Dejligt hotel - med tagterasse m bar & Restaurant - Meget støj til kl 24 (Bom bom musik) dejligt den første aften, men over en uge "NOT" God morgenmad - Dejligt værelse - dog ældre senge og så desværre den støj... Inkl. gl. aircon som "larmer" Hotel pris ok, men drikkevare på stedet er røveri - en øl koster næsten 60 kr. en drinks 150-200 kr. Cafe de paris i bunden er der ingen betjening

Hotel rooms are old and aged. Service is very poor. Roof top bar is outrageously expensive more so than 5 star hotels in NYC or London. Sewer construction around the hotel stunk the entire area. A weird rule they have is that you can't charge drinks to your room. You have to pay for them on the spot!!

çalışanları ilgiliydi, temizlik iyi seviyede, konum güzel, tek eksik olarak spor salonunun olmamasıydı.

Otel bilindiği üzere eski, lokasyonu tercih sebebi. Klıma sistemi çalışmıyordu ve 10 gün kadarda hizmete girmeyeceği bilgisini aldım. Duşakabin fitilleri işlevini yitirmiş duş sonrası banyo su içinde kaldı ve oda değişikliği istedim kabul edildi. Oda yandaki balıkçıya bakıyordu ve gece 1-2 den önce ses mümkün değil kesilmiyor. Lokasyonun kıymeti bilinmiyor, tekrar tercih etmeyeceğim.

Resepsiyon ve vale ekibi başarılı Housekeeping de standardizasyon gerekli, bir gün bırakılan ertesi gün unutuluyor. Her gün telefon etmek durumunda kalıyorsunuz. Temizlik vasat. Lokasyon çok başarılı keşke odalarda balkon olabilse ve odalar daha açık renkli ve yerler parke olabilseymiş. İçerisi çok kasvetli ışık yetersiz. Otopark otelin dışında ve herkese hizmet veriyor yer bulmak sorun oluyor. Ayrıca temel fıkrası gibi her gün otpark fişini resepsiyondan mühürletmeniz gerekiyor.

Otelin çevresinde çok büyük bir alttapi çalişmasi var sahile olan bağlantisi kesik durumda otelin restaurant çalışmıyor eski havasından eser yok

Kahvaltısız konaklama aldım. Ancak kendini yenilemeyen, misafir konforunu çok önemsemeyen standart bi otel. Yatak ve yastıklar konforlu değil. Bahçe manzarası yazıyor ancak otopark manzarası var denize bakmıyorsanız. Lokasyonu iyi olduğu için tercih ediyoruz ancak rahatlık yok, klimalar çok sesli, tv eski vs

Halı kaplama hijyenik gelmiyor. Genel izlenimimiz iyi.

Otel temiz, personel güler yüzlüydü. Gayet memnun kaldım

Rommene er gamle og forsømte og mugg i dusjen. Dusj sluket var tett, og det ble oversvømmelse. Badet var veldig dunkelt og mørkt; en lampe over speilet var viktig. Putene var veldig harde og høye; jeg kunne ikke bruke dem i det hele tatt. Jeg så på to rom, men begge luktet sigarettrøyk. Jeg ville aldri valgt dette hotellet igjen. Det eneste gode er beliggenheten, men bortsett fra det likte jeg den ikke.

3rd floor smells like sewer . The hotel needs an update, and deep cleaning of the carpets.

Fantastic location! The entire place was always spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Everyone was incredibly accommodating — truly appreciated the hospitality!

Very happy with my stay. It is a 4-star property and has the amenities you expect from a 4-star. The rooms were cleaned very well every day. The bed was comfortable but a bit hard. It is very nicely located with much shopping and dining around. Marmaray station is close and easy to use for public transport.

Sessiz bir oda istemiştik, komşuların hafif gürültüleri haricinde bir sıkıntımız yoktu. Banyoyu kullanmadım ama yerler temizlenmemişti. Odaya yorgan konmamıştı, isteyince hemen bırakıldı. İstanbul'a gittiğimde genellikle bu otelde kalıyorum ama odaların pek bir albenisi yok ve mobilyaların değiştirilme zamanı gelmiş gibi duruyor. Ama yatakların konforundan memnun kaldık.

The staff at this property are really nice. However, the rooms, hallways, lobby,etc need a major upgrade: carpets were in poor condition, showers not the best. The bedding was clean and location excellent. Also, there was an aroma that was sprayed through the hallways, etc that was a very heavy scent. This is our second time staying here two summers in a row and both times when we returned to our room the room was filled with a smoke smell that had entered our room through the vents.

The hotel is nice and clean in a nice area, not first time I stay here, but this time the room was definitely not adequate, to the hotel's level. So small (smaller than IBIS) that not even a desk with a chair to be able to open my PC, not safe in the room, toilet was nice and big, unfortuanetly my window was right above a parking(?), with a table and chairs with people always sitting there at few meters (I was at seocnd floor) so always courtain closed. Not expecting (and paying) always for "executive" room, but this one really below 4 stars hotel level even for the standard room.

