We are just back from a weekend in Niagara Falls and as a Hilton honors member of course I stayed here. Hotel was very nice. Lots of dining options and clean room was very nice. The only thing that was annoying was the elevators were getting some construction done so very slow - just a temporary problem though. The thermostat in the room was annoying because I like my hotel room on the colder side and in November only heat was an option. You could turn off the thermostat, but the room was still quite warm for my liking. Breakfast was great in the Falls view on the 33rd floor. A great stay!

Breakfast was not included. The view of both falls was amazing. Perfect view of the fireworks. We didn’t use the jetted tub but we went to the 17th floor for the infinity pool and the hot tub. Be sure to scan the QR code on your little welcome card that comes with the room key. It goes to a website for booking a 1-hr time slot for the pools/fitness room. I can see why though. We were in the north tower and it had 51 floors. The rooms there are newly renovated. Get there early too. The check-in line was so busy on the weekend. I had to wait 20 minutes in line. Around 3:45pm

Elevators not working, had to wait 20 min for an elevator,ice machine not working on multiple floors, vending machines not working, loud construction going on, room fridge not working, over priced parking. Horrible experience. Have stayed her multiple time but will not be coming back. Would sooner spend my money on a different hotel

The line up at check in was ridiculously long. The hotel tower we stayed in had 15 floors and only 2 elevators. We waited for elevators continuously and they would often be full when they arrived. With the big crowds at the hotel, they should easily have twice the capacity of elevators. Parking on location is extremely over priced at $100 per night. Save yourself some money and park across the street for $25 per night.

Room was nice and spacious,clean and good view of the falls. However parking is really bad. Hotel made us park in a separate lot away from the hotel then shuttle has to pick you up to get you to the hotel. The parking lot also charges you 60 everytime you leave the parking lot. Had to park at the casino as it was cheaper. Elevators also take a long time to come.

This was our 1st time staying at this hotel. Pros: amenities, service, cleanliness Cons: parking. There was no inside parking available or valet parking. We ended up having to go with the outside parking ($50). This parking is not close to the hotel. It is a parking lot a few blocks away. BUT the hotel does provide a shuttle back and forth as many times as you need. The shuttle drivers were very friendly. Check in was hectic, but very quick. There was about 100 people ahead of us but several reception workers, so the process was very very quick. We reserved a suite. And let me tell you, it was phenomenal. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel room. It was a beautiful room with a beautiful view. The room was extremely clean! Beds were very comfortable! The hotel amenities were plenty! Starbucks, Italian restaurant, steakhouse, Wildflower bar. Stores, ice cream, pizza. As well as being attached to the OLG casino and OLG Stage. You could literally stay here for a week and not have to leave the hotel. My husband and I had a great stay.

The sheets seemed like they weren’t properly washed, the blanket had hair on it. Two of the towels were dirty and the shower walls had hair on them. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and wouldn’t go below 22°. So we woke up sweating at 2-2:30 in the morning because the room was so hot .

I stayed in a one room with two bedrooms. Bathroom in the middle with Jacuzzi. Beautiful room, clean and modern. From ceiling to floor large view window, spacious room. Beautiful view. Convenient location to casino shopping mall. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family. I only give four star because check in times take more than half hour.

The hotel itself was well maintained in the main lobby area, and staff were friendly and easy to locate. Our room (1526 in mid tower) had multiple deficiencies however. Of the three locks on the door (regular one operated by key, internal night manually operated deadbolt, and the night anti entry metal flip lock), only the regular key lock worked - both others were broken. The manual deadbolt lever just spun in place without locking, and the screws on the anti entry flip lock were so loose it would be easy to force open with one hand if someone tried. The closet had some loose drywall / punctures in the ceiling with a layer of drywall dust on the closet top shelf so it was unusable to put any items on. The TV did not allow any selection of menu options, so only way was to channel up/down to move through the lineup but could not use features to link our mobile device with our own streaming apps. The thermostat did not function and even with the unit set to off the room still was very warm (24C). We were also not impressed that there was no on-site parking available so we had to park at a nearby offsite lot and use a shuttle to go and come to the main property. The parking pricing was also very steep - $80/d on site and $50/d still for the offsite lot). Location of the property attached to the Casino, shows, restaurants and other main Falls attractions was handy. the other two taller towers probably had better views. The gym and pools were also nice.

We paid $300 for one night in a “Canadian Fallsview” room. The room was quite small, and the view was limited to a narrow, tall window at the back of the room. The room was also cold, and the fan was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep with it on. We also paid $90 for parking. Overall was not worth the expenses.

It started at check-in, I checked in using the app and it assigned me a room number. The unfortunate part is that there are three towers in this hotel, and when the app assigns you a room, it does not tell you which tower you're in. I was there for a conference and there were at least 60 if not a hundred people in line to check in. Luckily for me I fell in my room after trying the North tower and then the South tower. When I arrive to my room in the South tower, it was 25° so I turned the AC on and left the room for a couple hours and came back. When I returned, It was 28° so I contacted the front desk. They let me know that there was no air conditioning in the south and mid towers and that only the North tower had air conditioning. I was offered a fan, but asked to be moved to the North tower where there was air conditioning in the room. The Bell hop helped me move from the south to the north and refused to take a tip. He was extremely friendly and very The North tower rooms are recently redone, smaller and strange lighting, they are extremely dark and only a couple lamps in the bedroom area illuminate the entire room. The hallway leaving from the front door to the bedroom was extremely dark in the evenings. I stayed in a Fallsview room and the view was fantastic, hotel was clean and workers were all pleasant.

