We really enjoyed breakfast and we slept well in a comfortable bed Despite the hotel being very full- every time we went in or out we had to wait for groups of people using the lobby stairs to pass- we didn’t hear noise from other guests and there was plenty of space in the breakfast room The hotel was very conveniently located for our Niagara plans. We had dinner at the Keg attended a show at Fallsview Casino, spent some time at the casino afterwards and had a nice, under 10 minute, walk to and from the hotel. There is a wide variety of restaurants in walking distance offering everything from casual diner style to upscale steak house The included breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. Even though we arrived at the breakfast room at about 9 and the sign said breakfast finished at 9:30 (with a 20 minute limit sign at the table) we did not feel rushed and staff kept the food and beverage stations full. The make-your-own waffles were really good On the minus side, the toilet in our room was so low to the floor that it almost appeared to be intended for toddlers. We also discovered make-up:and mascara stains on one of the bath towels when we removed it from the rack to use. The property definitely needs to have a few tiles replaced in the elevator and elsewhere. We did not use the pool or any of the other amenities so can’t comment on them All in all a nice stay at a reasonably priced hotel

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Always nice front desk staff. The room appeared clean however I awoke in the middle of the night with the feeling I was being bitten on the leg. Saw small insects (bed bugs) scurry away. Ten bites on leg and more on arm. Management was made aware, inspected the room, and said no issue was found. I don’t think my concerns were addressed as I only want the next customer to not experience this issue. I was polite and did not seek compensation. However my concerns were brushed away even though I had pictures of the bites on my leg and arm.
