Dejligt hotel, værdi for pengene, super flinkt personale, masser af varmt vand (meget værdsat efter ophold på Palawan), gode senge, safetybox og køleskab på værelset. God morgenmad - buffet med omelet og pandekage station. Pølen er lille, men ok. Rigtig gode cocktails på rooftop bar, happy hour kl.15-18, BOGO. Kun 2 elevatorer, lidt ventetid, tag trappen hvis du er utålmodig. Kommer gerne igen.

This property is very convenient to everything, shopping mall, restaurants, you name it, however their bathrooms needs to be upgraded, clean and fix those showers because there was a molds is the bathroom when we check in, and so i ask them to clean it instead of moving to different room because we were so tired from our long flight. another thing the condensation of the aircondition is dripping in front of the door, its not safe.other than that, the staff are helpful, specially at the dining area staff, and the door man. we will come back hoping that they do clean and upgrades their bathroom.

I don’t understand why other reviews of this hotel are so high. Here are some of the issues I had: 1)I had to kill three cockroaches in my room; 2) the walls and doors are paper thin (you’ll hear people outside very easily); 3) the traffic around the hotel is insane so good luck sleeping without earplugs; 4) my bathroom floor was dirty during my entire stay; 5) the pool did not look clean (other people staying gave one look at it and walked away as well). This is no proper “3-star” hotel - at most, it’s a 2-star hotel. On the plus side, the staff are very kind and friendly, and the breakfast is pretty good. However, I recommend staying in a 4 or 5-star hotel in the BGC area instead of here. The area is cleaner, has less traffic, and the hotel will likely be MUCH better.

We got the executive room. Very disgusting and old room which should not be available for guests. To top it off a cockroach came out of the drain. Overall the room was very dirty. We then got compensated by getting a Premium room instead and this was a whole new world. Very updated and clean room but the executive room should have been closed to the public! The staff was very kind throughout.

I was excited when I checked in because the lobby was nice and staff were pleasant. My room was not so good. I was greeted by multiple roaches in the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. Elevators were often busy and wait was long at times. Room was just okay.

The drain in the tub doesn't drain properly. l reported it to the front desk and they sent maintenance to Deal with it. But problem still persists. Just be aware that once you finish your shower the water level is already by your calves. On the other hand the service was great.

A little pricey, but you get much with this, super comfortable, great breakfast (pay or included option), good views of the business district in some rooms, great staff. I highly recommend it. I haven’t tried the pool or the gym yet.

Luxury hotel in downtown Makati with a prime location for walking and riding. The hotel is an older building but has been maintained well and has a real movielike feeling. The breakfast buffet was high quality and the coffee was good and strong which helped me along my travels.

The hotel is in a good location. It is becoming a little aged and the wireless did not work 90% of the time. They really need to fix the wifi. The staff are very nice and accommodating.

The hotel provided good value for money as it was simply used as a one night stop over. The “no view” room is an internal window (ie no natural light) and therefore is dark. If staying longer I would def consider how much you value light! Overall bed was comfy. No fridge in the basic room which was a surprise.

Staying for 1 night at City Garden Hotel is wonderful and amazing. Hotel room price was reasonable, food at the restaurant on the SP floor was great and delectable, I love their food plus the breakfast I’ve had on the 2nd floor was also great, lots of choices. Hotel staffs are amazing, welcoming and knowledgeable of good customer service, from the guards, bellboys. front desk/reception staffs, and the restaurant people on the 2nd & SP floors. Keep up the good work and maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, nice smell and room layout and arrangement of the furnitures.

All the staff are very excellent in service..from the front desk, Pau, David, gents at the door Benson, Michael and Francis and the dinning staff...Jessa and Team and of course the cleaning staff. We have the most wonderful experienced at City Garden hotel. Very welcoming staff and excellent service. We definitely booked and be back next month. It was good enough for our 3 nights. The roof swimming pool and bar on the top floor has a good view of the city. Close to restaurants and Jollybees. But it’s a bit challenging to get a Grab due to the traffic.

Hotel is very clean, acess to PBurgos Street and walkable to 3 malls makes the location pretty accessable. Not a great place to bring children thoigh - super heavy traffic area makes crossing the road difficult and dangerous; hawkers on every corner trying to sell you things as soon as you head outside was a bit annoying. Also they closed the pool for maintenance on tje 2nd day of a 6 day stsy which was annoying

The breakfast was delicious. The coffee was brewed (I shouldn't have to say that, but, I've found that some breakfasts at competing hotels server only instant coffee). The breakfast included fresh cooked eggs, cooked-to-order omelets, bread, fish, pancit, fresh cooked-to-order pancaked, and 30 other excellent choices. The internet was buggy and I had to reconnect 20 times a day. So, if you're hoping for video meetings that's just not going to work for your. Security is excellent. The elevators require a little patience. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

I like most everything except the restaurant on the rooftop, there’s no available table and seems guests hangout unlimited and no timeline how long you gonna stay after the meals and so if you can set a timeline like 2 hours that would be great. The breakfast is alright except the pizza we ordered is bad. We just had a bite and threw it away. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I did not avail the breakfast option. I had dinner at the top and food was ok. The beer is not that cold to enjoy it. The staff was great though they were all friendly and helpful. I wish there were appropriate wall sockets in the right places and option for USB charging.
