Breakfast was not good, eggs were very watery all hot foods were cold.

Breakfast was not the standard like it had been the previous year. I found the quality of the breakfast very poor.

The hotel falsely advertised the hotels amenities on their website and on hotels.com website. It was never related to my family and I untill we arrived about the hotel was under construction. There was no arcade and no gym which are two of the reasons I choose the hotel besides the view. Even upon checking in we were not notified of the major construction in these areas. Staff was kind especially at the TGI Friday restaurant but the construction was noisy during the day and even the elevators were not working correctly during the whole trip. Overall I would not book this hotel again anytime soon. I would definitely try another one because there was no transparency before checking during booking regarding the construction and major work that was going to be done at the hotel during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the casino. However, the check-in experience was subpar. We booked a suite, but were given a studio room. Upon entering, we discovered there was no desk and sofa, unlike the description on the booking. We went to the lobby to change rooms, but were given another one. When we got to the room, our key card wouldn't open the door. We ended up changing rooms three times before finally completing the check-in process, which took 40 minutes. The next day, we waited almost half an hour for the plane to take us to the lobby to check out. We were very dissatisfied with our stay and hope the hotel can make improvements.
