Beautiful view of the river,couldnt fault the room it was comfortable and clean,only suggestion is maybe some biscuits to go with your hot drink and parking be free considering the price your pay for accommodation,but otherwise a lovely area to stay

Parking was an extra cost I was not told about. It was still difficult to find a spot as it is shared with other tenants and locals who should be parking in the public spots. There was no restaurant attached to the hotel. I was advised that the mud bar was available but when I arrived the restaurant had no vacancies. Consequently we had to eat outside where there was no service. For a large hotel at a premium price parking and a restaurant should have been a std expectation.

Staff were great, the suite was very spacious and had fantastic views but when I requested a simple bucket of ice be brought up to our suite I was told they couldn’t do that because there isn’t a kitchen/restaurant linked to the hotel…?? Other than that - would definitely stay again.

We were very happy with the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and within minutes to restaurants and shopping. Loved that the second room of the 2 room apartment was separate had its own entrance. Gives a very good privacy solution to travelling with friends or older children. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely apartment with water and city views from two balconies. Walking distance to a great choice of restaurants and to the town centre. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The room was modern, warm and beautifully quiet. Beds very comfie. Nice to have a coffee pod machine, although we would’ve liked a couple more pods. Water pressure in shower was a bit poor. Beautiful thick large towels were appreciated. As were face washers. A lovely stay, we will be back. Many thanks

Our stay at Peppers Seaport was wonderful. From the warm, friendly, and helpful reception we received on arrival, to the beautifully furnished suite and superbly comfortable king bed, everything was brilliant. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay. Highly recommended to all staying in Launceston!

We had attentive staff on arrival and throughout, spacious and well equipped apartment, views across the water and thanks to glorious weather - a beautiful short walk to Peppers Silo for a delicious breakfast option. Nothing to criticise at all.
