The gym and pool facilities were very good. Only negative is access to Netflix. Forgot my password and could not enjoy television. Aside from that the room was fantastic and the staff were friendly and professional. Thank you for your hospitality

The hotel was in a great location to explore. However we booked the hotel predominately because it had an outdoor pool. We were very disappointed to learn it was only open in warmer temperatures. Even though it was over 20c. We spoke to the deputy manager who pointed out that was the case. We could not find any warning of this on the hotel or expedia website. Very disappointing.

A limpeza deixava a desejar em alguns dias. E as ammenites não eram repostas. Quando chegamos, nem estavam disponíveis. Foram aparecer no terceiro dia. Dois controles remotos da TV com problemas e desistimos de usar a TV. Não tinha também informação de room service no quarto, mas vi que outros hóspedes pediram. Precisam padronizar a arrumação dos quartos. E, por três dias seguidos, chegamos no quarto após arrumação e estava fedendo cigarro.

This is not a five star hotel ! It is outdated and not that great. The level of street noise heard in the room at night time was unbelievable. We were not able to sleep at all. We were so disappointed. The location is good . It is close to lots of restaurants and shops.

We stayed in the 10 th floor , corner city views In the first week of May 2024. Everything was great in this hotel : the location, staff and cleanliness. However , it was noisy due to a ceiling fan that didn't stop throughout our stay. Also the sound and wind proof of the windows is not good as we heard a lot of outside noise and had to close the thick curtains to stay warm and prevent the subtle wind draft from cooling the room . All over , my husband and I liked the hotel .

Misleading and Unprofessional – Beware of Mini Bar Charges I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, the bellboy clearly told me the minibar and snacks were included in the room — either free or complimentary. The next day, the staff member who restocked the fridge confirmed the same. To my shock, during checkout I was charged 6,750 TL (around $168 USD) for minibar and snack usage. This was never mentioned or clarified properly until the last moment. This kind of misleading information and hidden charges feels like a scam. Extremely unprofessional behavior for a hotel claiming to offer quality service. I do not recommend staying here,

1- Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out 12:00!! I arrived at 1:00 and had to wait almost an hour before the room was ready. 2- I went to the front desk three time. Two experiences were not what one expects at a hotel like this. At check in the gentleman at the counter was generally grumpy, no smile, no hello and took his time checking me in. The next day, I went to get a door key and the guy at the counter did not say hello and waved towards the next counter!! 3-After I checked out and asked where I could leave my bag, I was told to take them a floor below and leave them there- no help with bags. The good part! -The room was great, well decorated, just as you see in picture, nice view of the Bosphorus, very clean and comfortable. -On the last day I asked for a late check out (7:00 pm) and paid EURO 100 for it. I thought it was an okay deal.

Når man vælger at betale 3 gange så meget for et hotel som mange af de andre hoteller i nærheden så forventer man også mere. Min mand ankom før mig og kom med to kufferter. Ingen hjælper, Ingen spørger om de kan hjælpe, ingen service. Ingen ting. De er der men står og snakker med hinanden. Han kommer i lobbyen og venter længe på der kommer nogen. Der får han nok og brokker sig over den ringe eller total manglende service. De undskylder og sender en tallerken frugt op på værelset. Ingen har under hele opholdet spurgt ind til det før vi tjekker ud, der kan de så både tilbyde gratis morgenmad osv som kompensation men det ved de jo er for sent når man skal nå et fly. Derudover blev vi hver morgen vækket af gulvet på gangen skulle støvsuges kl 8 og 8.30 bankede de på døren for at se om vi stadig var der. Værelserne er ellers fine. Morgenmaden er lækker (sidst vi var der spiste vi der) men servicen stinker af et 5 stjerner hotel st være. Vi kommer helt sikkert til st vælge et andet hotel næste gang vi skal til Istanbul. Der er masser gode at vælge imellem.

The location of the hotel and very neat. Some of the receptionists can be rude or they don’t know the manners how talk with the guests. When I checked in early morning I was given a room which I did not like the view of the room at all Mr Ayoub was kind enough to give me a better view room. Nice guy and very professional who knows how to make the guests happy. I left my shoes in the previous room which I remembered that I left my shoes called and I was told your shoes was not there. I was later transferred to the reception to deal the matter and I was told to wait but was not sure whether they find or not. I went to the reception and one of the receptionist was rude the way he spoke with me like I was his kid. By GO TO YOUR ROOM AND WAIT THERE. I felt it wasn’t nice but my nature is just to ignore. I did not like that manner. If I knew his name I would have mentioned as he need to be thought respect with the guests and elderly people.

Marmara Taksim hotel is in great location and close enough to the main attractions and can walk down to the summer palace. The staff is very nice and great in helping with whatever is needed. Our room had a great view and very clean. Highly recommend.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and had club room with lounge access. We had a beautiful stay. Breakfast and lounge had lots of great options and were very spread out. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping people were so nice. Room was a bit small for a family of three.
