The Langham was a beautiful hotel located in a very good section of Kowloon. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We especially liked the workout area and pool on the top floors. There was a heated beautiful pool plus a hot tub. The workout area was nearby and had good machines and even a stretching area where I put a mat down. The guest bedroom we had was spacious and very clean with a lovely bathroom.

Everything good. Excellet service. Room nice but a little old. Good layout. Very good bed. Happy with pool and gym inkl the great staff. Breakfast medium, not good for vegetarians. Only negative thing is the scent in the lobby, not good for people with allergies. Wewill stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location. The ‘Mtr’ was just across the road from the hotels’ front door. We had booked a one bedroom suite with club lounge access. The club lounge was one of the best we had experienced during our many travels. We would definitely return to The Langham.

The Langham is a lovely hotel in the middle of Kowloon. The lobby is a fragrant oasis and the service is very good. We had two rooms for four nights. Although comfortable, they were feeling a bit scuffed and outdated. The pool area is a bit disappointing, like an after thought.

We enjoyed our stay at the Langham but a few little details prevented this from being a five-star review. Some of the areas felt a little dusty and a little tired versus expectation of such a prestigious hotel. The bed however was extremely comfy and the shower one of the most powerful I've ever experienced. The staff were really courteous and friendly. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi was lovely and the saunas in the changing room, very welcome after a long walk up the peak. Breakfast was a Western/typical Hong Kong medley and in our opinion, over-priced. Enjoyed that the bath had doors through to the room - though these were a little creaky. Right in the centre of the shopping district and a quick walk to the Star Ferry.

The service is a bit slow-- it took them 30 minutes to do pretty basic things like picking up laundry and getting an adaptor. The gym was also disappointing with no bottled water and limited facilities. Everything else about the hotel was great though, including the fact that its in an incredibly convenient location near the metro station.

We had sewage smell in our suite which was deeply unpleasant but Lucas rapidly sorted the situation and moved us to another room and refunded our upgrade fee for the night. Broken pipes apparently. No fuss and rapidly sorted. Other than that a great stay and enjoyed it

Wonderful hotel in a great and convenient location. Staff were fantastic and helpful regarding our enquiries about Hong Kong. Only one slight downside was the clear smell of mould on our floor throughout the passageways. This was not evident in our room so it must have been an issue with plumbing issues which affected the carpets.

This is a conveniently located hotel with very good service and lovely staff. However, the hotel needs some updating. I had a premier room which looked like it was last updated in the 90’s. Especially the bathroom - the toilet flush stopped working a couple of times and there was always a waft of sewage that you could even smell from the bedroom.

The property looks aged and the room was nice and big. The TV channels were limited for such a hotel with more channels on news/financial that may be more appropriate for business guests. The toilet flush was difficult to use. It needs at least 2-3 flush to flush properly.

Access to this property is inconvenient - you either access via the front carpark where taxis etc drop you off, or have to go via stairs from the side entrance. Room was reasonable in size, however, toilet didn't flush well and was getting clogged, water is in the form of glass bottles that don't re-seal. Check in staff were indifferent at times - arriving at midnight to checkin, I was greeted by a staff member who continued to count money instead of assisting me at this late hour. Concierge female staff didn't care to acknowledge me in any way while I waited for my stored luggage as it wasn't 'her job'. Bathroom amenties were extremely annoying to use - the pump for the hand soap and shower gel/shampoo/conditioner is fitted poorly. The nozzle is difficult to use as when you push down on the pump its access is limited. This is very frustrating when you try to pump out any liquids. Never had this in other hotels with similar arrangements. Housekeeping was attentive.

Absolutely terrible porter! The man that delivered my luggage was named "Justin", could tell from his shocking attitude that he didn't really want to do the job. Went through the room intro singing and asked if I had any questions. When faced with an enquiry that he didn't know the answer to, just kept saying "thank you", ignored me and walked out. Could see him laughing in the mirror as he closed the door. Also, had another incident where the "Langham Service" took one hour to email the in-room dining menu, and food took another hour to arrive. At the end the club sandwich / fries arrived cold and stale. The hotel's excuse was that they were at capacity, which is unreasonable given the premium charged for NYE night, one would expect that excess to be spent on ensuring guest experience remain consistent (if not better) than ordinary nights. The only staff that were up to scratch were in The Langham Club, which costs extra to access. Not sure if these staff are specifically trained or just better remunerated. Spent circa 700 AUD per night for an exec level room, the experience fell so far below expectation. Definitely does not compare with any of the other Langham / Cordis I have stayed at, namely Jakarta / Gold Coast / Sydney Melbourne. Never experienced this level of hospitality at an alleged "five star" property before.

