Had poor water pressure, they even moved us but still same problem with the plumbing issue no water pressure, and room took so long to get cool, and the small fridge the freezer compartment was full ice ice you could not put anything in it. I can say the breakfast was excellent and the stall at the counter and food services was also excellent.

The hotel feels somewhat outdated, and the rooms could benefit from a remodel. Unfortunately, our room was located on the first floor near the front desk, elevators, and service doors. Starting around 5 a.m., we were woken up by noise and service carts. A room on a higher floor would likely provide a much quieter and more enjoyable stay. The breakfast was good and the fruit very fresh.

This hotel is a little dated. Room beds where full size compared to holiday inn next door where they are queen size. We stayed at both during our trip. Breakfast was ok at best. AC did blow super cold so that was a plus. Water in shower was warm it never got hot. We did ask the cleaning lady and they sent someone right over but it just got a little better.

Great location, however the 6th floor was way too hot including the hallways and rooms. It seemed to be the only floor with this issue. The food was good, but if you paid extra for the special breakfast there was a 25min wait one day and 45min the next day. Check in was at 3pm and the room wasnt ready until 6pm. Very unfortunate.

Everything perfect as usual, except for breakfast they were not doing the made to order omelets they have been doing before, some of the food was cold and less options. Apparently, they were missing some staff; I'll try one more time. Thank you.

Tuve un problema. Al hacer mi reservación a través de Hoteles.com se seleccionó una tarifa que incluía desayuno. Al llegar al hotel al check-in me informaron solo incluir un desayuno parcial (café y barra fría) que el desayuno completo tenía costo adicional. El último día de mi estancia la responsable del restaurante se acercó y me comentó había sido un error, efectivamente, siempre tuve acceso al desayuno completo pero no me lo permitieron. Ojalá arreglen esta falla de comunicación entre las reservas y el hotel.

We had a clean room and we LOVED the beds. The mattresses were firm and comfortable as well as the lines felt nicely and the covert very puffy. We loved the fresh fruits (papaya, pineapple and cantaloupe) and we were surprised that the bread was fresh as well since sometimes in other hotels the bread is kind of dry. East check in and check out. The cleaning team was very friendly.
