Lanson Place Mall of Asia Manila

Clean and decent sized modern room. Very close to Mall of Asia. Staff are all friendly. Nice rooftop pool (but can smell of sewage at times). I’d stay here again

Great location! Excellent staff 😃 Close to MOA and Seaside by the Bay. We got to use the swimming pool early in the morning which was fantastic. The laundry room was closed which could have been a great addition. The room fridge wasn’t working. Arrived close to 8pm so we missed the buffet in CYAN but overall we had a very good experience.

The hotel is still new and the facilities are all great. The big mall is just a block away. Restaurants and other establishments are around the hotel. Great location for anyone!

Second time I have stayed here in 2 weeks. The property is great no doubt. The staff is exceptional in every way. They make you feel very welcome. Good bar as well!

5 Minutes walk to Mall of Asia. Not directly connected to the mall , must walk outside the hotel towards the mall. Parking is very difficult coz of limited space. Clean room , not enough wardrobe space.

Excellent location with Mall of Asia and the waterfront just within short walking distance. With Mall of Asia so near, there's plenty of places for food, drinks and shopping. They've a really good gym too that never gets too busy. Great views from the rooftop and our room too. Speaking of the rooms, the AC was potent and really helped us get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was outstanding and buffet style with both Western, Filipino and Chinese choices. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great staff.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel spacieux et très propre. La chambre était très bien, confortable et agréable, même s’il manquait un support pour poser la valise. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, juste à côté d’un grand centre commercial, ce qui est très pratique. Gros coup de cœur pour la piscine sur le toit, que j’ai beaucoup appréciée. Je recommande sans hésiter !

All the staff was really welcoming and very helpful when I had questions. I booked a deluxe suite as a solo traveler and it was super clean and modern. The gym was clean and had all the machines you could want, even a mix of kettlebells which was what I usually use. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

The rooms in Lanson are good and clean. However, the main problem is the parking. They have very insufficient parking slots compared to the number of rooms. I already stayed here on 3 separate occasions and never was I able to park in there underground parking. You have to pay at the outside parking owned by SM or worse, you have to avail their valet service which costs 200 pesos everytime you leave the hotel. Other Hotels have the valet fee as 1 time payment until you checkout. have not

Room is clean but many drain flies in the shower and toilet area.

They need to improve on cleanliness. With the price you are paying. Cleanliness should be their top priority.

We like how the staff are very friendly and hospitable. So many attractions around the area which was good. But in my opinion, they need more improvement on cleanliness of the property, rooms and washroom.

Dan the concierge was very helpful and was able to book a tour through a great tour agency. This is a brand new hotel that opened Fall 2023. I also booked airport transportation through the concierge and that was great. The room was small with no really good place to put a suitcase except on the bed so it made the comforter dirty. I asked for a stand but they said they don’t have those. The floor was dirty and didn’t seem to be part of cleaning the room, no carpet. Maybe they swept, but no mopping. Someone before must’ve spilled coffee or something and it was not cleaned once during my stay. There was a refrigerator, a Nespresso and a hot water container which was helpful. I did do the laundry services and that was good. No discount for the actual laundry being closed though. Pool area was nice, but the views are not great as the bay reclamation is in progress. It was nice being so close to the mall and the entertainment area with the Ferris wheel. Check in was fast, but checkout took quite a while and I was late to my transportation to the airport. The pool area restaurant was great, Enzo was very good. The main restaurant buffet was top notch and Joy was great. I also did room service which was good as well.

Marvin, front desk was kind and generous. Great guy. Room was spacious and had a phenomenal view of Manila Bay. Food was delicious except for the dried fish(Danggit) which was very salty. With probably 70% of clients with high blood pressure, this is not a good idea. Overall I had a wonderful time and would check in there again.

Pros: The hotel looks pretty new, and very good condition. The only best thing about the hotel is probably the location. And the staff are very nice too. We didn’t try the food since there are restaurants all around the area. Cons: The room is really small for its price, like really small. No closets or cabinet to store our stuff, and just not enough space to walk around the room. Expensive for a tiny room. Disappointed when I tried to upgrade expecting it was going to be bigger but nope, it’s just a same size room but different bed.

