Our room was very clean when we arrived. We asked for a tidy while we were there and when we got back to our room it was perfect! All the staff were so nice ☺️

It was a great stay the only reason I didn’t give it a 5/5 was when I went to use the complimentary soaps ect as I had forgotten my hand lotion was that the lotion and mouthwash had already been opened before we got there. Yes I know that if I had let front desk know they would have immediately replaced everything. But it does affect your stay
