L'hotel è comodissimo, a due passi dalla fermata Bukit Nanas della monorotaia e a 10 minuti a piedi dalle Petronas . Per chi ha bambini la piscina è spettacolare ( un po affollata e con pochi lettini) ma i bambini si divertivano moltissimo sugli scivoli d'acqua . La piscina è condivisa con l'hotel accanto ( anche il ristorante, per evitarci la coda alla colazione 2 mattine su 3 ci hanno portato a fare colazione nell'hotel accanto, collegato da un corridoio interno ) .colazione eccellente !

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. It was easy to walk to many nice places from the hotel. Our kids loved the pool but it was a bit difficult to find a free sunbed, it was crowded.

Lifts are very slow. I have waited more than 20 mins for a lift to come on my floor. This is embarrassingly slow. The first time I experienced this in my hotel stays in the world. Pool side was full and also had to take food on the floor like a beggar while paying for a hotel.

Top hotel en service. Warm water was niet optimaal in onze kamer. Ze hebben meteen een andere kamer en ontbijt aangeboden wat we niet incl. hadden. Ook nog een fruit mandje gehad met excuses voor het ongemak.

The location is strategic, food are delicious and staffs are friendly. The only minus point is the water temperature. It is so difficult to adjust the water temperature, need to take long time to get the hot water and the temperature won't maintain, sudden hot sudden cold, hope the hotel management can look into the water system upgrade.

The hotel is in a great location in KLCC around 10 mins away from the twin towers on foot and connected to the convention center. It's renovated and has good value for money. The staff was helpful and accomodating. One thing to point out is about housekeeping. It seems that housekeeping quality depends on the team. The first day it looks like they got to our room at the end of their shift and were in a rush to finish, and some things were overlooked. The next day the room was perfectly in order and sparkling. But overall, the hotel is clean, nice, good value for money, and the staff is helpful.

At check-in, I asked if the room I booked has any special view which the staff said no. Few seconds after that, she said she moved my room to the one with the twin tower view due to low occupancy. How nice. My daughter and spouse were absolutely loved the view. Thank you

Upon arrival, I was charged 555 MYR as a deposit. They told me I would get the money back after 10 working days, but now, several months later, I can’t get in touch with them at all. I have written to them in several places without any response. They claim it’s due to an error in my bank that the money hasn’t shown up. I have spoken with my bank, and they say that is not true. DO NOT BOOK a stay here. You have no idea how much money they will charge you.

Service given by the staffs. We felt welcomed and respected all the way from the bag drop off at the lobby, parking, front desk all the way up to the pool and roomkeepers. All are very professional and they really enjoy what they do wholeheartedly.

The hotel is excellent and all the staff members including the reception and breakfast team, as well as the room services team, are very kind and hospitable. We were able to check in early and they arranged for us to check out late without any additional charge. The chef also prepared a complimentary breakfast for my family and one of the staff members, Khamaria, also gave us a special bakery dessert on our last day. The manager, Ezreen, was very lovely and welcoming from the very first day of when we arrived at the hotel. We will definitely recommend Four Points Sheraton Kuala Lumpur City Centre to all of our family and friends and we will always come back to this hotel. The hotel is also located near all the main tourist attractions which makes it perfect.

We had an amazing stay here! Although the reception was crowded and busy upon our arrival, the room was clean and the view was amazing! It was also very centrally located - walking distance from the twin towers etc. I highly recommend.

Efter spenderat 2 veckor runt om i Asien så var det en dröm att komma till detta hotell. Sköna sängar, fantastisk frukostbuffe med bullar, bröd, pålägg, ost och supergoda juicer och smoothies. Hotellet har också ett fantastiskt poolområde och ett extra stort tack att ni löste transporten till flygplatsen till oss! Mycket proffessionellt och trevligt bemötande. Tack!

Stunning hotel. From the moment we walked through the doors we were welcomed by attentive, friendly staff. The rooms were amazing, the pool area was fantastic to cool down and for the children to have some down time. Food and drinks were all very reasonably priced and high quality and delicious. It was in a fantastic location.

Très bel hôtel avec piscine géante, toboggans et aire de jeu. Personnel tres avenant et sympathique. Chambre propre et moderne . Hotel à proximité de 2 stations de metro et situé à 15mn à pied des tours Petronas. Restaurant tres bon, large choix pour le petit-déjeuner, qui etait de qualité.
