The resort is wonderful. We traveled with two children aged 9 and 6, and the facilities are great. Buggy and cable cars are very convenient. Medical centre at the resort was handy. Vin Wonders theme part is excellent. On check in there was an issue with our room, mixed up with a friend, but it was sorted the next day. Only downside is staff don’t speak great English, so the transfer we booked from the resort to the airport never showed and we almost missed our flight. Be sure to get everything in writing where both sides understand - we didn’t get the transfer back in writing, only paid at reception, and there was no record on the morning. Staff did pay for our taxi to the airport (driver was amazing, he got us there on time).

I love the speedboat in the cable cars. The hotel is located right next to the beach and has an amazing swimming pool that my son absolutely loved. The Vinpearl is a definite must!

プールつきヴィラは広々、家族5人には充分すぎる広さ。部屋に呼ぶカートはすぐにきてくれるが、ヴィンパールランドやハーバー行きのカートは待たされてることが多く不便に感じた。また、案内板がなくゴンドラからおり、ホテルへたどり着くのに難儀した。

The villas are lovely, main pool nice, beach gorgeous. However there’s No crockery in the villas, Pool was not maintained, resulting in a cloudy pool. Decking was broken, we all fell through the broken decking. Half day VinWonders is a lie.

빈펄리조트의 3룸 풀빌라에 묵었는데 사용흔적은 있지만 관리가 잘 된 편이라 흡족하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 빌라에 있는 풀도 작지 않아서 아이들과 놀기 적당했고 모든 방마다 화장실과 TV가 있어서 여러 가족이 와도 편할 것 같네요. 빈원더스의 놀이기구나 워터파크도 재미있고 룸서비스 음식도 저렴하진 않지만 충분히 맛있고 훌륭했습니다. 피트니스는 유산소 운동 시구보단 근력 운동 기구가 잘 갖춰져 있고 이용하기 편합니다. 메인풀장은 규모가 상당히 크고 농구,배구,수구 등도 즐길 수 있으며 풀사이드바도 이용할 만합니다. 다만, 호텔앞 비치는 모래는 좋은데 바닷물이 탁하고 아주 깨끗하다는 느낌은 아니었습니다.

The facilities are dated. The service can be a little slow. But overall, so beautiful and at the price point I think a great deal. The breakfast is pretty good, go early if you want less of a crowd. The food overall was well priced (higher than usual Vietnam prices but well lower than equivalent properties in the US) and delicious. The resort will not allow you to bring in more than a small snack, with a large fine if you try - you have to sign off at check-in. The pools are cold. The main large pool has loud music and lots of kids. There is a pool on the side that was usually totally quiet and empty. Vinpearl Harbor was such a trip- like a mostly abandoned Disneyland crossed with a dead mall. Guests during my stay were not an outgoing bunch, and I think I was the only American on property! I think this resort would be best for a young family with children who wanted to have a budget vacation that feels high-end and to go to VinWonders.

We stayed 3 nights in a 3 bedroom villa with our extended family and an additional 3 nights in a spacious king suite for our family of 4. It was an awesome experience from beginning to end. The food was great, the spa was exceptional and relaxing, and the pool was fun! We loved the service. Sy Phuc was very helpful throughout our stay. The entire staff is very friendly and polite. We will be back for sure!

The hotel was nice and clean with lots of different pools to enjoy from and a nice play area for small children. The hotel and shopping area are very kid friendly which suited our family well. The place is well suited for people who plan to stay at the vinpearl area. However, traveling from the resorts to anywhere outside the resort area will need golf cart rides and traveling to Na trang will require golf cart rides to the cable car area, cable car ride to get to the city and taxi rides to get around so it could end up being a quite a journey.

If you hungry between the hours of 4-6 good luck. You’ll need to travel to the harbor to get food or do room service. The bathroom in the room is so gross. Mold and mildew everywhere. There’s even ring marks where the previous guests left the cup on the bathroom sink countertop. They also gave us opened lotion bottle. The rooms are not sound proof. I could hear the kid Nextdoor scream his lungs off while the parents yelled at him.

I recently stayed at Vinpearl Resort in Nha Trang, Vietnam, and while the location and amenities are impressive, my experience was marred by several issues. Accommodation: Unfortunately, my stay was affected by the condition of the villas. Villa No. 6017 was mold-infested, and despite requesting action, it took two weeks to relocate us. The new villa was not much better, which was disappointing and the private pools' cleaning system was broken, and the lights were glitching, which was quite inconvenient. Service: The service at Vinpearl Resort has worsened over the past eight years. The staff were not as attentive or responsive as expected, and the overall service quality has declined. During checkout, nobody seemed to care, and I had to carry my luggage myself. Additionally, transport between locations within the resort is rare and crowded, with waiting times ranging from 10 to 30 minutes. Overall Experience: While Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang has the potential to be a tropical paradise, my recent experience was overshadowed by the poor condition of the villas, declining service quality, and the cleanliness of the beach. I hope the management addresses these issues to restore the resort to its former glory.