The room overall looked nice, however there was no sound proofing whatsoever. You could hear everything in the hallways even a whisper. Whether people were talking, or it was the sound of the elevator it kept us up all night. The crack in the door was so large it also let all the light from the hall into the room so you may as well have been sleeping with the lights on.

We had a great time 99% of the time. Room was immaculate, view was incredible, we were very happy. However check in was less than pleasant. I have to question the decision to have everyone check in at 4:00pm? That was the only thing that really had the wife and I completely perplexed. There had to be 200+++ people in that room waiting to check in. Can this not be staggered? Now I would go back, I dealt with it. But you better believe there are people in that line who would simply never use you again, quite honestly that's a fiasco. Staggered entry is a must for a hotel of this quality. If this is a management decision, I'd honestly be looking at promoting someone else.

I recently stayed at Hilton Niagara Falls and would like to share my feedback. The room was clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the staff was disappointing. The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which did not create a positive first impression. Additionally, the restaurant staff appeared rushed and not particularly friendly. While the food was acceptable, it was quite expensive and did not feel worth the price. People were great and the service was amazing but u have a few things tha may change my mind next time I need to book a hotel. We chose to book Hilton based on being a honours member and experience of what to expect. This hotel was offered cheaper on a 3rd party site and significant enough that I decided to book through them. But was very disappointed to hear I couldn’t earn my rewards because of booking through a 3rd party. It should not be my fault that I could get the room cheaper this way and in the day and age that we are in currently, every dollar counts. I was not surprised that we had to park offsite and loved the shuttle came right as we were getting out of our car but the extremely steep price of $55 was not highlighted enough when booking as that could have been a deciding factor for me and lastly my two nieces and myself all had showers and each time there was a huge amount of water on the floor that had to be mopped up using the towels before you could even exit the shower safely. When discussing with the front desk it was eluded to that this is a common problem in the south tower rooms. When I spend $200+ on a room , it would be in the hopes that I’m going to have a pretty bang on experience. While things happen and I do not expect perfection, I mention this in hopes that it reaches the management team and that actions are taken to prevent further issues for future. I would also like to know that you will consider changing Hilton policy about the rewards.

My visit with Hilton Hotel this weekend was great! Everything went smoothly from parking, check in with the front staff who are amazing and super friendly with great customer service! Our room was super clean and very comfortable. I do hate to mention this but when we visited the breakfast at the Hilton Hotel unfortunately we waited quite some time for a server to come and take our orders. Especially our drink order. I understand she may have been busy. I am hopeful during our next visit it will be better. Thank you!

Easily the worst check-in experience I have ever had. Massive line up, with staff taking 5-10 minutes to check in some guests (I had time to time two different guests checking in front of me while we waited in the 'exprrss' digital check in line). Check-in took approximately 35 minutes, and the venue was so booked that parking offsite was required, which took a further 10 minutes round trip. Then it was time to line up for the elevator. One of 4 elevators for the south tower was down for maintenance. People were forced to pack in to the elevators after a decent wait just to get to their rooms. All-in it took over an hour to get into a room. Friends at the Wyndham and the Marriott essentially walked into their rooms. But wait, I hear you say, do the digital check in next time. I did, and the app then expressly directed me to wait in a line to verify my identification. The staff helpfully told me the app was incorrect, and I could have gone to my room, but only after the aforementioned 35 minute wait we had to speak with someone. I can't imagine a scenario where I would stay at this Hilton ever again. This experince causes me to question the Hilton brand.

I was so disappointed to spend all of this money, only to stand in line for over an hour just to check in. The company didn't do anything to offer any help for the long line (maybe putting our bags on the side so we could go and explore the area). Room was okay, but even the view wasn't worth the price. Staff were subpar, and the one woman going through the line directing people was really rude. For 340 for the night, it was not worth the value and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Save your your money and go elsewhere.

This our second time staying here this year. It's absolutely beautiful. The rooms, staff and the hotel are amazing. It's right across the street from the casino. It's close to everything Clifton Hills, shops, restaurants and the falls. Definitely making plans to go back.

Overpriced breakfast. Had eggs benny. Exactly two eggs benny with 8 quarted rosted potatos. They charged for coffee and it was terrible coffee. Had better breakfast in kom and pops restaurenats for less.

The room was too hot, 27 degrees. Couldn't cool it down. Gave us another room and same thing. The phone didn't work to call for services. The door didn't latch on it's own, had to pull it shut every time. The food in the one restaurant was horrible and the service was very slow. The parking and shuttle service staff were great. Most of the people I dealt with at the front desk were also decent, other than 1 gentleman.
