Everything was good, room service fast and food was ok, we paid about 4 extra dlls so we can get full breakfast. Overall everything was fine. The only bad thing to say was the restroom it was full of mold . Everything else was clean. Room was very spacious They also have a playground for the kids.

No pude disfrutar de la alberca por clima frio, el desayuno se me hizo poco que solo sea fruta y un plato. La atencion del personal en recepcion excelente, las chicas son muy amables y atentas. En habitacion, solo el internet fallaba ocasionalmente. La presion de agua excelente, rapidamente se tenia agua caliente.

No pude disfrutar de la alberca por clima frio, el desayuno se me hizo poco que solo sea fruta y un plato. La atencion del personal en recepcion excelente, las chicas son muy amables y atentas. Un montón de los que los regios les llaman chiriwillos hicieron una fiesta en la habitacion de al lado y terminaron como a las 5 de la mañana. La alberca esta muy pequeña, no dieron ganas de meterse. El Desayuno bien basico. No ponen colchas en las camas. No volvería.

PESIMO, el hotel en su entrada da la imagen de ser hotel con habitaciones en interior, lo cual no es asi, son habitaciones en exterior y a las cuales tienes que caminar mucho para llegar a ellas, no tienen buen aislamiento de ruido, entra y sale gente de noche, escuchas roncar al del cuarto de al lago. No tienen disponibilidad para hacer late check out. La recepcionista nos consiguio un taxi de confianza que nos cobro mas de lo que nos habia dicho. En fin NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTE HOTEL ah el desayuno incluido continental ni siquiera lo tomas tu te lo llevan a la mesa y por 85 pesos mas puedes comer uno caliente.

Sín embargo, el desayuno no es de lo mejor y el bufet que no es bufet deja mucho que desear. Además, había un grupo de huéspedes muy indeseables que hacían ruido y bebían en el área de la alberca hasta la madrugada y nunca hicieron nada por callarlos. También cabe mencionar que la calidad de los insumos del baño es deficiente y no tienen jabón en barra.

Nunca se limpió el piso en el tiempo que estuvimos ahí, cuando llegamos estaba super polvoso, hicieron limpieza y siguió lleno de polvo. Not sure why this hotel has high ratings, it’s severely outdated, rooms are old, dirty, doors do not have weatherstripping at the bottom which allows bugs to walk right in. Washrooms have toilets from the 80’s and showers from the 90’s. Lamps are old and dark. Spend the extra $10 and go to La Fe area instead

Old rooms, if you think that you will receive the room in the photo, forget it, Expedia guests received the oldest rooms available, the pillows are terrible, and the AC system has a very high noise when it is working, so, you will pass a not a restful night, due to the noise of AC or the hottest temperatures. Also, the rooms are so old that probably you will have problems with the key to your room, (the card) the door system doesn´t work properly. Habitaciones antiguas, si cree que recibirá la habitación en la foto, olvídelo, los huéspedes de Expedia recibimos las habitaciones más antiguas disponibles, las almohadas son terribles y el sistema de aire acondicionado tiene un ruido muy alto cuando está funcionando, así que, prepárate a pasar una noche sin descanso, por el ruido del aire acondicionado o las temperaturas más altas. Además, las habitaciones son tan viejas que probablemente tendrás problemas con la llave de tu habitación, (la tarjeta) el sistema de la puerta no funciona correctamente.

Beside the strong smell of the area one of the days we stayed, there were workers in the parking area right outside our room and I cached one of them looking through my window during day time when I was inside, even tho i was scare i opened the door and he immediately apologized telling me that “he though that the room was empty because the ac was on" , so I felt kind of unsafe.

Everything was good with one exception and that was that one window wouldn't lock. We didn't discover until leaving that we were only ½ mile from Walmart, whichbeould have been handy to know. There didn't seem to be any food service within close walking distance but, fortunately, they have a restaurant and the food was decent. The surrounding area is industrial.

Todo muy bien en el hotel. La opción para comer, es ahí mismo en el hotel, es accesible en costo, pero es ... Regular. Si llevas auto, es muy buena opcion para hospedarse e ir a comer en alguna plaza o restaurante del centro o alrededores. Si no llevas auto el traslado puede ser por Uber pero es alto el costo. O puedes disminuir el costo utilizando Uber y el metro. Si vas más allá de la zona industrial en la cual está ubicado el hotel, sal con tiempo porque esa zona es de mucho tráfico por las mañanas.

La diciembre en general bien, aunque he notado en todos los hoteles que no tienen elevador que a las escaleras no le dan moco mucha importancia, durante la semana que estuvimos no se barrieeon las de nuesto acceso, el desayuno me decepcionó un poco porque te lo marcan como incluido pero solo incluye café, jugo, yogurt pan y fruta, si deseas algo de proteina o chilaquiles te cobran 95 mas por platillo, la ubicación y estacionamiento muy bien, espacioso

Nunca se limpió el piso en el tiempo que estuvimos ahí, cuando llegamos estaba super polvoso, hicieron limpieza y siguió lleno de polvo. La verdad tampoco recomendamos desayunar ahí, tardaron mucho, nos salió pelusa en la granola, el jugo sabía a agua de naranja y no a jugo… La verdad es que consideramos que hay partes que están descuidando

El hotel está en un estado aceptable, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y la limpieza en general está muy bien, excelente para el precio. Sín embargo, el desayuno no es de lo mejor y el bufet que no es bufet deja mucho que desear. Además, había un grupo de huéspedes muy indeseables que hacían ruido y bebían en el área de la alberca hasta la madrugada y nunca hicieron nada por callarlos. También cabe mencionar que la calidad de los insumos del baño es deficiente y no tienen jabón en barra.

Me hospedé en el hotel por la cercanía del lugar a donde tenía que acudir. todo me gustó excepto el restaurante. Realmente no tienen variedad en el menú, lo cual sería conveniente para no tener que salir del hotel en la noche para cenar o comer