굉장히 기대하고 갔지만 굉장히 실망한 호텔이었습니다. 우선 빈펄 리조트 나트랑은 빌라 형식과 일반 호텔 룸 형식 두 가지로 나뉘어 있습니다. 그 중 저희는 빌라 형식의 호텔을 예약했습니다. 빌라형식의 호텔은 기본적으로 룸 형식의 호텔보다 가격이 3배에서 4배 정도 비쌌으며 저희는 조금 더 프라이빗 하고 편안한 서비스를 기대하였습니다. 그러나 제가 가장 실망한 부분은 빌라 형식의 호텔에 대한 배려가 전혀 없다는 것입니다. 우선 빈펄 리조트가 있는 섬에서 나가려면 빌라->메인동->스피드보트->선착장 순으로 나가야하는데 각각의 이동 시간이 최소 10분이상 대기하여 나트랑 시내까지 가는데 1시간이 넘는 굉장히 긴 시간동안 가야합니다. 가장 화가난 부분은 빌라에서 스피드보트까지 가는 툭툭이 바로 없다는 것이며 메인동에서 스피드보트까지 가는 툭툭을 기다리는 시간이 최장 30분까지도 기다린 적이 있다는 사실입니다. 저희는 기다리는 동안 사과 한 번도 받은 적이 없으며 무엇보다 저희보다 늦게 왔지만 가까운 곳으로 가는 사람들을 먼저 툭툭에 태워주며 순환만 빨리 시키려는 모습에 저희는 두 번 다시 빈펄 리조트에 머물고 싶지 않다는 생각을 했습니다. 두 번째 저희 빌라에서 둘 째날이 되는 날 바퀴벌레가 나왔으며, 별 다른 사과 없이 그냥 직원들이 들이닥쳐서 방역만 하고 가버렸다는 것입니다. 최소한 이런일이 왜 일어났는지와 재발하지 않겠다는 이야기라도 들어야 하는 것이 아닌가 싶습니다. 마지막으로 세 번째 수영장 물이 오염되어 있는 것 같았습니다. 우선 낙엽이나 이물질이 수영장에 떠 다니면 바로 치워주어야 하는데 그런 것도 없었으며 저는 수영 후 눈병이 걸렸으며 제 아이는 수영 후 장염에 설사 구토 증상이 동반하였습니다. 또한 임산부인 제 아내도 어지러움 증상을 계속 호소하는 등 수영하고 난 후 좋지 못한 증상을 겪었습니다.

Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang was a mixed experience and definitely not a true five-star stay. Pros • Friendly, helpful staff • Great shower pressure • Decent spa treatments • Resort credit given when we had to switch rooms Cons • Cleanliness and maintenance are lacking — the resort feels dated and not well cared for. Didn’t even feel comfortable taking my shoes off in the room • Ants in our villa, making it unusable and requiring a room change into the main hotel • Food quality is inconsistent, and we ended up with food poisoning on our last day — I’d avoid the American-style dishes. Birds flying throughout the restaurant landing on pastries was disgusting • Definitely not a genuine 5-star experience in terms of upkeep or overall quality. Maybe 3-star at best Why the ratings seem high Staff encourage guests to leave a 5-star review on the spot and stand by while it’s submitted, which clearly inflates the hotel’s ratings. Overall Kind staff and a solid spa couldn’t make up for the cleanliness issues, villa problems, and food poisoning. I’d give it 2 out of 5 and wouldn’t return unless major improvements are made.

Merket de ansatte var lei alle de forskjellige turistene der, vennligheten og servicen er ikke som andre steder i Vietnam. Søppel i felles området stod fremme i over 24 timer og da var det enda ikke ryddet vekk. Fikk håndklær i stede for kluter. Møkette sengetøy lå igjen på rommet. Mat som ble bestilt til rommet lå på rommet hele oppholdet (de ansatte fjernet det ikke). Vi kommer ikke tilbake

We rented 3 rooms one of the room sheet was dirty and other rooms was ok but not what to expect from a 5 start hotel. The restaurant food and service was horrible it took 45 minutes for a sandwich which was cold! Most importantly the beach was dirty and smelly! There was a smelly and dirty water came directly to the beach I think it was pool shower or sewer from elsewhere, but super smelly that one of our friend got headaches. Overall this place can’t be more than a 3 start place in western standard.

For this hotel you have to choose the executive building (new building) instead of the deluxe, which is very small and old. I had to just pay and upgraded my family to a one bedroom suite at the new wing, not going to stay in a 80’s looking congested room. As with everything else, service and VN standard and access into the island is very well arranged. The stars are for the deluxe room (old wing); the one bedroom grand suite which we paid for later on was perfect

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Buffet was very good with many choices. View was nice. The cable car and boat transport was great. However, twin beds were very small to fit alot of ppl, option for another bed was available. Pool was ok but could be deeper. Beach has jellyfish for view only not really swimmable. The restaurant was very expensive compare to the harbor. Overall, would recommend and well worthed for the deal.

