Stayed in two bedroom apartment needs updating. Sofa area uncomfortably. It is fully functional and clean. Bar and restaurant not open which was not explained in check in which was disappointing. Nice pool.

Looks like renovations are currently taking place. There’s a bit of a mess. The pool and spa didn’t look clean. There was no one at the property for our 2pm check in. None of this was advised during the booking process. The beds were comfortable though.

Room is in desperate need of attention! Broken tiles, the whole kitchen old and dirty, pieces missing, only one flat pillow per person, pillow cases were dirty. Swimming Pool out of order, games room locked, bbq area in-usable. Very run down hotel/motel

Great property and staff. Should try to improve on the cleanliness part a bit. The rooms also dont have sufficient blankets , very basic stuff for cold nights. Beds were not most comfy. To be fair, we didnt ask for any more. We did get the hair dryer replaced instantly and the service was friendly. Overall, great place with sauna and heated pool. Good on a budget

It's great for a short stay, and still has a pool and spa. The bed was super comfortable, but the curtains didn't close and the night balcony light made the room too bright. Pity the bar is permanently closed now.

This is a lovely hotel with indoor swimming pool, games room, barbeque area and children playground. The room furnishings are comfortable but need an upgrade and regular maintenance. The housekeeping staff need to stock the rooms based on the number of people booked, we had to request for cups/cutlery.

When we first checked in I was shocked at the cleanliness of the room. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. I was travelling with a toddler and I wouldn’t let them in the bathroom because it was so bad. I also thought I booked for two bedrooms as advertised but it was only a one room set up. I spoke to the staff member at front desk and he was really lovely and apologetic and put us into a new room which was a little cleaner but more importantly bigger. The pol was okay but the games arcade wasn’t what I was hoping. The only turndown service provided was fresh towels. Dirty dishes weren’t taken and beds weren’t made. I would have been happy to wash my own dishes but there wasn’t any detergent provided so I had to buy it. Overall I won’t be returning to the property but at least the staff member I dealt with was lovely.

The bathroom had a cracked basin, no soap in dispenser. Floor was dirty. Curtain hooks missing on lounge curtains. The bed moved around,had no stoppers on the wheels. Whole unit didn’t smell fresh and clean.It was stale smelliing.

Staff were lovely, very friendly and polite. Unfortunately the apartment we booked was very dirty, old and run down. Vomit stains in the carpet, dirty walls and floor, dirty bed sheets and pillows. We booked as a family and it was far from family friendly. Won't be staying here again

We stayed for 3 days and our room wasn’t cleaned once! The pillow cases were a dubious grey/white. I’d like to think they had been changed after the last guests left but I’m not totally sure. The floors needed sweeping each day, I was staying with a 6 yr old who brought most of the sandpit home in their boots each day, but there was no broom or vacuum cleaner in the room. The floors needed a good mop, you could tell they’d never been mopped by the state of your socks after walking around for 3-4 minutes. Also 2 face washers would’ve been handy so as guests don’t have to share 1 between everyone in the room.

The sliding door did not shut and let in a cockroach. The fridge door handle was broken and it was very iced up. The water doesn’t drain away very quickly in the shower. We only had tiny cups to make a cup of tea or coffee. The light above the single bed did not work. The pillows were shocking and needed 2 or a towel under in order to sleep. (Room 41)

Bed broken, fans that were put in the room were in a wardrobe broken. Toilet coming off. Place very outdated and old, very hot in summer and needs air con or decent fans that can be used. Furniture uncomfortable to sleep on, shower was not good. Complained to reception the next morning and still havent heard about a refund. Couldnt co.plain to reception after 8pm, that was when fans and bed was noticed broken.

This was just okay for a one night stay. There is no sound proofing between units. Sounded like a bunch of kids constantly running around, not sure if it was his tv. Next door smoking outside and the odour came into my unit. On the bright side, the bed was comfy and I actually had a good sleep.

The bed was quite comfortable and the room set up well. I would have liked a knife and fork to be provided as I was eating in my room. The shower was dreadful and the drain severely blocked. This needs looking into urgently. My biggest complaint was the terrible noise with loud voices and banging around coming from the room next to me on one side. On the other side someone was watching the television into the early hours of the morning which was quite disturbing. I would suggest better soundproofing. Would not stay here again sorry.

