Property was definitely used. Showed wear and tear. Good location, nice views. Ask if they bed faces the falls. Ours didn’t 😒. Connected to Waterpark and Casino great for families. Pool was inside no light and totally unappealing. For the price i may pick another hotel on the strip for couples.

I liked the staff and the fact that this is a historic hotel. However the condition it’s in is inexcusable… I paid 450$ for a night stay, there was no slippers, no robes, the pool was dirty, the lighting was white like in a hospital, sauna isn’t working and neither is the jacuzzi, everything in there is dated, a few fixes (that management is clearly too lazy to make) could’ve made it better ie, change the lighting to yellow, clean the pool better, make sure the amenities are accessible, add more decor, but nothing like that. Rust all over the windows - the windows genuinely look like they haven’t been cleaned in about 6 years. Marilyn Monroe stayed in room 801, but there wasn’t even a slab that said this was her room in the past although this hotel is heavily advertised as a place where she stayed (it would’ve added some charm). My room (partial falls view on the 3rd floor - great view) but had an AC that was leaking the entire stay - the floor was actually wet beside the bed. Overall, the staff made it a good stay, but for what the hotel is, this is horrible standard, and horrible upkeep - I wouldn’t come back here.

Only good things i can say was the view of the falls and water pressure. Ac in building didn't work. Elevators not adequate for the amount of people there. Bathroom not handicap friendly. They said they are remodeling so hope it is a lot better after. As is wouldn't recommend especially for the price

Room thermostat would not work, maintenance came in and turned heat on but there was no way to turn it down or off. Hotel was sold out so the would not move me. Second day the gave me a high floor room with a great view. Location of the hotel is great. Parking at $40 a night is not helpful to the total price of the trip. Staff was very professional, room cleaners were great

Be aware that this is an old property with tiny old windows. While they charge for view of falls, there isn’t View like you would expect from other hotels in area. The hotel needs major renovations. Beds were barely put together with wood exposed. Molding half painted. Old soaps left in room. Just not up to Hilton standards.

Hotel was once beautifully redecorated. It’s tired. Doors wouldn’t even open for my elderly parents due to sticking paint from poor paint prep. Staff was awesome but space as tired and dirty. Linens were stained/soiled. On the upside close to the American Falls and Rainbow Bridge.

This place was not as expected. We arrived early after speaking over the phone with staff and asking if an early room could be available they suggested we can come early and get the earliest available room. When we went in we still had to wait until 4pm even though we arrived at noon. Once we got the room and went to take a look outside the window it was the most sad view of the indoor pool not even an outside view. When we asked to change the room they told us no other rooms were available which seems like a lie because it was a Thursday not even a weekend. The room had a moldy smell and the shower had visible mold in it with a dirty shower curtain that had holes in it. Why are we paying so much for garbage in Canada this is unacceptable and will never stay here again.

The room was really clean. As some people have said the bedroom and bathroom were kind of small, but that was OK since the building so old. My issue was the AC. It did not keep the room very cool, which I had read on another website was a common issue with the hotel. You also had to pay quite a bit for parking, which I wasn’t expecting. Finally, the hallways with the rooms were very dim. However, the staff was lovely and it was a great location.

We chose this hotel because of the balcony and views, I would not stay again. I thought about asking for a different room, but it was pretty booked out and decided I could live with it for the few days we were there. The lobby was very nice, check in was smooth, when we got off the elevator on our floor, was hit with old hotel smell. Our room was ok, a little small but at least no smell. The bathroom was very small with a pedestal sink, no vanity or shelving to put anything. I had to keep moving my toiletry bag, couldn't unpack it like I prefer, it sat on the back of the toilet. They put towels, etc on the dresser in the room due to no space in the bathroom. A shelf above the toilet and/or beside the sink would have helped. Very electrical outlet deficient as well. One side of the bed had an outlet so at least my husband could plug in his c-pap machine. I had to charge my phone during the evening, across the room since I didn't have an outlet. The patio was nice, but the pavers were wobbly and the wrought iron taking could use some paint. Despite the updates needed, we did enjoy sitting on the balcony in the morning and watching the fireworks at night.

View of Falls was as expected and very nice. Great spot to see the fireworks if you get a falls view room. We had the balcony. Hotel staff very pleasant. Other than the view, the room was very average. For the price we expected more (frequent travelers) The toilet was loose from floor, the towels were very stiff, cheap toilet paper, the a/c very loud and kept us awake. The shower was nice and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No place for any personal items or even the towels in the bathroom which was inconvenient. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The restaurant is very expensive, again paying high price for the view. So very mixed feelings on room for the price. One night with taxes and parking fee $621.00 CAD. After speaking with hotel, we were compensated a small fraction of cost.

The hotel is old and the door stuck. We also paid for a “falls view room” which was obstructed and only visible if you wedged yourself between the window and the bed and craned your neck to look down to the left. Both worth the money spent.

Paid for falls view room so not cheap. Rooms very small especially bathroom. Room didn’t even have a chair- no room. Falls view was through a very dirty window. Get 6th floor or higher to see most of falls and it really is a sideways view although we could watch fireworks. no place to sit in lobby. Pool area very dark and depressing. Hotel is convenient to Clifton Hill and view of American falls but about a mile to Canadian falls. We are walkers so didn’t mind. No breakfast included. Parking $45 per day. Overall not a great value. Just ok

I did see signs that indicated they were in the process of renovating, hopefully they will finish sooner rather than later. The paint on the door in the bathroom looked like it had about 10 layers of paint on it, there is no fan in the bathroom, no light over the tub/shower so it’s a bit dark in there and there was mold/mildew on the grout on the shower walls and around the edge of the shower.

