk to Concierge and Room Staff were more than glad to help and answer questions. Very clean rooms. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of great food options on same street or around the corner. Located in a shopping district and there is a Donki store on the lower level which can be accessed by the hotel’s elevator.

Last minute i requested pickup from airport and tbey were soo kimd to accommodate. When arrived at hotel Kathy was at the door to greet us, walked us to our room and did the entire check-in in our room, very smooth transition. Hotel is very centralized to all shopping, restaurants and MTR station 2 blocks away. Concierge staff was very helpful i providing maps and instructions on how to transport via MTR. Room was clean on the smaller side but spacious enough for 2 people. Totally recommend this hotel. I'm all about customer service and they delivered in all aspects.

Superb awesome location if you want to enjoy city life. Well isn’t that why you are travelling to HK. You have direct access to a shopping mall in case of rainy day, next to a 24/7 Don Don Donki which surprisingly busy after mid night and also next to another shopping mall, The One, where there are tons of restaurants and a theatre. MTR is only few steps away and the best part is that there is a station next to the hotel for an airport bus A21 (no need to bring luggage’s up and down subway and no need for van service).

The room was big and clean and comfortable. Many eateries, cafes and shopping to do nearby as it is located in the heart of TST. It is also very convenient to get to the MTR station. The gym is well equipped and there is a nice indoor pool which we did not use. Only downside I can think of is their excessive use of mirrors along the corridors with dim lighting. Made it confusing for our parents who are older.