Property and room is overall nice and clean but service and hospitality is terrible. You need to wait around 30 mins or more for shuttles to get back and forth to your hotel. They require you scan your face like 3x before being allowed to go anywhere. Very poor directory and no one can help with anything. Need to think it over if you want to stay home where that does not require a long wait time.

Property was old and dirty inside. Indoor environment feels like a motel. Beach outdoor was pretty but that’s about it. Hotel was limited on restaurants and prices were expensive . Oh. It’s on an island so keep in mind if you wanting to explore Nha Trang, you would have to take speed boat or cable car across the island. These transportation has no air conditioning system so you’ll be waiting in the extreme heat.

수영장이 너무 깨끗하고 청결해서 좋았음. 선착장에서 스피드보트 타고 시내로 아무때나 이동할 수 있는점과, 리조트에서 제공하는 툭툭 이용해서 빈펄랜드 이동도 편리하고 좋았습니다. 아이랑 오는 여행이라 특히 청결하길 바랬는데 너무 청결했어요. 룸 관리도 계속 해주시고 좋았습니다. 조식이 좋았고, 석식 부페도 이용했는데 석식은 약간 가짓수가 적어서 아쉬웠어요. 점심이나, 저녁은 시내 이동이 쉬우니 시내에 나가서 먹는걸 추천합니다

I love the speedboat in the cable cars. The hotel is located right next to the beach and has an amazing swimming pool that my son absolutely loved. The Vinpearl is a definite must!

A fantastic place to stay with family or as a couple. The resort was great and the villas are the best I’d ever stayed in. Super modern and very large and extravagant. The property is huge, so moving around is easy with a golf cart service provided whenever and wherever you need to go across the resort and island. Super close ride to the Harbour Town for restaurants and shopping and also close to the theme park. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

The villa was large and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is very good. An international à la carte restaurant would have been appreciated, but there was only an asian à la carte restaurant. The other restaurant only served a buffet. Only 2 restaurants were open during our stay instead of 4.

昼食はホテルのバフェ、レストランが2店舗しかない。朝食バフェでガッツリ食べているので、¥1,000程度で軽く昼食を済ませたい気持ちだが、バフェ横のバケットサンド、サラダぐらいしかない。が、味は美味しかった。ベイエリアに昼食に出かけても営業している店が少なく、暑いのでホテルで済ませた方が良い。海、砂浜はゴミが目立つのでキレイとは言えない。

歩いて直ぐ行けるホテルの目の前のプライベートビーチが、最高にきれいでした。砂はサラサラで石も少なく、ずっとビーチシューズ無しで楽しめました。朝早くからビーチの清掃をしてくれるので、波打ち際にほとんどゴミが無いのも素敵です。プールも広くて、ビーチとプール両方楽しめると思います。ただ、ビーチは設備は古く、不具合もありましたが、フロントに頼めば直ぐに直してくれるので安心。スタッフも多く、皆さん親切です。ただ、英語ネイティブでない私には説明が聞き取りにくかったので、もう少しゆっくり話してくれたらなぁと思いました。あと、サービス内容の説明はしてくれましたが、ホテル自体のインストラクションはレストランの位置くらいで、ほぼありませんでした。マップも無いのでいろいろ自分で探しました。レストランがふたつしか開いていませんでしたが、ルームサービスメニューが充実しているし、美味しいので不便はないと思います。ともかくビーチが最高なので、ビーチリゾートとしておすすめです。

시설과 서비스는 최상입니다. 가족들이 비치와 수영장에서 쉬고 모는데 최적의 장소입니다. 워터 파크와 놀이동산(테마파크)도 있어서 가족들에게 좋은 시간 보낼 수 있을 것 같네요. 단지 레스토랑이 2개이고 조식말고 별로 먹을 것이 없에뇨. 베트남 음식이 원래 그래서 그런지 ㅋ 조식이 젤 좋았어요 ㅋ ㅋ ㅋ 엄청 투자를 한 리조트고 지금도 투자를 하고 계속 확장하고 았는 것 같습니다.

A 5 star resort, pretty much everything you would expect. My only issue was sometimes they force you to spend. For example, we had extra food that we saved and refrigerated, but they wouldn't microwave it for us- We would need to order new food.

My family had a fantastic time here. The hotel is gorgeous, staff is polite, kind and courteous, and the buffet breakfast and dinner are out-of- this-world. I’ve never had Buffett this good in my life. The only negative was that you couldn’t really swim in the crystal clear beach water bc there were jellyfish. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s definitely more like a 3.5 star hotel. Very nice location, Room is clean. We got a villa which has its own pool, but there few large cockroaches swimming in it as well as a few dead ones in our bathroom when we checked in. The gym is 5 star besides a few broken machines, and the food drinks were pricey, as is the entire island shops. Beach was a bit rough sand. I was expecting soft white sand. Massage staff was excellent. Just wish other staff knew the location of activities.