Since the hotel is still fairly new, it seems that the staff may need more training. While everyone was friendly, the service did not always run smoothly and sometimes felt a bit forced rather than natural. During breakfast, we ordered café latte and regular black coffee every day. We stayed for four days, and each morning the coffee took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was only lukewarm. The entrance area felt somewhat chaotic, and the front desk staff did not always seem well coordinated. Room service was also slow to reach when dialing 0. The "staypls-app" however worked a bit better. Additionally, the rooms are quite noisy, and sound travels easily between rooms. Overall, the hotel has great potential thanks to its modern facilities and pleasant design, but there is room for improvement when it comes to service efficiency and staff coordination. Given the price level of the hotel, better service is to be expected. I hope the hotel manages to improve its routines and service standards, as I am confident it has the potential to become a very good hotel

Like the cleanliness. Open wardrobe concept is a bit strange. My shirts are hanged next to the wash basin. Adjusting to the right comfortable water temperature in the shower is a bit challenging. A bit to the left and it’s too hot, a bit to the right and it’s too cold. It takes a while and can be a little frustrating if you’re in a hurry. The shampoo and shower gel was great.

Staff members were very helpful then only cons is the room is very small for the price.

I had club access to to lounge, went there and they turned me down, it was embarrassing because I had a date with me, this did not settle to good with me at all, and the guy wasnt very nice about it.

Everything was over complicated from the moment we checked in and staff was not helpful at all during our stay. Easiest way to describe this hotel is pig with lipstick on, it looks nice but it’s an overpriced motel for its service

Exceptional property with amazing staff that will go out of there way to ensure your stay is amazing. The smiling staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Nice property, but the staff are unethical and tried to charge me extra for my booking. I booked a suite for three adults. I phoned before I booked to confirm that the room included one king size bed and a rollaway bed. When we arrived there was no rollaway and they tried to charge us extra for the rollaway. Only with arguing with the reception did they finally relent and bring up the rollaway with no charge. What kind of hotel expects three people to share a king size bed?

Everything was fine except for delays at checkout.

Have always loved Lanson. Stayed long term on their other properties around the world and stayed at the service apartments the last round in MoA. Always great balance between comfort, quality and value. This time round at the hotel, facilities was good but no where close to the apartments. Had a toilet with disability support but means I don't even have any space to place my toiletries. Otherwise all is good. One really bad experience this time was that they were so busy no one answered the house phone all the time. it will ring non stop to both operator and bell hop and reception and no one would pick up. I had to leave the bags in the room to go check out as I couldn't get help with luggages as a result. Might be due to manpower shortage, but really need to avoid this in the future.

A very nice and modern hotel. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. High quality bedding and fixtures. Highly recommend this hotel. It is also close to the airport - less than 10 minutes drive in off peak hours and less than 30 minutes drive in peak hour. This is incredible given the extremely congested roads in Manila!

Excellent. Convenient location where I needed to be Staff are very welcoming and paid attention to my needs. Security around makes the area safe. Food selections for breakfast were grand. Overall I would recommend to all my relatives and friends one of the best places to stay.

Lanson is truly a 5-star hotel. Their breakfast buffet is better than many of the other fine hotels my wife and I used to stay at around Manila. We're happy to have found Lanson's Place and will definitely be back. They're a 5-star hotel at 4-star prices (shhhh, don't tell them because I don't want them raising their prices! lol). Our stay was perfect and we got a late check out due to evening flight at no extra cost. The buffet was excellent both breakfast and diner. Will come back

Breakfast menu was ok although it took a long time to get our egg orders done.

The room was big enough for 3 to 4 adults. The toilet seat was heated and has eniugh bidet attachments to choose from. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices and had different selections for the 2 days that I stayed at the hotel. The staff is so amazing and very accommodating, from the front desk, the wait staff at Cyan and the housekeeping staff. A special shoutout to Jerson from Housekeeping for taking care of our needs. Will definitely be back here the next time I am in Manila.
