It was a nice hotel in the middle of all the action. It was very busy in the area, ancross from the Pavilion, and traffic is always bad. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast on the lower level was delicious. There are many Malay choices. Faies served us every morning. Extremely good and friendly guy. Made special roti for us each morning. The room is clean, big and has high ceiling. But the bathroom requires some quick maintenance. The sink faucet is loose and wobble. The toilet paper holder and the make up mirror are also loose. All these needs, are tightening with a screwdriver. The hangers in the closet are not the same set, they are a few different shapes. No big deal, but they his is a 5 stars JW Marriott and the bar should be set higher.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. I reached hotel at 3:30AM, check in took me half an hour. We required a twin bed room, the reception told me only have one room at the 4th floor but it’s very far from the elevator, I asked if have better choice, she says that’s the only room and then went to the office and come back and gave me another room at the 3rd floor. After reached the room, we found out the bedsheet was really dirty, it has oil, hair, and some blood, so we asked house keeping to change the bedsheet, when they change the bedsheet we found out the down sheet are even worse, it’s dirty and became yellow, with a lot of blood, looks like they never changed the sheet for 20 years. We called the manager and required to change to a new room, after 20 mins they gave me another room at the 10th floor (If 4th floor was the last room, how they found this 10th floor room?!) The second room bedsheet was dirty as well, we required change the bedsheet again and at the same time we checked the down sheet, was much clean, so we weee going to accept this room after change the bedsheet. But! When we went to the bathroom we found a cockroach on the towel. And we start get allergy. It was already 6:30AM, we were really tired, the manager came and says she will arrange another room in 10 mins and make sure it’s clean, but after wait another hour, we finally get to our 3rd room. It still has hair on the bedsheet but we were too tired, we accepted the room. It was the worst hotel!
