Days Inn by Wyndham Niagara Falls Near The Falls

One elevator that has seen better days and is tired from the constant traffic. Prepare to wait in the hallway for a few minutes every time. The beds are tired and you can feel the springs.

Only 3 stars given on cleanliness and facilities because the hot tub had dirty bubbles in it (why do you need soapy bubbles in there anyway?) and the pool deck could have been cleaner as well. Sauna and shower was clean. But the hot tub really left you with an icky feeling. Other than that, the place was great and we will stay again :)

It works if you need a place at Niagara Falls. It is ok but in serious need of a oppgrade. Essentially the elevator, impressively slow, constant wait... please. God services and great location.

Parking was 20$ a night with very limited spots, breakfast had very limited options with no hot food. There's no microwave or fridge in the rooms either.

Pool, sauna and hot tub very good. Good value for the money. Will stay there again. Recommend it.

Breakfast was a joke. No eggs or meat? And the chlorine levels in the pool are way too high. It burned my thorat

Parking is extra at around $20 plus tax.

Only had one elevator and it was very slow, hotel was a bit dated but clean and staff was friendly, close parking was limited even saw vehicles parked in fire zone with seemingly no repercussions.

Charging 22$ for parking own car is terrible.. last year it was free

We went to this hotel expecting only good stuff. We were disappointed in a few things. The water in the hotub was dirty and brown old dirt was floating around. The breakfast in the morning also was not complete. There was only bread, waffles and items like that. As compared to standard breakfast it should include portions of protein like eggs, sausages, or even potatoes. None was provided. And lastly, one of the single elevator in front of our room was not working properly. We tried to go downstairs but the doors were not closing.

Very clean hotel and the rooms are spotless and confortable, staff are very friendly, polite and kind. The complementary breakfast is great. Loved my stay and will defenetely will stay here again.

The rooms are roomy and clean. Staff are warm, friendly and accomodating.

Shower curtain dirty, washroom floor sticky, not cleaned. Bed sheets seems not washed some clour spots there. Lamps seems dusty, If management look in it it would be nice for us to stay with kids. But for the prize, I love the size of the room and beds. Also breakfast we enjoyed. Thank you for the service

Room was terrible, hot tub didn’t work properly, the couch in our room was badly stained and ripped right down the centre of the top cushions so we didn’t use it. Pillow case covered in mold on bed. We almost wanted to leave and go elsewhere

Always clean

This hotel experience was a 3/5 mainly because our hotel room had a strong old carpet smell / a funky smell that was a combination of perfume going bad mixed with carpet smell. The smell seemed to be blowing out of the HVAC central air and also from the carpet. I do not know if this is something the hotel can fix. I am sensitive to smells so this made my stay unpleasant. I must say that aside from the room smell, everything else about the room is pleasant. The bathroom was clean, the shower had good water pressure, and it comes with full size bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash (cucumber scent). Breakfast was unremarkable; long line because of the waffle maker wait, as several other reviews had noted. This was because the waffle station was placed at the end of the main breakfast line which created a massive build up. Someone behind me just wanted 2 bananas and ended up lining up for 10 minutes just for it because of the waffles traffic jam. It's ridiculous. So many people in the main breakfast line were just standing there and not getting any items from the breakfast station because they are just there for the waffles which is at the end of the station. To make it efficient, I suggest that the hotel move the waffle makers to a separate area of the breakfast room. For example, move the waffle makers to the cereal station instead so those lining up should only be in line if they want waffles. I did end up having waffles and it was delicious.

The room was okay. But there is zero soundproofing and had to listen to someone scream for hours. The receptionist yelled out our room numbers to a crowded lobby which is a safety risk. But other than that the stay was fine

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downfall was that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. These things are pretty necessary when you are staying for more than one night.

Staff are fantastic. Hotel is clean. Rooms are dated, Toilet had zero pressure. No bar fridge in room or microwave. Outlets are behind furniture. Pillows are way too small in length. Other than that we stilled enjoyed ourselves.

The lady who checked us in was wonderful! Unfortunately, the room wasn’t ideal for sleeping—it faced the main area, and the curtain rod didn’t fully cover the window, so I didn’t get much rest.

Efficient check in, great location, in a walkable area. Morning can be noisy because the walls are thin so don’t plan on sleeping in.

Check in staff was very friendly, she gave us a welcome phone call once we were settled in the room which was nice. Room is very old, matress was HARD and I could feel every spring. The bathtub took nine years to finish draining after my shower. Check out staff was very rude when I brought this up to her and acted as if I was inconveniencing her personally by letter her know.

Check in was a breeze and the staff is extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A pretty decent view and a simple breakfast added to the enjoyment of the stay.

The room was what I expected from Days Inn. We were on the top floor and it was fairly quiet. I hoped the breakfast was better. We chose the location and we able to walk to all the attractions which was our main reason for staying here. The price was the best for this location 5943 Victoria Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 3L8

Great location. Had nice, clean rooms. Appreciate that they take debit also as an option for deposit hold. Would come back again!

It is clean and near to the Niagara Falls.The bathtub takes a while to drain.The free breakfast needs some additional protein such as eggs,hotdogs or sausages.

Breakfast is limited no protien

The breakfast room is not nearly large enough for the guests there and the lineups are huge. The first day we waited an hour to get a seat and the second day we went out for breakfast because we got tired of waiting.

The rooms are very nice. But, the breakfast was not that good. There was absolutely zero protein options available. It is not for people who want a healthy option.

The breakfast is an absolute train wreck due to lack of space, food options and spatial layout. Between this and an overloaded elevator most of the time we had to put just an average review.

The stay was good. The staff was great. The room was small, but very clean. The only complaint I have was the continental breakfast that was included in the price. There was an extremely long lineup, nowhere to sit, and people were making too many waffles, which was causing a huge lineup. The waffle maker needs to be replaced with other items that don’t take up as much time

The only positive about this hotel is its location. The breakfast area is too small and crowded with no protein options. At least an egg defines good breakfast. All they had was carbs and sugar.

Location is great, rooms were dated but clean. "Free Breakfast " was just breads and some stale pastries. Waffles were ok.
