We really liked the location of the hotel. Close to a tram and the Grand Bazaar. The choice at breakfast was good. Lots of fresh items hot and cold. We ate in the Teras restaurant on our final night. The food was very nice, staff attentive and the views and sunset was fantastic. We enjoyed having to pool to take a dip in after long days of walking and exploring the city.

The room was clean, staff were friendly. The shower was not great. We had issues with our room door, this was resolved very quickly by the hotel staff. The rooftop bar was nice, with friendly staff. Location was great. Walkable to all main sites.

Room 202 is near lift and service area room not sound proof expect noise :(. pool is under glass roof, cold but nice once in :) room good and comfortable but no balcony all in all a very comfortable stay :)

The hotel is outdated and definitely not a 4 star rating. Bathrooms are old and cracking. The noisy from outside is doesn’t allow you to sleep. The spa facility closes at 7 pm and is very outdated. Not worth the money.

Wonderful location close to many main historical sites, shops, restaurants and public transportation. The hotel itself is very clean, personnel were very kind and helpful, and the rooms full of facilities and technology. The street is not very clean by the end of the day, it is not garbage but pieces of cardboard and plastic left by some shop vendors. Humid zone should be open until 10pm (it closes at 7pm) as most turists return to the hotel around 6pm.

Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. Excellent location to Grand Bazaar. Staff friendly and helpful. Drinks and eat in option was very expensive. Pool was too cold to swim in.

Loved the roof-top pool, the stunning view of the Marmara sea, the health spa. Well located within walking distance to visit several of the main attractions of Istanbul. A stone's throw away from Tram 1. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous.

Great hotel in an excellent area withing walking proximity of the Grand Bazaar, Spcie Market, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and many more. Breakfast had a huge selection of foods, housekeeping was spotless, our room was always left in a clean state. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer an sich waren aber leider schon sehr heruntergekommen. Der Teppichboden leider sehr dreckig und der Flur sowie das Zimmer haben leider etwas schlecht gerochen. Die Umgebung war aber gut da man vom Hotel aus direkt mit der Metro über all hin kam. Im Großen und Ganzen war es okay aber wer auf Sauberkeit und modere Zimmer setzt sollte nicht viel erwarten.

Istanbul is a city break so picking this hotel was important for us. We are a family of 5 with a 20yr old 17yr old and 8yr old. A first for us in terms of a non beach holiday. The hotel was perfect. First and foremost it was clean and rooms cleaned daily. Seemed to be modernised lately. But having the roof top pool and terrace area made it for us as having an 8yr old who loves swimming. We were able to see and do the amazing sites of istanbul and then get back to have down time in the roof top pool area in 30 degree heat. Its a must. Staff are fab too so helpful. And hotel is so central for all the tourist things plus tram at top of street to venture further. Istanbul is such a huge city.

Insgesamt würden wir diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und der Ausblick über den Bosporus dabei war besonders toll. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut mit der Metro angebunden. Allerdings ist das Viertel rund um das Hotel nicht sehr schön und ziemlich verschmutzt. Trotzdem konnte die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und die Freundlichkeit des Personals überzeugen.

Expected a lot more of a Radisson hotel, I reckon you can get a much nicer hotel for the same price. The hotel is worn and the AC did not work very well in our room and made the air both hot and dense. It was almost impossible to sleep! I asked for a fan FOUR times before I finally got one. They said it would be fixed, but then nothing happened and they didn't try to reach out to me to tell me why. The breakfast, pool-area and gym are ok, but it looks nicer in the pictures. Location is good, a short walk to a lot of attratctions and the tram for transport to other places. Just bear in mind that the hotel is quite close to the mosque and you may be woken up early in the morning due to morning prayer. I give them one more star due to them organising balloons and a cake for my birthday (we had specified it on the reservation beforehand).

Everything about my stay was good, except the hotel was very busy and seems primarily designed for business travelers. Although I traveled to Istanbul for business, I really wanted to enjoy my leisure time. However, the sauna and pool were closed for the rest of the day, which was quite annoying. On a positive note, the breakfast was great. If you’re requesting a sea view, make sure to choose a hotel that truly offers a real sea view without too many other properties blocking the view from your window. One more thing: the walls are not soundproof, which made it inconvenient to hear noises from other rooms.

