The carpets need to be removed as they smell when the air-conditions is off. The head of the beds were ripped and looks really old

We didn’t actually stay here. The hotel was having maintenance issues so they moved us next door to the Hilton… the transfer was perfect and we stayed on the 42 floor with a falls view. It was absolutely gorgeous.

I booked a Falls‑view room in advance. At check‑in, the hotel said my room was unavailable and arranged for me to stay at a completely different hotel instead. I’m extremely upset. I paid and reserved for a falls‑view room at your property, and being relocated to another hotel was not part of our agreement. I need you to resolve this right now.

Not bad, but not the best either. The room was in serious need of updating. You know what I'm talking about - there was nothing so wrong that you needed to call the front desk and complain, but it was....kinda junky. Drawer pulls broken, lamps off kilter, shower head leaking, shower door not closing properly, scratches and paint chips on the wall. It was a "river view" room and had a nice view. Everything was clean and ready for us. Parking is stupid expensive. Staff was extra nice.