Yatak ve yastıklar çok konforsuzdu. Hiç uyuyamadık. Resmen sırtımıza battı.. Yastık da aşırı sert ve yüksekti boynumuz tutuldu. Ayrıca odada kasa da yoktu. Böyle merkezi konumda olan ve iş seyahatlerinde kullanılan bir otel için hayal kırıcıydı. Bir daha tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Odalar temiz. Yatak rahat. Etrafta çok fazla lokanta var. Sahilde yürüyüş ve caddede alışveriş imkanları var.

Bir gece konakladik ancak gercekten lokasyonunu ve otelin konseptini cok begendik. Tek sıkıntımız yastiklarin cok buyuk ve rahatsiz olmasiydi.

Godt udgangspunkt for vores rejse - Receptionen tog 30 min. om indtjek - værelse 1111 lige ud til klub m bom bom musik ml 00 og 04 - værelse 4124 lille 12 m2 værelse - slidt - ikke et superiure værelse som bestilt og ikke noget jeg ville give mine guld medlemmer ? Så vil nok prøve at finde et andet hotel næste gang....

I am a Turkish-American female solo traveler (living in the USA) with 10 years of hospitality experience at Marriotts in the USA. I also worked at different hotels in Turkey. This was, without question, the WORST hotel experience I have ever had. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS. Here is why: 1. The hotel is extremely old and poorly maintained. I was shown three different rooms, and every single one smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I don’t have asthma, but I still couldn’t tolerate the level of odor. 2. The front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and arrogant. Instead of helping or acknowledging issues, their attitude was “take it or leave it.” 3. My assigned room was on the first floor. On a Tuesday night, loud bar/disco music started around 11:00 PM and continued for several hours. I later discovered there was a bar directly underneath my room. Sleeping was impossible. 4. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition: there was a cockroach trap in plain sight, the shower was very old and uncomfortable to use, and the door to the room didn’t close securely—it felt unsafe. 5. When I addressed my concerns to the front desk the next morning, the staff’s reaction was shockingly unprofessional. They showed no concern, admitted they knew about the issues, and essentially told me nothing would be done. Their dismissive attitude made it clear that guest experience is NOT a “priority”. Bottom line: DON’T JUST WALK—RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

Açıkçası ilk girişte “kahvaltı” seçmenişsiniz, ama biz size ikram edelim” jesti ile beni kazandılar, sadece konum olarak değil, misafire yaklaşım olarakta fazlası ile tatmin edici bir ekip çalışıyor, tüm resepsiyon ekibini kutlarım 👏

Yer harika. Ama otel boş olmasına rağmen ve geç girişe rağmen arkalardan olmadık bir oda verdi resepsiyondaki hanımefendi. Kapıdaki arkadaşlar çok güler yüzlü ve nazikti.

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Cleaning crew was also very helpful. Help crew with luggage at the arrival were very demanding for tip that did I not appreciate.

Çalışanlar Güleryüzlü ve yardımsever.

Otelin konumu muhteşem. Bağdat caddesine yürüme mesafesinde. Ücretsiz otoparkı olması avantaj. Temizlik iyi. Fakat Personel ilgisiz. Ne giriş yaparken ne de çıkış yaparken bavullara kimse yardımcı olmadı. Kahvaltı esnasında biz yiyecek alırken bir personel yiyecekleri 5er 10ar kaplara doldurup içeri götürdü. Biz alamadan bitti neredeyse. Kahvaltı bitiş saatine yakın inerseniz de hiçbir şey kalmıyor. Çay bardağı bile kalmamıştı. Sabah 8.30da yan odada elektrik süpürgesi çalıştırıldı. Temizlik bu kadar erken saatte başlamamalı. Son olarak klimaları aşırı gürültülü çalışıyor.

Loved having it so close to the seaside walking path

Güzel bir oteldi. Kaldığımız dönemde otelin etrafını belediyenin kazmış olması bir talihsizlik. Fakat lokasyon olarak harika bir yerde. Kahvaltı biraz zayıftı. Daha iyi olabilirdi. Onun dışında otelde herşey olması gerektiği gibi, temiz düzenli bir otel. Odaları da şık ve güzel.

Perfect location.. Perfect Staff.. Delicious food.. A perfect choice to stay.. Will come again asap.. Looking forward to see the roof restaurant..

The property had it all. From impressive art deco interiors, walking distance to the shore, welcoming and attentive staff, great breakfast selection, an amazing roof top restaurant with a stunning view of the sea, to proximity to many other amenities and restaurants. This location was top notch. This will be the hotel we stay in next time we visit Istanbul!

Evet çok memnun kaldık gayet temiz.odamız keyifli idi.Kahvaltı iyidi.beğendik. Kahvaltı salonunda çalışan iri uzun saçlı bayanın ilk gün kahvaltıda sanki kaçak girmişiz gibi hissettirmesi dışında herşey çok güzeldi.butik otel gibiyken ve insan sarraflığı yok yani çok kızdık