Outdated room - circa 1970s.. - the bathroom has the mini tiles wd shower curtain - no aircon / only electric fan - wifi wd 300 mg allotted - no ironing Board in the room / laundry room is a block away - no phone in the room to contact reception / u need to call them from your mobile or walk to the office

Bed was comfortable and reception staff friendly BUT there were two cockroaches in our room, bedroom window wouldn’t close and the fly screen was off sitting beside it and television was difficult to turn on and off. It was convenient for our trip but probably won’t stay again.

Cutlery not as clean as could be. Sink had crack in it. Tap fell off. Room ok. Bed comfortable. Rest was ok. No one at reception to check in and rang number which rang out. Waited 15 minutes. Cheap so can’t expect too much

Property was very old and not upgraded for some time. The room was smelly, and both my wife and I had allergies from this. We originally intended to stay 3 nights, but we checked out after 1 and went elsewhere. When I mentioned this, there was no offer of a better room or a refund. We had stayed here some years ago when our children were younger and had a wonderful stay. We therefore thought for nostalgia we would stay again. Big mistake!!

We have to change the room 3 times to get it right. First they gave us a room with TV is not working. Then they changed us to another which is worse than the first room. The washing basin tape and toilet flash are leaking. Making so much noise that we could not sleep. There are a lot of pot holes when you drive in the property. There is no light on the signage make it difficult to drive when you return to the property at night. There are a lot of customers complaining about the defect in the room and are not happy with it. According, the owner of the motel refuse to spend money to fix all the room defect. Overall rating is 2/10. We will never ever want to return to this property

The reception never seemed to be opened. Even though the motel is a bit dated, we had a 5-night stay and it was more than adequate. The room was clean and tidy and the water nice and hot. Our room had a new toilet, new taps and heat pump. The location was very handy to accessing the motorway for the Supercars which is why we were there.

The hotel is quite a way out of the city centre and close to two main roads. A lot of road traffic and noise throughout the night. Plus you had to drive everywhere because you are far from the city centre, bars restaurants.

The driveway was in poor condition and very steep. Exiting to the road was quite dangerous, especially if you were turning right as it was a blind corner. The room was ok but did not have the cooktop that it was advertised to have. The staff were very polite.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with the Hotels platform. We booked a 2 bed family unit for 2 nights but left after 1 appalling night. The restaurant was closed and we were told to go up the road to the local pub. There were only 2 cups provided. When I rang the contact no. I didn't get a response for over an hour then I was informed "someone probably stole the others". The staff do not check apparently. There was no heating in the bedrooms and the windows were not able to be closed so we had both wind and traffic noise all night. There were no extra blankets provided and the pillows were so old they were practically flat again with no spare pillows provided. The condition of the unit was appalling. The filthiest accomodation I have ever stayed in. Cleaning appears non existent. While not expecting any more than a 3 star unit we did expect more than was provided. The Hotels platform should be removing this unit as it does not meet even the basic standards.

Not the best experience. A room was booked with specifically two separate beds, as I was with my teenage son. Despite this, when we arrived, we found the room allocated only had a double bed. Too late an arrival to do anything about it as the office was closed, and we had an early start in the morning. Another let down in the morning, when we found that despite the online advertising saying that breakfast was included, there was no sign of this either. Very annoying, as I would have brought some breakfast with us if we'd known this. So a search for some breakfast in an unfamiliar town, before 8am, which wasn't an easy task. So all in all, not so good

Advertise resturant but No resturant, advertise room service no not even that. Do not advertise what you dont offer. room smelt like a toilet. Ants in room. Cutlery was dirty. Pool opening hours 10 till 8 we are morning people would of like to been able to swim at 6am. Bed was so uncomfortable the springs where in my back all night. Fare to say the place is somewhat run down, defently wont be a family destination again

The property suited our stay as we were only there for one night. There wasn’t a tea towel or washing up detergent so this made it hard to do the dishes. Tap on sink in near bathroom was very loose and felt like it was going to come off in your hand. Oven needs upgrading. No coffee. Would stay again for one night.

No shuttle bus from airport. Paid $44 for a cab from airport to this venue. No breakfast served, and no place within walking distance to eat! Rooms need a good paint. Also need facewasher for bathroom. Otherwise room fine. Friendly service, but not in attendance much.