The worst part is someone from front desk created Radisson reward account on my behalf, without my permission nor authorization I specifically answered NO when we checked in. As soon as we checked out this morning account was created I received an email fro Radisson to confirm creation of the account. I walked into hotel 2 nights ago very thirsty and asked for water but front desk said they will send bottles of water to our room which was never delivered to us, we were forced to drink tap water

Staff were excellent, except one person at the parking valet (the night shift person) was very bad to me and my family. He did not like us to park there in the garage, so he would tell me park your self but leave the key in the car. So, every night I would park the car my self, then he would move it to somewhere that no one can find the car. Every evening, if he is working he would not get our car but he would tell us to go and find your car so we had to look for it in 4 floors. This person is making everyone look like unprofessional at Radisson hotel .

Lovely front of house staff were absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The housekeeping staff also lovely and so helpful. Just one particular member of the waiting staff in the terrace restaurant was insistent on getting a tip for waiting on us and asked us several times even though we hadn't finished our meal. This one member of staff unfortunately has put us off ever going back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making my experience smooth and enjoyable. Their dedication to excellent service really stood out and made a positive impression. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive environment during their stay! Big shout out to Alper at reception who was very helpful. I also appreciated staff who brought milk for my little one every day. Hotel is close to the tram and all the famous attractions.

Hotel was in a good central location for our needs. Staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable or helpful when it came to questions about attractions in the area. However when checking out and needing a cab, one of the doorman offered to call one for us. However we soon realized he was scamming us by calling a “friend” who needed 20 minutes to arrive and who wanted 20 Euros for a trip that should cost about 5 Euros. We simply walked to the corner and immediately hailed a yellow taxi that took us to our destination at a standard/cheaper metered rate.

The property is centrally located walkable distance to the tourist attractions and dining. Staff were very helpful especially Mr Azim and Ms Sarah Guest Relations Officers. Mr Azim helped us book our tours and provided useful guidances on tours and traveling around the city. Ms Sarah checked on our requirements and comforts. Both were very attentive and professional with very helpful attitude. They made our visit comfortable and enjoyable.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Man ist zu Fuß schnell an der Bahn oder den Bussen die einen super zu allen Attraktion in Istanbul bringen. Achtung nicht geneigt für Menschen mit geh Beeinträchtigung, da es in der Ecke oft Berg auf und Berg ab geht.

Staff is one of the friendliest that I have come across. They ensure that all guests are well looked after and comfortable. The hotel is situated on a hill, but its not far to walk to the main street and trams. The location for me was perfect as it had a good combination of being close to liveliness but far enough away that you dont hear any of the noise. The hotel facilities are a bit dated and could do with a bit of a revamp. The beds are not the most comfortable, but its not bad either. That being said, the staff always ensure that the hotel is neat, tidy and clean

Excellent, staff very attentive. Breakfast fantastic. Only downside was The London Pub on the premises. Great building but very few customers and no atmosphere. Hardly surprising at their inflated prices. Half the prices, advertise, fill the place up and it would be a great venue.

Good location, in a quiet area but still a 15 minute walk from the main sights of Sultanahmet. Good quality, reasonably priced food at the both the restaurant and for room service. Cocktails at the English Pub actually were cheaper than every other restaurant we visited during our stay. Staff were really helpful, especially when my husband injured his arm. They let us call our travel insurance company from the reception phones for free, and found us cheap taxis which didn't over charge to get us to the hospital, and later the airport. We also had an issue with a bad smell in our room after checking in, and we were moved to a new room very quickly when this was unable to be resolved. There was a smart TV in the room which connected to streaming services like NetFlix and Disney . A staff member even came into our room immediately at 10pm to fix an issue with this TV. Great views from the breakfast room and restaurant. Only slight negatives were a leaky shower in the bathroom and inconsistent variety of hot breakfast items. Some days it was turkish breakfast pastries and potato rostis, other days it was bizarre items you wouldn't normally eat for breakfast like french fries and onion rings instead!