The Langham is in a great location because TST is good for shopping, eating out and tourist attractions. My only gripes were 1, our rooms were not ready when we arrived. Check in is 3pm and our rooms were not ready until past 5pm. And 2, The City View room was not sound proof from the main road - Kowloon Park Drive. And you could hear workmen working in the night, loading vans, making metal like clanging noises or if they raised their voices. Also didn’t get a turn down service which I expect from a 5* hotel. The Food Gallery restaurant could do with an upgrade. From the decor and setting it didn’t feel like it belonged to a 5* hotel. The staff at the hotel however were 5*. The WhatsApp messaging service was responsive. And housekeeping requests were tended to quickly.
The Langham is in a great location because TST is good for shopping, eating out and tourist attractions. My only gripes were 1, our rooms were not ready when we arrived. Check in is 3pm and our rooms were not ready until past 5pm. And 2, The City View room was not sound proof from the main road - Kowloon Park Drive. Access to this property is inconvenient - you either access via the front carpark where taxis etc drop you off, or have to go via stairs from the side entrance. Room was reasonable in size, however, toilet didn't flush well and was getting clogged, water is in the form of glass bottles that don't re-seal. THe location is Great. My room had squeky toilet seat which i asked them to repair but nothing was done about my request. The check in and check out times are far too long. When we were checking out to go to airport there was only 1 staff working at front desk with about 8 people waiting to check out. We had to excuse ourselves and hand them keys to check out later as our taxi had arrived to go to airport.

The service is a bit slow-- it took them 30 minutes to do pretty basic things like picking up laundry and getting an adaptor. The gym was also disappointing with no bottled water and limited facilities. Everything else about the hotel was great though, including the fact that its in an incredibly convenient location near the metro station.

A simply high quality elegant hotel in the heart of Hong Kong. Great location walkable to many attractions and shopping centers. The metro is across the street, literally you open the door and cross the street 20 feet and you go down to the metro station. Staff is professional, helpful, courteous and friendly. We also had the high tea at the hotel which was exceptional. The room was clean elegant, comfortable. The bed was amazing. Definitely will come back.

Whilst the one bedroom suite was compact (like many Hong Kong and Singapore suites) all the staff especially at the club lounge are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast at the food gallery was varied but some hot items could have been a bit hotter and the room was quite crowded Unfortunately Peking Road leading to the hotel is cordoned off and you have to use the subway for access but there are elevators and escalators available which is a boon when carrying luggage. Haiphong Road is better access to the hotel but both roads carry a lot of traffic.

Reservation, concierge and restaurant service staff were all very helpful and professional. The hotel is conveniently located to harbor for those arriving by cruise boat . Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hotel restaurants had limited menu options for “western food” and cost was $100/couple for simple lunch or dinner.

Generally it was a 5 star experience with just one star removed because room service food was terrible. I ordered a prawn pasta which came without any sauce or flavour whatsoever, just fried pasta & prawns. I had to ask for soy sauce or something & it took them 45mins to deliver it AFTER my food had already been delivered with no lid, so my food was open to the air & had gone cold by the time the sauce was delivered. The chef didn't consider it from the guest's perspective, just what was easy for him/her - I expected better from this level of hotel. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic. Rooms were magnificent, very comfortable with big beads & gorgeous bathrooms. Staff were always helpful, a step ahead organising anything we needed & it's those touches that you're looking for. I would happily stay here again & again.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location. The ‘Mtr’ was just across the road from the hotels’ front door. We had booked a one bedroom suite with club lounge access. The club lounge was one of the best we had experienced during our many travels. We would definitely return to The Langham.

We enjoyed our stay at the Langham but a few little details prevented this from being a five-star review. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi was lovely and the saunas in the changing room, very welcome after a long walk up the peak. Breakfast was a Western/typical Hong Kong medley and in our opinion, over-priced. Enjoyed that the bath had doors through to the room - though these were a little creaky. Right in the centre of the shopping district and a quick walk to the Star Ferry.