Before our arrival, I emailed the hotel requesting a room with a view of the falls. When we checked in (an hour early, which they kindly allowed), we were given an extremely small room with no view at all. I asked at the front desk if we could switch to a room with a view, but was told there was no availability and, in a rather dismissive tone, that because I had booked through Expedia there was nothing they could do. The way it was handled made me feel like guests who book through third-party sites are treated as a lower priority. The front desk staff were unhelpful and lacked basic hospitality skills. For a hotel in such a prime tourist area, the customer service was unexpectedly poor. Bottom line: Even if you make a request in advance, don’t expect it to be honored – and don’t expect friendly service if you booked through Expedia.

Front desk takes too long, not very coordinated. Our designated room's AC was broken so they had to assign us to different rooms, and to transfer to our original room by next day. I had to repeat the same stuff to the front desk for the remainder of our stay. Bathroom doors don't completely close on both rooms that we occupied. Key card did not work well on both rooms. We had to go back down to the front desk to have them fixed.

Right at the foot of Clifton Hill, it offers a lot of options for families/vacationers. Great views of both falls and the nightly fireworks. The buffet breakfast upgrade was well worth the cost. All of the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating.

I had a problem at check-in. An unexpected $300.00 deposit was requested. Then when we checked out the deposit was not returned. Even now the $165.25 ($300.00 - $124.75 for breakfast) hasn't been credited to my account. The cost for the rooms doesn't match the amount expressed in the reservation. The reservation quote is $569.00 but the amount actually charged is 679.62 before taxes. Also, please explain the $50.00 "destination fee"?

The facility was good but the checkin took forever. I wish there was a seperaye desk for information and checkin. We had 3 desks providing information to people and we had to be line for 30 mins to just checkin

Love the history of the property! Our room was small but comfy. Easy to get to our car parked in the ramp. The area was safe to walk and easy to get to Rainbow bridge.

We liked the location which was very close to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill. The hotel is older and has a lot of character but it was also very dated. Due to the small room size as well as the older furnishings and interior this would probably not be our 1st choice for a future stay.

We enjoyed that the Brock is a little outside the “thick of it” (ie Clifton Hill commercial street) and that the building has an interesting history. We were also happy with our excellent falls view from the 12th floor. Great breakfast buffet, definitely worth adding on via hotels.com for the $8 price tag. Desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great location. The view of the falls is from an angle looking to the right but that’s ok. The rooms are on the small size and the bathrooms are teeny tiny. Beds are comfy and hotel is updated. Hershey world. Coca Cola fountain, Starbucks , Waterpark are all inside the hotel. You are right next to the casino and just walk across the street to the falls. Right on the Canadian border. Parking is 45 a night. Skip breakfast at the resteraunt. Super expensive and bland food not worth it at all. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors.

The day was for my husband‘s 50th birthday which is July 5, we stayed the fourth to the fifth and got a balcony room so we can overlook the falls and see the fireworks from our room and avoid the crowds. Everything was perfect. Everyone needs to keep in mind that this building which is pretty amazing is 95 years old! They just did new renovations And kept certain things to give that vintage detail and everything is to the T!!!! we ate at the Fallsview, it was probably the best steak that we’ve ever had in our lives, highly recommend paying after if you need to for the fall view tables. Well worth it especially for couples. The dessert he had was baked Alaska and I can honestly say it’s probably the best dessert I’ve ever had in my life. We had a buffet breakfast that was absolutely fantastic in the same fall view room. Didn’t have to pay extra for a Fallsview table. The food was fantastic the service was fantastic. As it being Hilton everything was a plus

While the staff was friendly the room wasnt bad but not great. The breakfast was aweful and i got sick right after eating. Poor quality and way overpriced. We ended up not really eating and went to i hop for breakfast instead. The view from the 10th floor was amazing though. Probably would not stay here again.

Parking is 40 CAD extra, Should be mentioned during booking. Steakhouse at 10 th floor is great, overlooking the falls coloured at night. Breakfast is good there enjoying the view as well.

Overall, the hotel was fantastic, our air conditioning seemed to not be able to keep up so it was a tad warm in our room, they did supply us with a fan! I do wish there would have been more clarification that the rainbow room and prime steakhouse location are the same, I got the same view with my breakfast that I did with dinner but yet had to pay extra for the dinner one!

The hotel was really nice. It was apparent that there had been renovations ... the lobby, hallways, lighting - all tastefully done. The water had to be off for a few hours each day but there was plenty of notice. Beds were very comfortable and we had a view of the falls, as well as being able to see the fireworks from our room. I recommend the restaurant on the 10th floor for dinner and the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The hotel is very close to Clifton Hill, which is the main drag where the touristy things are, including Skywheel, mini golf, souvenir shops, etc. It also is across the street from the falls so you can walk down and take pictures. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was not worth the price. Its a breakfast buffet but you're really paying for the view which is the view of the falls. The hotel room was smaller than your standard room, especially the bathroom. The bathroom had no counter space and a toilet you would find in a public bathroom. The room needed some updates.

The view from the room on the falls was nice. The staff was very courteous. We only stayed for one night but we had a wonderful time walking along the falls. Wish we could have stayed longer. The floor in-between a/c and bed was wet because a/c was leaking. They said it was a 4 star hotel. I thought it was more a 3 star hotel. The prime steakhouse was great. The prices are very expensive. The food we ordered was excellent. Not the kind of place if you are on a budget. The rainbow room was a good breakfast @ 29.99 per person. Over all it was a good stay. Prices in the area are set high due to being a tourist area.
