Et rigtigt pænt hotel, men dets storhedstid ligger nogle år tilbage, desværre, derfor virker enkelte dele af hotellet lidt gammeldags. Da vi var på hotellet, foregik der noget renovering af indgangen samt af poolområdet, hvilket betød at spabad ikke var tilgengeligt. Morgenmaden byder på en hel masse forskellige muligheder, desværre er mange af dem lavet uden de store smagsoplevelser. Lidt simpel salt og peber kan gøre meget, men jeg havde nok foretrukket et lidt mindre udvalg hvor der tilgengæld er brugt lidt mere tid på smagsoplevelsen.

Fantastic service throughout the hotel. Excellent large room with spacious bathroom and desk for working. Gym and pool were clean and well equipped. Food at the main restaurant was excellent but one small point was dietary restrictions were not labeled as wife is gluten free. Otherwise sensational. Location was also good close to Petronas and walking distance to a shopping mall with cheaper food options and a supermarket.

The exercise machines are not well maintained. Bicycles were not in working order. Exercise mats were dirty and disgusting. Pool guys was working during regular hours, I was told to keep my feet off the lounge chair very impolitely as well.

Warm welcome from staff here. Inside hotel have 6 restaurant . Have huge swimming pool at level 5. Also spa and fitness room too. Very useful information and nearby other restaurant plus shopping mall here.

Staff are friendly and hotel is comfortable and well located to walk or take shuttle services. Only comment would be, some of the hotel's beddings, linens and towels are old; all of which could use a refresh. Had a few crusty / stained towels but House Keeping were very accommodating with replacing them several times till we inspected clean ones.

The room itself was fantastic however we booked for a family of 4 and the bedsides were two large singles so it was very uncomfortable. My kids are 9 and 7 so my wife and I had to take a child each and we struggled to sleep as it was so uncomfortable. When you book for a family of 4 you’d expect to have at least two double beds.

We had a room for 2 adults and 2 children. The two beds provided were inadequate. Both beds were large single beds. We only had two nights stay at the hotel at the end of our two weeks holiday, so I did not want to waste time and complain etc etc, as we had a lot to do before our departure to the UK. But for the two children it wasn’t so bad. But for two adults it was a tight squeeze. When booking a room at this calibre of hotel I would expect that everyone can get a good nights sleep. For my wife and I this was not possible. The hotel was very nice and mostly we were happy, but this sleeping arrangement was a let down which will be hard to forget thus adding a bad memory to the end of our holiday in Malaysia. This was the 4th hotel over the two weeks. None of the others had these small bed arrangements.

Our room air con was not functioning, I did raise the issue with the staff and they said it's fine. Few days go past and they review again confirming yes it's not functioning. Was offered a new room which was much smaller and no compensation.

Overall, the stayed is okay not as comportable as I expected. I requested 2 hours checkout delay but hotel want to charge alamost a day cost. Hotel will not offer any favor to guests. Do not expect to get your sercurity deposit back at the same day ( at least 7 days to 14 days)

Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Staff were very friendly especially in the club lounge special thanks to Jabid who was always welcoming, friendly and attentive. Room was cleaned thoroughly daily by a very friendly staff member. The shopping mall was 10minutes from hotel

Very nice property. Check in was very easy. Room was well appointed. Great bed and quiet sleep. Housekeeping did a good job of tidying everything. Room was spacious. High quality linens -good towels and sheets. Food in lounge was adequate. The evening canapés were odd. Luke warm and not very tasty. Stale crackers and wilted cheese slices. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were includes used that. The variety in the restaurant was very good. Service by staff was outstanding Karula and Wadi in lounge. Also Rabat as wait deserve high ratings for exceptional service

The hotel is located at a convenient place close to two MRT stations and two shopping centers. In general, the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. My room was assigned to be next to the elevators. So, it is quite noisy to hear the elevators going up and down. The hotel should take some actions to reduce the noise. I heard the same complain from my friend whose room was also assigned next to the elevators. The hotel's breakfast has good varieties. However, several days during our stay, the breakfast was a quite messy disaster with so many people in the dinning area and a long line waiting outside. The hotel staffs were helpless and overwhelmed. The hotel management should foresee this when giving promotions to attract guests.

A very pleasant experience right from the get go. Fantastic customer service, very friendly and attentive to guests’ needs. Requests were attended to very quickly. Breakfast selection and taste were ok; the roti canai was authentic, very delicious! And what was really amazing was that they had a senior staff walk around the restaurant during breakfast asking guests for their check-out date and time. We thought nothing of this at the beginning until he shared that if we were checking out in the early morning the next day, i.e. around 6am or so, they could pack some breakfast for us. We were Wowed! This is an example of excellence in customer service, going the extra mile to meet customers’ needs. Well done!! Room was very spacious and very clean. Overall we really enjoyed the stay at IHL Hotel KL. We wishes we could have longer than the 2 nights. But after this experience, we will certainly be back!!
