New Monmouth Loft 1 - City Chic 1 BDR

While the website states "no elevator", NO WHERE does it say that the units are on the 3rd & 4th floors, up VERY STEEP stairs. NOT user-friendly.

Walked into a stifling environment temperature wise. Alerted management team at 4:26 p.m. and when we returned at about 10:00 p.m., the attached picture is what the thermostat showed. It was about 4:00 a.m. before the condo cooled down to low 70’s and where we were able to get a couple hours of sleep. So two night stay and the first one was basically a wash. I was also quite concerned that two of the windows were unlocked upon our arriving into the unit.

Stairs stairs and more stairs. The furniture was broken in and was tough getting out of. Nice location with few places to eat. Parking in the back was unmarked and first come first serve

Great little apartment to stay in while in the Cincinnati/Newport area!

Clean condo. Walkable to bakery, restaurants
