Rewrite During my stay at the Holiday Inn Express on December 1, 2025, I found the hotel to be conveniently located next to Terminal 3, with the added benefit of being in the same building as McDonald's and 7/11. The internet speed in my room was acceptable, ranging from 8-9 Mbps, and the express check-out service was efficient. However, my experience was marred by several issues. Despite providing advance notice of my late arrival, my room was not ready, and I had to wait. The room itself had a musty, old smell, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor of urine. The shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, and the body wash container was empty. Additionally, while the hotel offers a shuttle to the walkway to Terminal 3 (The Runway), the first shuttle does not operate until 10 am, which is inconvenient for those with morning flights. Unlike most hotels that greet guests with a signature scent, this hotel greeted me with the smell of an old, musty floor mop.

The security is awesome that they proivde xray on your stuff every entry and pass thru machine xray.and also there is another security on each floor in the elevator,you need to swipe your access card first to move the elevator to your floor.The food serves are filipino and i love their food.The good thing about free breakfast is that if you check out and miss the buffet breakfast,they provide express breakfast which they have it packed and is available at 12midnight for you to grab and go.i love the place it's quiet and feeling safe because of the security guards everywhere.their lobby has lots of chairs and tables to hang out if you wish to meet friends to come over.staff are all friendly and respectful.another good thing ia that they allow us to check in ahead of time when there was available room which is so convenient for us travellers from far places.overall,i would recommend this hotel.

The whole property smells a bit damp and musty like it never gets fully dry. It appears clean, just humid all througout. The services and location are great! We loved that it had laundry facilities on site. It is super close to Terminal 3 and some good restaurants. It also has luggage storage which was a major factor in our decision to stay there twice during this trip to the Philippines.

Overall it was great. Getting the shuttle to the airport was confusing. Dropped us off in a parking lot and we had no idea what to do. We flagged down a taxi and they took us the rest of the way. So yeah don’t use the shuttle service.

a) NAIA T3 to Hotel 10min walking via sky bridge is incorrect. First 10min to cross the bridge, but then another 10min to get to hotel - and it was pouring rain with no signage on location b) shuttle service to all Terminals of NAIA is incorrect. They only offer shuttle to end of sky bridge, which was nowhere mentioned, except concierge finally told me

Like the hotel and location. I have stayed a few times now. This time was gross in the Bathroom, all the Chaulking was moldy and the edges of the shower had mold. Cant imagine where else has mold. Truely gross. Other than that a good Hotel. Just think they need to prioritize maintenance over money. Could lead to lawsuits if ppl get sick.

The room has like 3 black bugs flying all over. There might be more. The pillow have eyebrows. The bathroom has poop remnants left at the bottom (not flushed completely) and pee drops under the seat. There’s dust and smell. It’s cheap so you get what you pay for, but it’s close to the airport.

It’s okay for a night before or after flight but the bathroom install was pretty shabby when done originally some years ago. Plus the hot water supply to the shower comes and goes every couple of seconds. Not what is expected from Holiday Inn Express located in the west.

The hotel is a bit tired overall. Our room was fine but you could see some of the rough in repairs that were made. The only egregious one was the light strip tacked up with a drywall screw over the puddle of water you stood in as you showered. That's a bit too sketchy if you ask me, but we survived it. Food was fine, location is convenient, and the people and both super friendly and helpful. The staff is wonderful, you can't take anything away from the people there, it just really needs a revamp.

We had a last minute change with our flight and had to stay one night ib Manila for our connecting flight the next day. The hotel is just 8 mns drive away from Terminal 3. Roomd are on the smaller side but it is expected from a transient hotel. One night is enough. Comfy bed, clean room, fridge and tv. There is a restaurant but we didn't have time to check it out. It is 25 mns from Mall of Asia if you are curious.

This is not my 1 first time staying in this hotel. Compared with previous experience, some areas had been improved such as the check-in/out process. Next to Newport mall. With a convenience store and fast food shop on the ground floor. However, the WiFi network (speed) and the choice of breakfast are still my concerns. Slow and less choices. Hope they can improve.

I am mobility challenged and when my wife checked in she requested an accessible room. Apparently there were none available. The next day we both repeatedly asked the front desk staff for one if available. They never replied. It wasn't until 9:30 that night that my wife spoke to one of the cleaning staff that we found out there was one available 3 doors away. We were then relocated at 10 that night. No thanks to the front desk staff. I guess they don't take the requests and comfort of their guests seriously.

Bathroom has no exhaust fan and bathroom door wouldn't properly close. I notified staff, maintenance came and tried fixing it. At 10PM, there were sounds of drilling in our room which lasted a good 20 mins. This, for a night's stay, for an early morning flight. Said it's fixed but upper half wouldn't close. Instead of giving us another room, they chose to disrupt the supposedly limited time for us to take a shower and hit the bed Unbelievable.

I am very impressed with the staff for their awesome customer service. I had left my computer laptop in a taxicab to the airport which was returned back to the hotel on July 21,2025. The staff were were able to inform me of the returned laptop. Keep up the great work!😊🤗

Was extremely convenient as an overnight stop in Manila that was close to the airport. Property was clean, and staff were helpful and friendly. Should note that it is only walkable from T3 of the airport, but there is a shuttle and Grab was inexpensive.

Not going back there anymore...the breakfast buffet has a very limited food selection and they always run out of food...it take them a while to refill their food. Also, the location is good because it's near the airport but if you go to places such as MOA it will run your pocket dry. Too hard to get around the city. The receptionist is too new to be left on his own at the counter [he has orientee logo on his uniform. He didnt explain the perks they offer thoroughly such free airport shuttle. We already booked a grab when they told us that they have their own shuttle service, now we cant cancel the grab booking anymore.

We flew in late and it was small but great. Breakfast this morning was delicious and a good selection. Eggs and toast, beef with rice, fruits and salad and lots of beverages. Great value for the money. The people are very friendly.

The check in process was fast. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious with many options. The location near NAIA airport is especially convenient. They also provided van service to the airport for a reasonable amount. Highly recommend!
