Helpful and friendly staff. Air-conditioning works real good. Room service was fast, efficiently and very friendly. I liked the fact the they have complimentary shuttle to mall of Asia. The lobby was nice but the room is terrible. It's an old hotel, needs serious renovation, carpet smells inside the room and hallway, tub was painted with white pain, shower curtain to small, smell sewed inside the bathroom and room every time we flush the toilet. The window curtain was old, dusk dirty. The bathrobe was not clean. Everthing inside the room are very old but they are working.

I was placed in a room with a crawling roach in 6th floor and tried to place me to another room in 6th floor rhar smells urine. I have to pay an upgrade to go to 8th floor Otherwise, the staff are very professional and helpful.

I booked last minute for a 2 day trip. The room was clean, the tub in the bathroom was not. What stood out for me was the courtesy and profesionalism of the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your every need is met. Good location amd also offers a free shuttle to the Mall of Asia.

We stayed in room 929. The room was beautifully remodeled. But noise coming from the window was loud, street traffic and airplanes going overhead. I never slept well the entire time I was there. The staff was great and did everything to make us comfortable.

Heritage Hotel is one of the iconic hotels I remember all the way back from the 90s. I stayed for the first time in 2008 and 2014. The hotel has a perfect location near the airport terminals and mall of Asia. The staff is always amazing because of the wonderful Filipino hospitality. I upgraded during my stay to club rooms. Newly renovated rooms. Nice and clean spacious rooms. Unfortunately eventhough I stayed on the top floor {9th}. The sound of the traffic was quite noisy 24/7. And if you have been to the Manila before you know the traffic and the use of carhorns. I asked if the windows were soundproof, unfortunately they were not. The breakfast buffet is not what it like 10-15 years ago. I like this hotel for the location, amenities and the lovely staff, but because of the traffic, noise

Got asked if I waned to upgrade to new rooms on checkin. No mention of that when I booked. Didn't pay cheap price so dint expect to have to pay more. Took 4 room changes before I got something which was at least partly acceptable. Every air con was noisy. Rooms were very worn and maintenance was terrible. Looked like a child had done the silicon in the bathroom, which was everywhere. Wouldn't go there again

The staff was great, but the building does show its age. The water temperature fluctuates frequently when taking a shower. The dome lights in the bathroom and room were hanging out of the roof a little and need repair. The breakfast gives you a good selection of different types of foods to choose from. The room was clean, and the staff was more than accommodating. For the price, I would stay there again in the future.

Room is clean but the bathroom is clogging. The same problem when I stayed a year ago. Windows are not "sound proof" as you can hear car noises all night long. I used to work in this hotel when it was still The Regent of Manila as Income Auditor. This place was very exclusive and very quiet. The freeway in front makes it worst as you can hear the sound of cars passing all night. I still love this hotel because I met my wife here (co-worker) I always stay here each time I am on vacation. Staff are courteous and very customer oriented.

Customer Service couldn’t help me with my rooms example our check in time was 2pm. Our rooms wasn’t ready until 7pm. The rooms we had didn’t even have any closet cover and vent machine wasn’t working. Our breakfast count was right. Guest service to just count my third party which is Expedia. I don’t recommend this hotel especially if you have a big family. I had 4 rooms for my family and I felt so disappointed.

This has been my worst hotel experience ever. Toward the end of my stay, they were not willing to return my deposit that I had the receipt for. Their explanation for this was that the deposit was used to pay for the extra person staying in my room, which they had already charged me separately for. After inquiring about this issue to different staff, the man told me that he was going to make their own staff pay out of their OWN POCKETS so I can get my deposit back. Is this how you run a hotel?! There is no organization whatsoever! Also, I asked the staff if they require a deposit for all hotel guests, she said that it was OPTIONAL. Why would they ask me to pay if I didn't have to ? There is no consistency at all. Upon checkout the staff Lea who assisted us on our check in did not explain until I asked her about my deposit what she asked on my check in.she explained to us differently.She said the other receipts is the upgrade and the early check in .And the deposit receipt that she asked me to put a deposit is for the extra person DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL !!

When i booked my travel it would not allow me to pay the 300 pesos early check in. When i arrived early the hotel charged me 5,500 pesos for an early arrival. Friendliness of the staffs with special mention to Noyl ( one of the duty managers) very approachable, smooth check in and check out. Housekeeping are very hardworking.. kudos to Hector, Grace, Noel and Darwin. Their breakfast is wonderful, with wide array of selection. Location is close to everything, transportation is not a problem, taxi and grab are readily available. Highly recommend. Will stay here again.

There is a jeepney stop at the front of the hotel and other transport options are also available at the hotel's front. They a have an amazing staff. The restaurant quite pricy. The pool is amazingly good, but we have to thru portion of the restaurant to get in and out of the pool area.. the restaurant quite expensive and quite small from what i paid for comparison to the next hotel i stayed in.. The room are big but what i saw in the advertisement are quite different..i have mentioned it to the hotel manager regarding the advertisement the need to be fix..the manager royle had me moved to a lot bigger room from i have expected..but if i moved to a nicer room, i have to pay extra.. We had pleasant stay but the first room we had was really bad.. carpet are stained, and the security latches for the door are loose and the Tv are need to re start it most of the time.. The location very unique to a point of commuting if you know where to go.. but the sametime have to be really carefull for the area especiallyat nightime.

The he place is in of and shows its age. If you want to stay in a room that’s not outdated and broken down you have to pay extra. We were only there for an overnight so didn’t upgrade but they should not charge you extra to stay in a decent room. Will have to find a new place to stay at after this trip for sure. Breakfast has always been a highlight but the food was cold and tasteless this trip.

Great staff, room needs some repairs, nice big king bed. Hot water not a problem, shower had hot water quickly. Overall, for what I paid for the room, great deal. Breakfast was nice. Huge variety of foods. Amazing cheese platters, Stale baguettes, maybe fresh a few days before. Omelette station big plus. Garden salad and fresh fruit. Surrounding area is noisy but close to most major destinations in Manila. You can not hear traffic from room.
